The gentleman behind the counter helped me get the right windshield wipers and put them on for me! I've never had a car that was so difficult when it comes to minor things like that. I got a subaru for the safety rating when I had my daughter. It is worth it for her, but it is annoying sometimes...a lot of their stuff is subaru only parts, so you have to buy the expensive ones from a dealership.
TERRIBLE customer service. Called to speak to manager was placed on hold for 10 minutes someone picked the phone up and hung up. Called 30 times had to go to the store. Ridiculous!
Bought windshield super fluid and coolant. Dolan was very helpful in my purchase and even signed me up for rewards. Definitely going to return for my auto care needs.
I was there during a snowstorm to pick up a vehicle cover, so I'm not scraping layers of ice off my windshield and windows every morning.
There was one guy at the front, and despite the unusual weather, he was extremely helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Go SEE MR. JAMES at Batesville Ms 38606🗣🗣🗣 He's the very best at what he do. My roller was 107 after he heard my story bout the mechanic that did my breaks did a poor job causing my tired to fly off on the interstate. He was so sweet he gave me a big discount and save me a good penny. Everyone else was just there to make money they could careless bout the customer's.
The clerk's are always very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and steer customers in the right direction by asking if they are sure the product they chose was actually what they need. Or maybe I just have that dumb founded look.
Bad info on what’s in stock. I called ahead and drove 30 miles for a part. Only to find out it has to be ordered. Then I come back after I called ahead again and locked the door in my face. Last part I’ll ever buy from this location
I ordered an instrument cluster. First time order it. It was by phone. Guy said it was ordered and would be in next day.
I called next day and the guy that answered phone said yes it was on the truck and just left Memphis and would be there in alittle bit. I Called back later that day, & They said it wasn't ordered. Also that it was a special order and i would have come in to order it. So I drove an hour to the store to order it for second time.
I ordered it at the store and they said it would be 10 days before it comes in. I waited 10 days & called the store... they said it didn't come in. I Did that for next 3 days calling the store each day after the 10 days.
After third day I ask where is the part? They couldn't tell me anything. Tracking number they said they had was no good. 4th day I called they finally found out that the part came in 3 days after it was ordered but didn't know what happened to it. So had to re order the part a third time. And they said it be in 3 days. In 3 days I went to the store and ask about part. And it wasn't there. By now the truck been down for 2 week 2 days waiting on an part. I canceled the order and went down to autozone and ordered the part. Next day the part did come in after ordering from nether place. And from autozone it was In 3 days i had the part in my hand.
P.s I can say the staff was friendly. I might get parts from them if it is in stock in the store. But Im not ordering parts from them no more.
This place is horrible the second time I ordered a part when I get there nobody knows where the part is but it shows it's there in the computer. Very slow. Have better luck buying off amazon.

Uneducated can't even properly install a battery and strips negative bolt come back home to Alabama and had to oriellys here to fix the problem I demand full refund since they can't do their job right and I paid decent price for a brand new battery.. I ain't your ordinary outsider I do have attorneys in my family who will be glad to handle this business.. day 3 no call from supervisor
