I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this AutoZone location. I was helped by an older employee who clearly had no patience or willingness to assist. Every time I spoke to him, he made unpleasant faces, as if I was bothering him just for asking questions. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way. I hope they work on improving their customer service.
Wowzer!!! All I can say is how great the crew at this location is. Zimmerman, Tyler, Anna, and Preston made sure my car needs were met in a timely manner. Changed my battery and got me back on the road!!! I recommend this crew any day!! Thanks again guys! You’re the best!!
We needed a new headlight for a Kia Seltos. One repair place said it was too complicated and couldn’t do it. Another place said they were too booked up for the day and told us to try N. Belt AutoZone. NOAH figured out a way to replace it that was easier than removing the wheel well rivets, etc that was recommended by the YouTube videos, etc. He was done in no time. He is just great at customer service, analyzing the situation, and coming up with a great solution. We are so happy and grateful to have met NOAH at the N. Belt Autozone and his MANAGER. Thanks guys!!!
After dealing with the south belt AutoZone ( who mind you are not helpful and try to rip you off) my mom and I came to the North belt AutoZone and omgosh what an amazing difference. The manager Anna was so helpful, kind, and went over and beyond the customer service you get these days. The store was clean and the employees are wonderful!! Will recommend North belt AutoZone to everyone!!
The manager of this Auto Zone in St Joseph was absolutely incredible. His name is Zimm and he helped our family so much. He went absolutely above and beyond to help us out when our ford explorer started having issues. We are from Omaha, Nebraska and we were driving through town on a road trip so it was very scary to have issues away from home. THANK YOU ZIMM FOR BEING THE BEST!
Christena here knows her stuff! She got my new battery installed in record time (even though I was told at another place that my battery would require a professional install). AutoZone will have all my business in the future.
Ordered a important part on Thursday, was told it would arrive on Saturday morning, called several times Saturday to check on item, was eventually informed that they would not receive it until the next Monday or Wednesday.
If I ordered the part from Amazon, I would have had it Friday for 15% less, and would have saved $60 on cab fares, so that teaches me.
I had a FABULOUS experience here. I normally do not leave reviews but this was worth it. Tyler assisted me today at around 3:30 PM while I was on a long trip home. I had something wrong with my car and I was extremely flustered, and he helped me get on my way by helping me fix the issue with zero complaints, in less than 10 minutes. My initial panic was quickly relieved. So Tyler, thank you so very much. You deserve the recognition!
I was having an absolutely horrible day, only to be made worse by car issues. An amazing employee, Carson, went above and beyond to help me with my car issues. He was able to test my car and tell me what was causing the issues. Since I was an out of town visitor, he was able to give me great recommendations on where I could go to have my car serviced. All of the other employees were very kind, patient, and very helpful as well. Overall, I had a great experience at this location and will continue to utilize AutoZone in the future for all of my automotive needs. Thanks for the great customer service!!
Came in off a 900 mile road trip for a couple things. All the systems were down and after helping me get parts…they wouldn’t sell them to me. The manager Justin acted like I was an inconvenience the whole time I was in the store. Employees didn’t know where I could get 93 in town either…or what 93 octane even was. Close your doors if you are that dumb.
We stopped in this location for help on how to install windshield wipers that we purchased down the road and Tyron Ginn came out and helped right away with the most kind amazing smile and even though we didn’t purchase our wipers there he was still extremely helpful. One wiper we had did not fit and he helped us find the correct one and installed that for us as well. Thank you so much Tyron for helping us continue our travels home.
Had to have a new battery in car , had to pay more than I wanted to but they put it in and I was back on my way all within 30 minutes in freezing cold temperature so I'm happy with service thus far. We will have to see how good the battery lasts or warranty on it is, if needed. Located right off north belt hwy next to Sonic.
This one guy, I believe his name or last Name started with a Z, Zimmer or something, was very helpful in exchanging my battery that was on warranty.

One very happy with him first they're online catalog had a part for 40 bucks when I went into the store the part was exceedingly more than $40 I was thankful to the general manager for discounting it for me but there again it was the wrong part and the general manager the discounted it for me is the general manager of the parts department so draw your own conclusions
Rude, failure for them to communicate. Waited almost 30 minutes for him to greet us and attempt to look up if they had the battery I needed. Computers had issues. I won't be going back.
I went in to get power steering fluid, had a question , and they all 4 looked at me and went back to talking. I guess the manager was the lady in the red shirt, she was to worried about a carry out order of food . 1st time was ever there and it will be the last .
I have came to this place several times and every time I was helped by a knowledgeable staff person. This morning Andrew really went out of his way to help me find the issue with my car and provided top notch service. I'll take my business here every time from now on.
We were traveling home to Alabama from the Black Hills SD. We have 2002 Chevy Silverado Diesel. We starting loosing power 20 miles before Saint Joseph. We Were trying to find nearest auto parts store so they could check battery and voltage. O’Rileys couldn’t check anything. Headed to Advance when we found Auto Zone on N Belt Hwy. We pulled in at 8:45pm they close at 9pm. The employee David Zimmerman checked the battery and voltage found alternator was not charging. They had the part in stock. Chase another employee asked if we wanted help in changing the alternator out so we could get back on the road. Chase and David stayed and helped my husband fix the truck. It’s places and employees like these. That make stores great and would use across the country. Highly recommend this store and can’t thank them enough for not leaving us stranded!!
As soon as I walked in the door some one asked what I needed and was very helpful got every thing I needed didnt have to leave the counter very nice work . very pleased.
I bought some touch up paint for my car here the guy went out of his way to make sure I got the right one explain how to use it very good customer service
A nice place to visit and it is convenient for me. The staff is always helpful and willing to assist, but sometimes it is difficult to find an employee.
