Careless tow truck driver broke the valve stem off of my tire during towing. Initially, the driver admitted that his strap caused the issue and asked that I contact him instead of his boss and he would take care of the charges. However, the tire shop had to replace the entire tire and the driver got aggressive with myself and the receptionist at the tire shop when we/they explained the situation. The tire would not have to be replaced if he had not broken the valve. The supervisor was much nicer when I called him, however, he still refused to cover the charges of the replacement. My insurance company is filing a complaint because they sent them out for my roadside assistance claim. We are also going to reach out to BBB and the company’s insurance company (assuming they have insurance). Find a better company and save yourself the headache.

Husbands Truck starting having issues on his way to work, our insurance dispatched Phillips towing to pick up the truck and tow from Bryam down past Brookhaven. Mr. Landon kept in contact throughout the entire process and was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend Phillips if you need honest quality work at decent prices.
Usually never post anything but I am so disappointed and disgusted. Took our diesel box truck there for a diagnosis and possible work. After not hearing a word from them for over three weeks or more, my husband called and was rudely answered by Roland. My husband never was rude with them, but Roland kept saying they didn’t know what was the issue and did not know when they would know. What they don’t know is I drove by daily, checking on our truck, to see our diesel box truck sitting in the gate without being moved or looked at when multiple cars were moving in and out of their lot from being serviced. Thought mechanics worked on a first come first serve basis and if you don’t have an answer then you communicate that with your customer instead of putting them on the back burner and when you call for an update be told, “I can call you everyday and tell you we don’t have an answer if that’s what you want” by Roland. Then we decided after being quoted a ridiculous price, $7000, for something everyone else is now saying $1700-$2000 for AND rude comments from Roland AND waiting weeks for nothing BUT smart mouth comments, to get our truck and when my husband wanted to ask a small question while picking it up he responded by saying “You are not spending money with us here so we don’t know anything for you .” Don’t know if it was lack of knowledge or racism but definitely would not take any bigger engines there to be serviced. We are all running a business but COMMUNICATION is key. Being “swamped” is not an excuse for long and terrible service for a customer who waited patiently.
Collin was extremely professional and helpful. We were broke down on the highway and knew absolutely nothing about Pearl Mississippi. He was able to tow our car to a shop they trusted and get a prompt fix. We were 8 hours from home and knew no one. Pearl Mississippi sure restored my faith in humanity with their kindness.
Collin was awesome today towing our broken down vehicle off of I20. He was very responsive, made sure I was updated on the status of the tow and got the job done in an efficient and courteous manner!
Austin came out and popped my hood after I had broke my cord, he got it open and fixed my cord. Austin was able to fix it when nobody else could. Highly recommend!!

Jeremy was the tow truck driver that responded to my request and I feel I couldn’t have asked for a better person even if I hand picked him myself. Through conversation he informed me of things I never saw through the lense of the tow company and the tow truck driver and even let me get a ride to my car’s drop off destination even though he didn’t have to.

John was super professional and friendly. He communicated his ETA and arrived quickly, got my vehicle loaded up on the flatbed, and towed to the repair shop seamlessly. Very grateful and will use their services again!!
While towing our semi-truck damaged the front bumper of our truck, refusing to provide a copy of their insurance and left the scene of the accident shortly after we called the police.
The driver was wonderful! Instead of just loading my car up on the truck he tried some basic troubleshooting! Sadly it wasn't a simple problem. My car wouldn't let me put it in neutral, but he was still able to get it on the truck. Jeremy was great!
Our tow driver was amazing, and I wish I would have caught his name. He went way above and beyond to make sure we got to somewhere that could help us. 10/10 absolutely recommend!!!
I had a great experience while getting my car looked at. Rolland is personable,polite and he always kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!
