A vehicle was towed into our shop today that didn't run, so I asked him to bring it a little further to the back so that the car was out of the way and he refused saying he doesn't work for me. The vehicle was not in a good location and I explained that I didn't have the necessary personel at the time to move it to the correct location. He again told me no and proceded to lower the vehicle onto the ground. He seemed nice and helpful to the customer working with him but caused quite a bit of frustration and embarrasement to the customer at the time of drop off because of this. The customer then offered to hire a different tow company to tow it to the back and I told her not to worry about it. Common courtesy is not a thing anymore I guess..
This area is unsafe. The business owners are very nice ($225 for a tow seemed really high) but their neighbor Steven McGuire blocked us from leaving the road with his white Chevy Silverado truck and called the police on us on claims of speeding and endangering children. We were trying to find the tow shop which is actually at 265 Northwood. Even after telling him we were lost McGuire continued to yell at us and we rolled our windows up scared for our lives. We had to call the police to even be sure if we could get off of this rural road where he had us trapped. McGuire lives next door to 4U2C Towing and is a public danger to people. The police knew him and he spoke to a lieutenant privately but McGuire never came back out once the police arrived. We will never use this tow company ever again because of this extreme safety risk.
I can't say enough good about this towing company. They saved the day for me and my grandbaby today. We had no cell service, nobody to call for help even if we did. They came and helped me get my van on the road so I could make it home and uncle Jeff even gave my grandbaby $5 for her birthday that is tomorrow which made her day. They wouldn't accept any money for helping me eeither. They were truly a God send and I'm so grateful

What a wonderful experience and fair price. Needed my truck towed to dealer for being stuck in anti theft mode and he was trying to help us fix it before towing.
Not something you see much these days to actually have someone care and try to help. Most companies are all about the money but this gentleman is one of a kind!
They were great, they got to us fast and waited with us till my daughter got there to pick us up , he was very professional and helpful, if you need a tow you must call him can’t beet his prices and service is excellent.
Ive had to call upon Jeff Ulmer at 4u2c many many times over the past 10-15years and he has always been the absolute best around Pearl River County, theres few and far between that can come close to the knowledge, experience, and service's he provides. No matter if its a simple fender bender or one those wild situations that youd think youd never see, hes always going above and beyond for his customers.
I always only use 4 u to see towing. Mr Jeff is awesome people. He is very nice and very helpful. He is really quick when it comes to helping u and getting the job done and did it amazingly. He is also very very inexpensive. He is the only wreaker company left in picayune that will actually work with people on the prices!
when and if he tows your vehicles u can guarantee it will be safe and so will any items left in the vehicle. No matter what it is .

He was very friendly and was at my home in 15 minutes. Took him literally 2 seconds to unlock my vehicle. And he only charged half what the other places wanted to charge .
My suv broke down on picayune ms. They wasn't licensed to tow me back to Louisiana. But they did recommend Solo towing it was dark and my 11yo son was with me normally I would be scared but Paul took good care of us and brought us hope safely. He was friendly good convo and a great price.
Instead of needing to tow immediately, they were able to figure out that the problem was most likely the battery and were able to restart my car for me.
They were on time, polite, and were willing to be patient with billing. I'd definitely be willing to call on them again for help.
