One of the worst experiences ever. They list vehicles as run and drive but then when vehicle is delivered you realize that is a scam and the vehicle doesn't run and drive. The costumer service is worst cause they don't want to help and every single person is telling you different things. Managers doesn't care and don't even want to bother. You end up with no car and no money.
Guys long story short they are scamming people, lying to people and ripping people off. Stay away from this place as much as possible. Nobody cares at this location about the customers, nobody. Manager Charles Payne and regional manager Timothy Smith are not helping at all. And they literally just trying to steal your money that's all. "Enhanced Vehicles" for them is stationary but wouldn't be courteous and put it in description as it is. They hide it till you pay for it and then they mess with you. Steer away from it as much as humanely possible. This is not a business it is a big con man game.
Females at the front are very rude!!! Had an attitude!!!! Been going back and forth with them for hours and they are no help!! The suppose to be general manager was there but he just sat there with his feet propped up not helping either!!! Like it’s ridiculous!!!!
I do a lot of business with Copart and this location is the worst for getting titles. Takes weeks or months for them to ship, even if you call them every two days. They need some more help or something.
Customer service is garbage. You get waitied on when the office decides they’re ready to assist you, not at your appointment time. Be prepared to be treated like a thief as well.
I've been waiting a month for them to process my car title. My car was totaled by my insurance company due to hail damage. I called last week and they said it would be processed asap. I called again today and I was told that the title would be mailed today.
flew in from Atlanta yesterday to pick up a vehicle that was stated "runs and drives" turns out the vehicle had a dead battery, terminal ends were frayed, and the battery fuse itself was blown spent maybe an hour fixing that myself also the car photos displayed showed some cosmetic wear which was fine but didn't post up to date photos that the power windows were broken and taped up on each side to hold them up i decided that can be fixed later I'm driving all the way back to Atlanta and suddenly the transmission starts slipping i barely made it home light footing it at 45 MPH for over 12 hrs off and on. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE AT ALL THESE PEOPLE PREY ON HARD WORKING PEOPLE LOOKING FOR GOOD DEALS AND A RUNNING CAR AND EXPLOIT THEM BY GIVING THEM EITHER A LEMON OR A SEVERELY DAMAGED VEHICLE!
Terrible attention my truck is outside there is no body there system said no Appoinments and I called to ask if I can pick up 1 car and they said they complete full Appoinments and nobody is at the Coppart incredible how they work really bad job they don't want work terrible
I bought a truck that “Run and Drive” according to the auction listing, long story short.
Broken rear differential, leaf springs, wheel and a missing drive shaft. I was 8.5 hrs away from home and I had to hire a auto transport in order to get the truck out.
Paid a great price for a truck that doesn’t run and drive plus I have to fix all the damage they didn’t mentioned in the listing. What a joke is Copart.
“Runs & Drives” well don’t see that possible when the trans is toasted! Struggled to get on a trailer, they need to get better inspectors on these vehicles bc obviously they just hire anybody??♂️
I am a transporter and I was there on Thursday the 29th of July and was utterly disrespected by one of the loaders young black guy wearing mirror tinted glasses and he was extremely unprofessional and flat out rude and using profanity towards me only b/c he was frustrated b/c at my appointment time I was the only truck on the yard and it took a total of 3:28 to only get 5 cars loaded and I spoke to Charles about the problem and he immediately came and made it right by being professional and courteous to me and he pulled that loader and replaced him with a very knowledgeable and courteous loader .. I appreciate the management for fixing the problem IMMEDIATELY!!!!
i WENT TO THE YARD MYSELF TO PICKUP THE TRUCK NUT NOTICED THE TRUCK DOES NOT RUN AND DRIVE INSIDE COPART YARD AS INDICATED.
WHEN I TOLD THEM TO RUN AT THAT SAME YARD, THIS TIME THEY DIDN'T INDICATE THAT IT DRIVES BUT WHEN I WAS BUYING IT THEY SAID IT DRIVES.
What a joke I bought a truck from there I live 3 hours away had it delivered to me in MS done the repairs had it inspected and the dmv can't register it until I bring my paper work back there in person 3 hours away to have them fill out a title application and it has to be in person unless you are close to them dont waist your time
Told us the car ran, when we got there it didn't :( told us "sorry, too bad", but at least they brought it out quickly...called a mechanic, hopefully we can get it to work
I had a bad experience the lady gave a me a paper to be filled out and to get notarized. Which was not a problem but i wanted to be sure about how to fill it out by not putting the wrong info on it, she said she didnt have a clue how to fill it out and i should take it to Ridgeland court house or a bank to get notarized. Mean while there was a notary there listening to everything she told me and the notary didnt speak up not one bit. So i left out and came back in with another question . A nice guy asked am i being helped so i explained to him again what im trying to do. And he told me that the lady sitting there is a notary and she can do it. I told him that the other lady told me to take it elsewhere to get it notarized. He asked which lady told me that and i pointed to her and she couldn't say a word... i was shocked and so was the guy to why she told me to go somewhere else... then the notary wanted to make it seem like i was trying to get the blank paper notarized!!! I kno u can't notarize a blank document, really mam... but eventually i got help thanks to the handsome gentleman and my insurance rep.... why did they try to send me away and why didnt the notary speak up and say she was a notary???? Yesss the insurance was sending it by mail, but i wanted to get it over with, i wish i would've waited for it to come in the mail...
