Shannon was VERY helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. I couldn't find the receipt and she did everything in her power WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE to help me out. Gabe helped aswell and was very professional and kind.
Can’t say enough about this particular location. Josh is my go-to but the all of staff here is always friendly and helpful. Josh never disappoints. If he doesn’t have a part he is going to find it. Will always entrust Josh with all of my part needs.
The assistant manager was super nice and gave me honest answers and advice and didn't try pushing sales on me knowing I didn't have much money. I have never been in that location but for my first time it was great and I will go back there in the near future.
Love this store! Toi and Josh are my go to people for all my parts! Whether it be business or personal vehicle repair they find the parts no matter how difficult and get them to me as fast as possible! They definitely uphold a high standard on quality service and making sure I know when I’ll have my parts! Great people best service!
Robbin did me a solid today with product recommendations. After application, he was spot on. Been an Oreilly fan for years now and I can easily say that this Flowood location has some of the most knowledgeable staff.
Toi and her staff are always friendly and top notch. O’reillys is a true patriot appreciating company that give military discounts. The stock is always up and if they don’t have it, they normally have it in half a day from the warehouse in Pearl.
Went to O’Reillys in Flowood today to get a battery. Ben helped me put a new one in my car. It only took Ben a few minutes to install the battery As always he & the other associate was very nice & professional. The price was very reasonable. I appreciate them & will always have my business!!

I had just left AutoZone and feeling very frustrated.
AutoZone sold me a battery but did not want to install it because my battery was leaking. I installed the battery myself but it still did not cure my problem. AutoZone said that they "had done all they could do!"
I had them jump me off and drove over to O'Reilly's Auto parts.
Michael from O'Reilly's came out and diagnosed my problem and helped me with cleaning my battery terminals, solved my problem and kept me from spending the night in my truck!
I am speaking as a former Shift manager at AutoZone. I realized this was just a snapshot in time and hopefully it's not a pattern for the Flowood AutoZone.
On this occasion Michael and O'Reilly gets five stars
Good place! Very helpful! But prices in store higher then others. But alot of parts are cheaper behind counter.. so check with them for price before going elsewhere
I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I just had to leave one for the staff in Flowood. We stopped here to change our tire so we would be close to a parts store if we needed anything. The staff actually came out and checked on us before we even needed anything!! They went above and beyond!! Thank you all and keep up the great attitude and work ethic 🤗 so refreshing!
Two ladies working the counter were great! Best service I've seen in a parts store in a long time. They worked hard and quickly to help everyone in the store.
CJ and Charles that work on the night shift helped me out very much they are very knowledgeable and I would recommend seeing them if you go up there. There is another employee Zach that i would not recommend he was very unhelpful the times I've been there and needed assistance. I do not like him he is not knowledgeable about parts he has to ask everyone if its the right part or not.

Casey went out of her way including; helping me get the correct tool rental so I could perform the job safely and correctly. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Her customer service as well as that I have received from other crew members at this location has always been top notch. Highly recommend.
This is the worst place to go for any auto needs, they are no help at all. I knew exactly what I needed and the people at the front said “maybe look at aisle 2” which what I needed was not there. After looking around for 10 minutes I finally found what I needed by myself. I would highly recommend Auto Zone over this place any day. They have very helpful and nice staff there.
I took my teenage grand daughter by O'Reilly to teach her how to change a turn signal bulb, but the bulb socket wouldn't come out. Dee, who works at O'Reilly, physically helped us remove the housing and change the bulb. He also printed out the fuse box schematic, in case the problem was a blown fuse. He went way above and beyond to help! And he did it all with a smile.
I've given this store a few chances, but every time I've had to help myself. Their current staff is lazy and very unhelpful. Instead of offering you their help you have to ask for it and once you do they act like it is a burden that you're even asking in the first place. You'd think having a store next door to one of their largest competitors they would be a little more customer focused and business oriented. I will gladly go next door to Autozone from now on.
They use to be top notch when I lived in the area 2 years ago. Now the staff sucks. They don’t understand what parts I’m looking for and does not understand how things work. I call autozone next door and they know exactly what I’m talking about and it’s the same staff that’s been there for year. I even saw some of the staff that came from O’reillys is now at the autozone next door.
