This man is a life saver. I locked myself out of my semi truck last night and I was freaking out. I looked up 24hr lock smith and all the google searches that popped up nobody would answer. In heavy rain, lightening and thunder we were given FANTASTIC and KIND service. Our van had no tools to change a tire. When he figured out he was unable to get our spare from under the van he found and then plugged the hole in our tire. All in the heavy rain!! Thank you so much for your 5 star service!

Family locked the keys in our car and 30 minutes later he was there and the car was opened. We were in the middle of a 10+ hour drive and he saved the day. Extremely quick service at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend if anyone else runs into a similar situation.
John was all in on helping us get our sliding glass door unlocked. It was such a tight fitting door that after working diligently for about 30 minutes, he came up with a new plan
to get in our house a different way.

I was having unknown car trouble while passing through Mississippi and my insurance roadside coverage sent Road Savior to help me. I can't express enough how helpful John was! We were traveling through on our way back home to Iowa and found our car had a flat tire in the morning. We called road side assistance and John arrived in 20 min as promised and provided fantastic assistance. He pumped up the tire and lead us to a tire shop about 1/2 mile away from where we were at. He talked to the shop owner ship and they had our tire fixed in short order and we were on our way back home. I can not say enough good things about John and his fantastic service. People like John renew a persons faith in their fellow man.

This guy who runs this business is beyond amazing. I have now used him twice. He was quick, did zero damage to my car, was helpful, gave me suggestions for something I asked him about. He and his business is one in a million. You just don't find that many kind, helpful people these days!!!
Given a choice ask for him over other companies your insurance company might want to use. I was incredibly lucky the insurance company had him come out after, as someone else mentioned, Jack Rabbit (multiple state company) whom the insurance company called first refused. If your insurance company calls him make sure you give a review. I'd much rather have him come in the future than some of the companies I have dealt with over the years.
