I was on the road from Florida when my car wouldn't start. Wes took care of me and even tightened my battery leads so the new battery was installed properly. It was bitter cold, but he was cheerful and happy to help .

Wes was a great help. He went over and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my car. He listened to my needs and what i was experiencing. He was able to pinpoint exactly what i needed. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience!

I had to have my batteries replaced; and of course it’s hard to remove (engineers put it underneath other parts and must generally hate mechanics). The GM and the RPP both worked above and beyond to get them replaced in the Mississippi sun, squeezing both in and selling me exactly what I needed. They were both super helpful, professional, and did their job without complaints. I don’t know of someplace else to get your battery changed at such a great value. I will definitely come back for other automotive needs, and look for the same staff that made my day easier than a dead battery. Kudos to you Clinton staff, Latisha and Wes.

I had an issue w some wipers that an employee put on last week and I went by today and Wes, the GM, went over and above to fix my problem!! I will ALWAYS shop from Advance Auto Parts in Clinton!

I'm done wasting my time at this location. They're happy to sell oil and filters, but would not take my used oil today. They said it was overfilled and is only emptied once every few months! In the past I've asked about their scan tool and somehow it's always broken. There's no service here - just a place to buy parts. They have no reason to exist - I can buy parts on Amazon for less money and infinite selection.

Walked in, both guys head down burried into their phone. Waited there for a minute. Asked if I could get a code reading. And they said they "don't do code readings at night". So wasted my time and lied. Do better

The staff here are rockstars. I was driving through with family and had car issues. They helped me diagnose the issue, got the parts needed, and helped me replace the parts right there. Back on the road in about an hour. Friendliest staff I've experienced at an Advance. Thank you everyone!

Was at this location yesterday. Extremely helpful staff. Got the right part, allowed me to borrow tools for the job, and when at a loss, they helped me finished replacing my alternator and got me back on the road. Special shout out to Kat! Old school went out of his way to help me. True God sends!

Great customer service! Not only were the employees helping my wife today (2/22/22) kind, courteous, and friendly, but she mentioned all of the other employees were friendly as well even if they had no direct reason to interact with her. They happily helped resolve a simple battery issue that the AutoZone on County Line Road in Ridgeland were too lazy to, and not only secured a sale of a battery that AutoZone could not, but they are now our go-to auto parts store as of today. They demonstrated great customer service, reliability, and competence regarding the products they sell. I’ll be sure to recommend this location! EDIT: I came to add another 5 star review today just because of several more positive experiences we had recently, but saw I already had one posted! The employees and manager really make this a great location to shop at, and go above and beyond.

Wife had great experience with day shift today 5 stars. I went back tonight arrived at 8:49 — door locked with two guys standing behind the counter. Listed closing time 9 pm. I bet their last transaction was closed at 8:48 or 8:49 because someone was leaving when I arrived. 1 star. Spent money at Walmart instead.

I purchased a starter motor that comes with a warranty. The starter is defective. Attempted to return in store with the receipt present. Before YOU purchase a part here, be aware that nobody, including the manager, is able to approve a return/exchange for this item. ONLY the GM can approve a return for this defective item. You then have to wait for this person to become available before a return/exchange can take place. Since a car is very difficult to operate without a starter motor it becomes increasingly difficult to go to work much less come back to the store when this individual is present. I understand some reasoning behind the policy as someone could try to return a bogus part, but this is ludicrous. Last time to purchase a part from this location.

5 stars for the staff here. I was going to work earlier this week and in the middle of my drive there my alternator went bad. Little did I know at the time. I originally thought it was my battery and was able to pull into parking lot in time before my car went dead. The staff here helped me learn that it was not my battery but my alternator and even after buying the part unable to install it in the lot, the GM there called a local mechanic shop to haul my car to their shop and install it there with no extra cost. I hope that they read my review and know just how appreciative I am of the staff there. For any future purchases regarding car parts I will definitely choose this location.

The store mgr. experience was very bad, entered store and mgr of store had food speed out on service counter pushing food into his mouth and talking to a customer with his mouth full, I was returning a part that was bad the mgr reported that there was no replacement at the store made no effort to help by seeing where I could find another saying like it was not his fault the part was bad. I have been doing business at that store for over 10 years and will not be back.

I came in for a new battery today. During checkout, Andre T. (I believe that's correct based on my receipt) notified me that had I purchased it online for store pickup, I'd be able to apply a 20% off coupon. I asked if I could cancel, purchase on my phone, and continue checkout that way, and he was happy to oblige. Andre's patience and generosity in notifying me of the coupon code for online purchases saved me $34! Plus, he was a real genial guy. Thanks, Andre. You deserve a raise!

Extremely friendly staff and eager to ensure the customer is satisfied. The product I purchased online to be picked up at the store could not be found. I was given a better quality item that will do the job at no extra cost to me.

I swung by here to get my battery checked. (and, unfortunately, replaced). A guy named Seneca helped me out. He was very polite, and even chatty. The entire visit, including battery replacement, only took about 20 minutes. And that included the employees handling the random questions of other customers. All-in-all, a very good visit. I'll probably come back here for other car related stuff if I need to.
