Randy and Arthur with Roadrunner Towing & Recovery were outstanding! My alternator pulley failed and shredded my serpentine belt late at night while I was stranded between just outside of Jackson. They responded quickly, were incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road.
Instead of just towing the vehicle, they were able to diagnose the issue, help source the parts, and complete the repair right there so I wasn’t stuck waiting for a shop to open. They were knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me out of a stressful situation.
I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. If you ever find yourself needing roadside assistance or towing in the area, I highly recommend Roadrunner Towing & Recovery — Randy and Arthur are the people you want helping you!!
Great service and personable experience. Randy came out and helped me when my lug nuts were stripped. Great expert and provided with a timely solution. Will be calling again if anything comes up again.
This man Randy White(Road Runner Towing Service) is a con artist and a crook. I have had to take legal action against him to return my car. I am still trying to get my car back after-all he has conned me out of $2,300.00 dollars. He has had my car since April 10,2025 and now it’s August 19,2025. Do not trust this man… I am just warning anyone, DON’T allow this man to take advantage of you. He is not afraid of the law, he avoids any type of legal documents that is sent to him. These are some of his cons : He’s waiting on a part,I am in the Doctor's office( this is his comment when he does decides to return your call or text) he’s very kind and friendly . A BIG HUGE LIAR!! The bottom line is STAY AWAY from Randy White( Road Runner Towing Service) unless you want to be conned and schemed. Just a fair WARNING!!!
Called the owner to pull my Tesla. He was very helpful. I didn’t actually need the tow because he walked me through getting my battery jumped without him even coming. It’s great to have someone generous and helpful in these times. This will definitely be my only tow service to use in Jackson/Clinton area.
Flat tire ( blowout tire to be exact) on my Jayco RV on I 20 east, answered call right away, kept me informed of when he would arrive. Fixed me right up and super nice guy!
Like an idiot I got stuck in the mud on one of the rows in the battlefield park. After miles of muddy and wet trails, dodging potholes and visible mud my luck ran out.
Called several towing companies and Roadrunner Towing were the only ones to call back.
It took him about 30 minutes to reach us and got us hooked up and out of the mud in no time.
I gave a 1 star because this is the lowest rating possible. Stay away from this man. He has had my car for a while now and doesn’t want to respond nor give it back. I have reached out multiple times. He claimed my car key was stolen from his possession. He gave me the run a round and now I’m seeking legal help. Do not trust him
This man is a crook!! He has had my daughters car for over a year! Every time we talk to him about picking it up, he either has a heart attack, gout, surgery, a stroke or just plain ignores us. He said someone stole the keys to the car and he had to get a set made🧐

My Honda CRV died on the road. He came immediately and we got the car to the repair shop. Then he gave me a ride home since I was close by. I highly recommend him.
Outstanding service & prompt help! My daughter is a student at MC. Car wouldn't start despite having a brand new battery. I'm 10 hrs away and can't help directly. Thought I'd have to have it towed. Called Roadrunner Towing. Randy went out to check it out. Was able to make the repair (bad battery terminal connector) right in the parking lot at the school. Tested the alternator and checked all fluid levels while he was there. Kept me updated the whole time. He gave this dad peace of mind. Now I have a go-to-guy in Clinton if I need him.
Called at 10pm on a Friday night for a disabled Bass Tracker Boat/Trailer. I was 40 miles north of Jackson on the Interstate and needing to get to Clinton. It was a 120 mile round trip for him. He showed up, we loaded it up and headed to my destination. He did it with a smile and was a pleasure to work with in my time of need.

We needed someone last minute and he was kind enough to come to us right away helped us fix our vehicle and towed us to a gas station for very reasonable price. He was truly awesome and professional
Amazing person went above and beyond we were stranded with our dogs on the side of the high way in extreme heat and not only did he take us to a gas station he helped find the problem and fixed it. Overall he was amazing and I cannot thank him enough!!!!
Randy was quick to answer the phone and quick to pick us up. Was gonna take us to Vicksburg when a storm hit and we sat in traffic for 2 hrs just to turn around and go back to another town and he didn't charge us anymore for changing our minds on where we were going. Really friendly guy and nice to ride with
Oh my goodness was Randy White the owner ever a blessing! We had a flat tire on our fifth wheel trailer and he was out within 5 to 10 minutes. He knew what he was doing and probably only took 10 minutes to change the tire. I was back on the road so fast. He was a godsend. He told me to call him no matter how far I got if I had any further issues. Which I did not have any, but what a help! He was super. I would highly recommend this service.

I am a young girl who loves in Clinton alone and tonight I got a completely flat tire and found myself in the O’Rilleys parking lot with no help. After contacting Mr. Randy, he came to where I was at 9 pm to fix my tire. Mr. Randy went above and beyond to give me the best service possible and was so sweet! Being a young girl alone late at night, I also felt very safe and knew I was with someone who was trustworthy and so kind! I will 100% be going to Mr. Randy for any vehicle trouble I have from now on! He was the absolute best and not to mention so humble and genuine!
Simply said, Randy is awesome!!!...The hauling service I needed was not typical. I had to get a piece of broken construction equipment off-loaded from an 18 wheeler trailer and moved to another location on a weekend (this was not an easy job). I called everyone around the Jackson area that did towing and there was no-one willing or able to do this for me, so I was stranded. The guy knows his stuff, so give him a call.
Randy was a life saver! He was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help us. We had a flat while traveling from Chattanooga to our home in Austin, TX. We drove, slowly, 15 miles down I20 to the closest town, which was Clinton. After searching for a tire, airing the flat in between destinations, we had no luck finding our tire size. We reached out to Randy who located a tire for us and towed our vehicle to a repair shop. The business was near closing time and yet, after talking to Randy, agreed to stay and replace our tire. Thank you! Definitely recommend his services.
Called this service and they responded quickly. They were there in under 20 minutes!!! Randy was nice and friendly and helped us change a tire and get us back on the road safely. He was very friendly and nice and made us feel safe, evennthough we were on the side of the highway. Even took us to a local tire place to check the other tires out. Great service!
Randy is awesome! I would definitely recommend giving him a call if you find yourself broken down in and around Vicksburg. We were missing the key to our locking lug nut and couldn't get the wheel off. Randy had one (nobody else in the area did). He got us and our vehicle off of the side of I-20 and followed us to make sure we got to a hotel safely on our spare donut. Not sure what we would have done without him!
Alternator went out on Sunday afternoon traveling from TX to AL. Randy/Roadrunner located alternator that evening and had it ready for garage to install the next morning. Back on the road Monday morning. Great job, Randy, thanks so much!

Randy was phenomenal today. We had some issues with our vehicle while trying to get home and he was really prompt with pick-up and getting my husband and car to where they needed to go. Additionally, he called to check on us which was a really thoughtful and kind gesture. We are well pleased and if ever in a bind in the area would use this service again.
