They will brighten your day with their comedic back and forth banter. Great work and great service all at the same time. They don't forget what great customer service is and I appreciate them for that. I will visit again.
Bless his heart, I know I gave him hell. He subcontracts for Peddle and Wheelzy which are online places that buy junk cars. I got sketched out the first time with Peddle so I sent him back with no vehicle in tow so ultimately a waste of his time and gas. Then the next day decided to sell with Wheelzy and he came back out again and waited patiently for me to argue with the folks on the phone about the check they had written me. Lol. I ended up doing the deal with Wheelzy and it was legit. I was just weary of scammers, not the tow truck, but the company he was towing for that was paying for my vehicle. I know he probably thought I was crazy, but he was so patient with me. I would definitely recommend. They stand on business!!
Great customer service shows up for calls when no one else not even those big brand who claim to have 24 hour roadside he arrived in a timely manner got straight to the repair also call after service to make sure no other issues following repair service Thanks for a great job !!!!!
My SUV had a completely dead battery so needed a tow to the dealership. The two employees towed my vehicle while it was in gear, leaving tread marks on my garage floor. Supervisor called to tell them to use the ‘skids’ when they told them I was not happy about their attempts. It helped but they still took three tries to get my vehicle lined up properly on the lift.

Had pickup scheduled in the window 3-8 today through a car selling company. Called at 7:45 to see if they were still coming and was told it wasn't possible for them to get there at all today. Would have been nice to have been told in advance so I didn't wait around for nothing.

Called the Tow Truck Company Driver at 3;30 and he said he got delayed picking up other vehicles.
My insurance company called him and he told her he had mechanical problems with his truck.
Not being truthful.
Would not recommend this company.

On a trip from TN to LA my daughter hit a bad pothole that bent her rim. When she called me I thought she just had a blow out. I contacted RD's and gave him the info. He brought out a tire for replacement but noticed the rim was the problem. The gentleman, Donnie, that came out took my daughter to find a replacement rim and tire. Exceptional service indeed!
