I called them for a tow late on a Sunday evening they were able to be there within the hour and charged me a very reasonable price to have it towed . I was very very happy with their professionalism ,service ,price, and quick response and would highly recommend them and their service. 5 stars
AAA assigned Solos as the tow company to come assist me & I couldn’t have been any more happy. The dispatch lady(I can’t remember her name) was very informative and extremely nice. The driver kept me up to date on how long it would be & called when he was on the way. He was the nicest man(again I can’t remember his name). I will recommend Solos to anyone that needs a tow in that area. I wish I could give more than a 5 star review.
We called them to come out and unlock our truck and 25 minutes later and in less than 2 minutes had our truck unlocked ! We were amazed on how fast the service was ! We greatly appreciate y'all!
Warren was able to me out tremendously ! Offered great customer service and presented extreme professionalism. My car was in a bad spot and he managed to even get it on the tow truck without any cosmetic damage. This company is an 11/10 and I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best service and best priced. Thank you guys so much!
Simpson is the best tow truck driver I have ever encountered ! He is a driver at Solo’s who helped me out last weekend and genuinely provided the single best experience I’ve ever had following a breakdown on the highway. He was FAST, considerate, kind, knowledgeable and really just an upstanding guy and the type of person I hope to meet more of in the world.
First, he called to verify my location within 10 minutes of my putting in a tow truck request (with AAA), and then he was there in 5 minutes !!! Unheard of!
We were told by AAA that the tow would only be able to carry 2 passengers so my other pal had already called a friend for a ride. When he heard that she’d be waiting for a ride, he made sure we all waited with her until her ride got there. (We were three women at a gas station in Picayune at night.) he just made sure that we all were and felt so safe and considered. And then during the hour drive back home, we talked about life and books we are reading and how we were raised and I just really have a renewed sense of hope that people like Simpson are out in the world leaving their mark.
10/10 I would ABSOLUTELY call solo’s for another tow if in the area. Thank you so much. Keep it up!
I used AAA to help friends with a broken down car get home. Dennis from Solo’s Towing arrived 45 minutes earlier than the AAA agent told me. He was very friendly and professional, and even helped my friends with a possible diagnosis. Would recommend to anyone.
Solo's Towing was amazing. There's not much else to say other than that but I'll elaborate a little so everyone can see how great Solo's Towing was to me. I was driving back to Alabama from south Louisiana and I got a piece of metal in my tire while pulling into a gas station in Picayune. It was about 10:00pm. I was hauling food and could not wait until the morning to get back on the road. After calling multiple other places with no luck, I called Solo. They didn't have the tire size I needed so the man with Solo's went to Walmart right before they closed and purchased a tire, this was before he ever even met me, and he had just talked to me on the phone. He came and met me after he was able to buy the tire and removed my blown wheel and tire. He then went to his shop and mounted the new tire and came back and installed it back on my van. In less than 2 hours from the time I called, I was back on the road. Not to mention, I about fell out when he told me the price. I thought my bill would be 2-3 times higher than what it was. I 100% recommend Solo's Towing if you ever need help in south Mississippi or north Louisiana off I-65. Great people and great and amazing service for a fantastic price.

Dennis and his team went above and beyond to help my disabled wheelchair father.
They got our dodge dully 3500 towed to the dealership and Dennis himself brought his personal vehicle to transport my father his medical equipment over to the hotel.
The next day he sent another driver to come take us to get more stuff out of our camper and back to the hotel.

Solos was amazing in their professionalism. The driver. Mr. Warren was very respectful and careful and towed my 2002 chevrolet truck to the dealership for some warranty work. Great customer service all the way around. I would use them again if I need to.
On her trip from Tennessee back to Louisiana, my girlfriend had a blow out on the Interstate. I came across a Solo's tow truck on the side of the road and met the owner who was driving, Dennis. Dennis went above and beyond for a complete stranger and assisted us in loaning tools and personnel to get our vehicle back on the road. These are great people, please give them your business!
I've used Solo's twice in the last month and both times the service was outstanding. The first time Warren towed my car. The second time Dennis. Both were very fast getting to me, very professional, very personable, and very affordable. While I hope I don't another tow anytime soon, they will be the first ones I call if I do.
Dennis was very professional and reasonable...came to our rescue when we had a car issue.He even mentioned we was wrong with my wife car and a solution to get it back running again...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Too bad I am not able to give this company 10 stars. They deserve it. I rented a vehicle from Budget car rental in northern Indiana. The vehicle had a strong cigarette smell. I took it because it was the only vehicle available and I needed to get started on my trip. Well, not only was the smell awful but they gave me a vehicle with a tag that expired in February of 2022, which had me being constantly stopped by police officers during my trip to southern Mississippi. I attempted to exchange this vehicle at a few locations including the Indianapolis international airport and the Louisville international airport with no luck at all. After what felt like a million calls to Budget through Costco where I rented through, and directly to Budget, I was finally told not to drive the car and a tow company would pick it up and also take me to the Budget airport location in Gulfport, MS. Solo's towing was the company sent to pick me up and the car. Brussels was my tow driver. He was very pleasant. He too was dealing along with his dispatcher with the Budget craziness of being told to take the vehicle to the Budget location in Kenner, LA and me to the location in Gulfport, MS. If this sounds crazy it is because it was. Then he was told to tell me that he had to drop me off at the location in Kenner. Well we already almost to the Gulfport location and he decided to stay en-route because that's what the text Budget sent to me said. Well, we arrived at the Gulfport airport location. This young man went the extra mile. He went inside the airport with me and made sure that I was given a vehicle. Drove me to the lot, made sure it didn't have an expired tag and all. The world needs more employees like this young man! I highly recommend this towing company. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

Dennis was the guy who towed our vehicle from the accident site & was so nice to take us somewhere off the highway to be picked up.
Lindsey & Dennis (owner) were also extremely nice, helpful, & really knew what they were doing. Our car is a Tesla & was having tech issues from being rear ended, but they worked hard & were patient with us to help get it to turn on.
