Sonya is the best!! Hands down! Give that lady a raise. She was very helpful more than she could imagine. I needed a terminal for my battery. I didn't know what that was. She found the correct one I needed and even took out her handy dandy tools to change it. She went above and beyond to help another woman. I appreciate her and thankful for her.

Q did an amazing job helping me out this morning with a new battery. He helped install it for me and was very kind. Q is a friendly face you need when things aren’t going right. Appreciate the help from the lady buying the new cheaper batteries😊. My husband sent me to yall and he wasn’t wrong.

Just spent the morning getting parts. Kensonia was my parts person. We had a little mixup on the brake pads but got it solved quickly. As usual, I was in and out with what I needed. I usually shop here for my parts needs. Always get good help quick. She was so helpful.

I want to make it clear that my complaint is NOT about the poorly trained employee, who was trying her best, but rather the management that 1) hired someone without even basic knowledge of tools; 2) provided little to no training; 3) was either hazing her to get her to quit or treating her with a "sink or swim" attitude that resulted in an excessively long visit for me, the customer, and almost ended up damaging my car. I had a sudden need for a new car battery and had no tools in my car, so I went to O'Reilly's, since they will do installation. This untrained employee could not use the computer system correctly and ended up selling me the wrong battery, then tried to cram it into the space in my engine compartment when it CLEARLY did not fit, all the while telling me that it didn't need to fit to work (!!!). She did not understand the principle of "lefty loosey-righty tighty" and kept turning things the wrong way. She could not figure out which way to switch the ratchet rotation from tighten to loosen. She was trying to use a shallow socket that obviously couldn't reach the nut instead of just getting a wrench. Meanwhile, three other employees just stood around the store. I can only assume that their attitude was related to her, not to a complete lack of interest in customer service. Maybe they feel like she's had plenty of training and needs to do these things herself now. Maybe they just don't like her and want her to get frustrated enough to quit. I don't know, but it shouldn't have affected me as a customer. I've been loyal to O'Reilly's for years, but I guess I'm going back to AutoZone now.

When I first came in the workers in the back were casually talking. I waited a few minutes. She finally came up to me and said “can I help you “. I stated i Tried to get an oil change kit. The lady at the register directed me to scan a code and pick out my own stuff.Didn’t ask for my vehicle. Didn’t try to help. I had no idea what I was picking out. She went back to finish her conversation. I just ended up leaving and going to Autozone. .

I checked on their website first. Then I called the store to confirm that if I purchased headlight bulbs from them, they would install them for me. Both the website & my phone call confirmed they would. So, I made a special trip over to the store, purchased the headlight bulbs I needed only to have them tell me they wouldn't install them. I was very angry, but just left because I didn't want to make a scene. Why did they tell me they installed headlight bulbs when I called?! Be TRUTHFUL with people! Is that too much to ask? Apparently with this O'Reilly store it is. My first & most decidedly LAST dealing with such a DISHONEST business!!! ***REPLY TO O'REILLY*** Absolutely will NOT be giving you guys another chance! I was flat out LIED to & obviously no one is going to be held accountable for that! Your website claims you perform services that you apparently don't! Why on earth would I give you another chance to screw me over yet again??!! One chance to get it right the FIRST time is all any business gets. You guys blew it!

Assit. Manager Flemicka needs to change her attitude. Asked price for 3 different product and she got mad saying we are doing too much. We hardly took 1 min of her time but she was real grumpy about it. And she told us completely wrong price of the items when the computer is showing us different price, I asked her why is she lying, she said she is reading off the computer with the attitude. (Is it even right thing to do??) Started singing gospel and her peers were laughing and saying she is calming herself down apparently cause of us. And there was no customer behind us to say if we are holding lines or taking her precious time. I hope the gospel helps change her attitude.

Went to get a battery and every worker in the store was extremely helpful (I had no idea what I was doing) they were so welcoming from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. They made sure they could replace the battery before I purchased it and gave me all the info I needed. I personally don’t go to auto shops often but if I ever have to go to one it will be this location without a doubt

I must say I have been a fan of this O’Reileys since I came to Clinton in 2020. I have bought many parts from this store each time the staff were super helpful. One particular staff member sticks out. I believe her name is Dee. I now live back in Florida. I had an issue with a warranty for a battery I bought from her 2 years ago. She went out of her way to help me. I mean the whole works. Tracked down my receipt, confirmed my purchase, then called the store here in Gainesville, Fl waiting on the phone with me to ensure I received my new battery. Let’s face it, customer service is not what it used to be. Often, people act irritated, uninterested and plain out rude. Hence, the importance in acknowledging when it’s not just done right, it’s done WITH EXCELLENCE. Cheers to Dee and the staff at store 1108 in Clinton, Ms. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks much!

Terrible customer service, the other day, from a lady that had 'Assistant Manager' on her name tag. I've seen other comments about a rude lady working there, and that's probably the same one. As I walked in she gave me a dirty look from across the store as if she was irritated that she was about to have to do something. I smiled and walked to the counter. She continued to sweep a single spot on the floor for almost a minute, I'm certainly only to avoid walking to the counter. I said I needed to do a return and she immediately told me she couldn't without a receipt. I told her they took my phone number and she insisted 'sir we HAVE to have proof of purchase and to make sure you bought it from this store". I insisted that putting in my phone number would pull up the proof of purchase and it would be valid coming from their computer. She rolled her eyes. Took my phone number. Did some things on the computer not saying a word to me. Glared at me again. Then shoved a return receipt in my face still rolling her her eyes. I thanked her for the transaction then asked why she was so aggressive and rude while doing the transaction. She started to get rude with me and I told her she had behaved like an a**h*** throughout the entire transaction. I will NEVER return to an O'Reilly's again. Not that location, anyway. Will travel out of my way to not have her dampen my day again. I don't know if she hates her job or hates her life, but it's unprofessional to treat customers that way.

Couldn't find the air filter for my car at 3 different part suppliers. something told me to turn into O'Reilly. They had it and offered to replace it. Great service.

The Manager is PHENOMENAL! We did not know she was the manager until the end of the transaction. She worked very hard as if she were a regular employee. She was very detailed and thorough and her explanation of everything and was very pleasant and kind.

Flemicka is one of the BEST associates at O'Reilly's. Whenever I go into the store, she is always so pleasant and she answers any question I have about parts. Also, she is a big part of the reason I choose to give my business to O'Reilly's. She renders excellent service with a smile!!

Went for wiper replacement. Made me wait 20 plus minutes then the counter person was irritated complaining the whole time throwing the blades on my hood scratching it.

First off, they don’t know how to read a receipt, I was returning something of 80 dollars and they tried to return only 27. And then when they finally scanned the receipt and saw I was right they didn’t have enough money in the register.
