this dealership is awful. i had to bring my car up there because my brand new 2025 chevy trax already had a broken air conditioner. while they had it, they busted up my dash. i finally brought it back because they had to order a part to fix the issue they made and now the entire car is taken apart and they’ve had to order yet another part and i am now careless for two weeks. i am highly disappointed and will not bring my business here ever again.

Brought my truck in for an O2 sensor and Tyler Rybolt had me in and out in no time. Truly top-notch service! While I waited, I got to catch up with my college roommate Holden Brewer, and even in just a few minutes it was obvious how busy he stays during the day. These guys get things done! I can’t recommend Heafner Motors more for a hometown feel and quality service!

I’ve been dealing with Heafner Motors for several years, mainly for vehicle service and body shop repairs. However, after my most recent experience, I’m officially done doing business with them. While I’ve never purchased a vehicle from Heafner, I’ve supported their service and body departments for years — but the quality, professionalism, and customer care have declined dramatically. The service department is in desperate need of better management and training. When you arrive, there’s no greeting, no warm welcome — just blank stares, as if customers are an inconvenience. I’ve noticed that they don’t seem to treat all customers equally, especially people of color, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Even worse, their appointment system is outdated and disorganized. When scheduling a service, such as an oil change, they only take your first name — no phone number, no last name, and no email. I learned this the hard way after driving an hour for a scheduled 11:30 a.m. oil change, only to be told the oil change technician didn’t come in that day. No one called to notify me. When I spoke to the manager, he told me they “don’t ask for phone numbers when booking appointments,” which is one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever heard from a service department. A simple phone call could have saved me time and frustration. As for the body shop, it used to be excellent — professional, reliable, and high-quality. I’ve referred many friends and family members there over the years because of their great work. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I recently brought my vehicle in for repairs after being hit by another driver. The insurance estimate didn’t match Heafner’s, but I was assured the shop would revise it to restore my vehicle properly. Instead, they went with the cheaper insurance estimate, ignored my concerns, and delivered poor-quality work. My bumper doesn’t even match the rest of my car, and the repair looks rushed and careless. This entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. I trusted Heafner Motors based on past experiences, but that trust is gone. Now I’ll have to pay out of pocket to fix what they should have done right the first time. If I could give the service department zero stars, I would. The body shop also fell far short of expectations. It’s sad that I have to drive over 40 miles away for quality service when Heafner Motors is just 15 miles from home. Unfortunately, it seems this dealership prioritizes older, privileged customers and overlooks others. Heafner Motors needs new management, better customer service training, and a serious change in attitude toward how they treat all customers — with respect, fairness, and professionalism.

I can’t say enough good things about Heafner Motors! The pre-owned manager, Holden Brewer, is always great to work with. I drive part time for Heafner’s and Holden makes it so easy to get in touch and get trips set up. He’s definitely a company-oriented employee and a real asset to the team. On the sales side, I want to highlight Luis Pegueros. I’ve bought my last few vehicles for both myself and my wife from him. Luis is polite, professional, and gets me in and out quickly. In my opinion, he’s one of the best salesmen there. Lastly, the service department deserves a shout-out. Tyler and April at the desk always take care of me whether it’s oil changes or other service work. They make sure I’m in and out quickly, and they’re great people to deal with. The folks at Heafner’s are truly the crème of the crop. Highly recommend them! 🚙✨👏

If customer service had a Hall of Fame, Holden Brewer at Heafner Motors would already have a statue. All it takes is one text and—BOOM—problem solved. And if he can’t personally take care of it, he’s like a quarterback throwing a perfect pass to the right teammate who can. Holden goes above and beyond every single time, and honestly makes the whole process way too easy. Tyler Rybolt provides excellent customer service! Tyler is great in assisting me with getting oil changes and semi annual maintenance check ups on my Tahoe. He will work with me to get my Tahoe in and out quickly managing my time wisely. At times, I have to send my 80 year old father-in-law to Heafner Motor's to have my Tahoe serviced. Tyler goes above and beyond to make sure he knows where to go and is comfortable while waiting on the services to be performed on the Tahoe. If anything extra is needed on the Tahoe, Tyler will call and explain what needs to be done along with letting me know the price, in advance.

I dropped by the service department to see if they would check my oil in my truck. I have been in maintenance all my life and I know that oil levels and changing makes the life of the engine. I’m 77 and couldn’t reach the dipstick to read it. Tyler Rybolt came out to assist me and as soon as he understood my difficulty he jumped into action and put my mind at ease since my oil level was at the proper level. I really appreciated his help.

Heafner Motors never disappoints! They were able to get me in and out for an oil change in no time even without an appointment! Tyler was polite, professional, and greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in which set the tone for the whole visit. Holden went above and beyond as always. He picked me up from Heafner’s and even loaned me his personal truck so I could run to work while they finished up the oil change in my wife’s car. You will not find southern hospitality and charm anywhere else in town like you do with these guys at Heafner Motors. Highly recommend! 🚙✨👏

5 stars!!🤩 Someone broke into my car and stole my keys. I reached out to Holden and within a couple of hours I had new keys cut and programmed! They also erased the old keys so they will not work on my vehicle! The quick service gave me real peace of mind when I needed it most. Highly recommend Heafner Motors. Local family owned and they truly care about their customers.

It is so convenient to text Holden and schedule my oil changes at Heafners. It makes it pain free to just shoot him a text, him pick up my vehicle at work, and I pay for it over the phone. Hard to beat that kind of service!

The dealership is great but what makes it outstanding is the people. Scott Cheshier does a great job in sales. Not pushy, doesn’t try and up sale you something. If they don’t have it he will find it. He helps take care of his customers when your vehicle has a problem. I haven’t dealt much with the parts department but when I have they are very helpful. I have dealt with the service department. April will make sure you are informed about the process of the work that is being done to your vehicle. The techs are good, the main one that I have dealt with is David. To sum it up the entire crew is outstanding. Give Scott a call for all your vehicle needs.
