I value and appreciate great customer service. Everyone at the batesville, ms liston location definitely exceeded my expectations. However, Mr. Trendarious is top notch. His patience, understanding, and clear communication was very appreciated and didn't go unnoticed. Spent 35 mins employees acted lost with bad attitudes....just a waste of time then couldn't find any parts that supposedly were in stock idk pray I don't have to ever go back

No real help from the employees when trying to find a part for my car. I had to look it up on my phone. Then ever employee was on their phones texting and talking to each other instead of helping customers.

Allen was beyond amazing! My family and I had been driving around for over 30 minutes in a town (we have never been here before) to find a mechanic to help us and no one would. Allen took the time to not only help us but also walk us through the problem so we could get back on the road.

My husband called before he went there for his part. Not the right one. He had to drive to Oxford to get the part. No more dealing with Autozone. It’s worth paying a little more to get what you need and to deal with people who actually know they’re doing. Why you have employees at a part store they doesn’t know what AC Delco spark plugs are is beyond me. That’s just a no brainer!

These guys still owe me money after they over charged me for products I didn't get. Someone hustled me and the DM said he had me set up to get my money. Did he really? No he didn't. I'm still waiting for my money.

I absolutely hate going in this location. Most of the associates are extremely rude and go out of their way to hide in the back whenever you come in. I do my best not to ever stop by the store and the only reason why I'm giving them two stars is because of the one nice black guy who was doing eight different jobs while his other coworkers were in the back chatting it up.

The only reason I gave this place 3 stars was because of the older guy that showed me where to go in memephis to find what I was looking for. Everybody else made it seem as if I was dumb for looking for a product that auto zone didn't carry. I didnt catch the older guy name but I thank him for his time and knowledge.

I went to get new tail light bulbs for my Corolla 2010 the young man came out changed them put in new ones blew the relay on my car no taillights at all now and made excuse it could be other things wrong with my car the bulb had just blown on out way back from hernando ms I stopped in because I had received great service until this incident

I went in with an issue my car was having. The guy being the counter greeted me then listened to my question. He called around to pros he knows and asked them my question. I left the store with a plethora of information that I will utilize in my final destination of Memphis. Excellent experience!!

We ordered and paid for parts and when we went to pick them up the next day they had only ordered half of them. Had to go back and wasted most of the day waiting on parts.

Did not want to give one star. I took a Duralast ratchet back for a replacement after reading on their site to return to ANY Autozone. Even with with sign up saying guaranteed for life they are trying to refuse replacement. This is in Batesville MS.

Slowest stupidest staff in the world!! I stood in here for an hour while two fools fumbled around looking for parts I already ordered. While the other employee fielded several of her personal phone calls on the business phone.

I have never been more disappointed with customer service. I will preface this with my parents have been business owners for fifty plus years, and I do understand the frustration with circumstances that may arise when working with the public. However, emergency situations are just part of the business. My son was returning home from a trip when both his headlights went out. It was just BEFORE 9:00 PM (closing time) when he went into the Autozone in Batesville, MS and immediately apologized for the inconvenience, but explained he was 100 miles from home and asked if he could get at least one bulb and some assistance in putting it in. The first clerk would not assist him because he said he was not on duty; he would have to wait for the other clerk. When the other clerk came to the desk, he reluctantly got him a bulb. After paying for the bulb, the clerk told my son to go lift his hood and he would help him. After my son walked out the door, the clerk locked the door from the inside, and the two clerks stood inside at the counter and made no attempt to give him any assistance. Another customer came by and offered his assistance, and they were able to get a bulb put in. Again I understand the frustration of this kind of situation; however, the behavior, attitude and apathy of these clerks are appalling. I will never frequent an Autozone again and will share this story with as many people as possible.
