I almost never give a bad review. But... After ordering some parts from these guys, I thought of something else that I needed, and 12 minutes after I placed the first order, I asked them to add a small pack of bolts to the order. They said no, and said it'd cost another $18 shipping. I asked them to cancel the order and got this.... Our cancelation policy states that any cancelation request must be submitted within 5 minutes of placing order so we cannot grant that request. Within 20-30 minutes after the order is placed our system auto ships most orders. Tracking emails are sent out the next business day during business hours. Thanks! Don't do business with these jokers. I don't care if they are the "KLR" experts or not, this isn't how you treat a customer. Order from Amazon. Edit: it's been almost two years and I saw this review so I thought I'd give an update. I called the shipping company and they said they didn't have anything. It took 36 hours for the shipping company to receive my order, at which time I called them and told them I refused the shipment. I then called the credit card company and refused the charge. So, because 3D wouldn't add a pack of bolts to an order that I made 12 minutes before, 3D #1 had to pay the shipping on an order I had told them to cancel a day and a half before they shipped it (12 minutes after the order was created). #2 lost a customer forever because someone in their organization felt like being a jerk. #3 ended up getting this review tagged to their business. I ended up losing nothing, except I still don't have the things I ordered from 3D. Ultimately no one benefits from when businesses treat their customers like the enemy. I would have happily paid for the bag of bolts, it was obvious that they hadn't done anything with my order in the 12 minutes they had it, and I wouldn't still be irritated about it two years later. Don't treat your customers like the enemy unless you really want enemies instead of customers.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a product that had a picture of a pair of dampeners, which makes sense since two are needed on the bike. Only one part arrived, not a pair. When I contacted them, they were rude and refused to correct the matter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. There are many other sources to get parts from that have great customer service. Stay away from this one. UPDATE: weeks later and Tu has still done nothing to resolve this issue and has been extremely rude to me. Avoid this business ness at all costs. UPDATE: 2 years later and this business continues to treat their customers horribly. Do not ignore the bad reviews here and do not support this business.

A good selection of parts and efficient shipping however the website is NOT user friendly! Each time an item is placed in your bag it wants you to checkout rather than simply being able to continue shopping! This needs fixed!

I purchased a number of parts from 3D cycle parts. The parts shipped quickly, were packed well, and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. 3D cycle parts makes a number of useful and unique parts that improve the KLR650. They also stock a large number of OEM parts. I installed the rack and it makes it much easier to mount soft luggage. It will also take a Givi Monokey box if I need to secure my helmet. 3D also makes a number of plug and play electrical accessories. Chances are if you want to do a lot of things on a KLR you are going to end up at 3D.

I’ve purchased several items from 3D Cycle and appreciate good business and great products. My Honda Transalp with 3D Cycle plug and play fog lights. I highly recommend 3D Cycle for my motorcycle needs.

I am not aware of what I have ordered at this time. I know when getting my Gen 3 KLR I was shopping around for several things. Mostly crash protection skid plate and such. I have always had good service from 3D cycle.

The order was packed well and items arrived very quickly but this is a 4 star review for 2 reasons. Firstly, they do not accept returns, exchanges, or change orders and while this information is clearly stated on their website, you would only see it if you were looking for it. Now, I understand the onus is on the customer to double-check a companies returns/exchange policy BUT in today's online retail world, not accepting returns/exchanges is a very abnormal business practice and i feel it should be clearly stated with an "I acknowledge" box upon checkout. Second, it took 4 days for them to return my email.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a small business. Once he gets your order and money, forget it, he’s done with you. There’s no “customer service team,” just some scam artist behind a keyboard or phone (that’s if he actually gets around to responding). Don’t dream of returning anything, because he “does not except returns.” Read the vague/blanket so-called policy. It’s a joke. He reluctantly made an exception after ignoring my emails for days on end. I sent the product back over a month ago and still no refund and he won’t respond to messages. Clearly over his head and has zero business sense. Avoid at ALL COSTS. Look around the internet. Plenty of complaints, only wish I had read them first. If I could give zero stars I would.

Got two different items, a klr key and the plug and play power port. Once I hit the key a bit with a wire brush it works fine, but the power port is just a little to big or something because every plug I have used in it comes loose, one even fell out. The connectors and relay worked fine.

Ordered bike specific Barkbusters for '23 CB500X. 3D Cycle Parts had them in stock whereas I had difficulty finding them anywhere else. Shipped and delivered promptly. Will buy from them again!

Having ordered a few times from Tu has been great. Orders were filled and in the mail ASAP. I recommend 3D Cycle Parts and will use them again. Valve adjustment is coming up soon on my KLR650. The picture was my visit to my Grandson, we lost him just a few months ago, he really like the bike.

I purchased auxiliary lights and USB power plug for my 2024 Honda Transalp. They were the only ones that offered a plug and play system that I could find. My order arrived quickly, and was packaged very well. The kit was very easy to install, and very good quality. I would definitely purchase from them again.

The powder coated barkbusters and aux light kit for the TransAlp 750 are exceptional.

I ordered the Bark Buster hand guards for my '23 Honda CRF300. They offered a black "crinkle" powder coat finish which I got. WOW! What a difference the powder coating makes. The hand guards blend in with the bike, almost unseen. Thank you, Tu!

3D has rebuilt two of my KLR carbs. One from a 2003 and one from a 2014. The 2014 was only getting 34 mpg and the engine popped all the time. I needed the bike to get the stock fuel mileage because I'm riding it 7,000 miles to the Arctic Ocean in June. I told Tu what I needed and he recommended I make a few changes and he returned my carb to OEM settings and tuned the carb for my Lexx pipe and my local altitude. Now it gets 50 mpg like it should. The bike runs like a top and I could not be happier.

Do not give them business. Very unethical. I ordered parts and credit card was charged. The shipment was delayed. I didn’t need parts due to delay and tried to cancel. They refused. Never opened package and offered to pay return shipping and 20 percent re stock fee but the refused to accept.

I needed a service manual last minute before weekend to get my bike back running, I placed the order online yesterday and sent an email requesting that it ship quick. replied to my email in 30 minutes and package tracking says will be on my door today !
