I attempted to warranty out a battery last week at this store as my 2 year warranty was about to expire and my battery had gone bad. When I arrived they informed me that they had given a cash refund on my battery a few weeks ago. That wasn’t possible because I still had my battery. Also, I paid with a debit card, so they aren’t even supposed to give a cash refund. A manager had to override that. I contacted corporate and was told they don’t have cameras inside the store. So clearly there is an employee, probably a manager, who steals money from customers at this store. Who knows how often this happens because I’m sure she chooses warranties that paid with cash first. So I had to purchase another battery because of this. I won’t be shopping at this location again.

Just nice friendly people who answers ALL your questions even if you're female

Very helpful and completely competent. Answered all my questions and helped me install some new wiper blades. The manager, Julian Jordan, was very helpful and suggested the best options for my price range.

Do not come here for any assistance. Watched a younger guy with a grey diesel truck maybe a half hour ago try to jump off a car (2016 Mercedes C300) at sonic. The worker had no clue how to jump off the persons vehicle and melted a dime sized hole into the frame of the battery. If he cannot jump off a car, why is he working at a parts house? This is very unfortunate for the fellas car that was dead. The worker told the customer something along the lines of “theres nothing i can do for you, its time for me to clock out”. If i could rate no stars I would, at least autozone workers know how to jump off vehicles.

Please do not come to this location of O’Reillys in Hattiesburg Mississippi on Highway 98. They are the most incompetent and unqualified people I have ever had to deal with when it comes to purchasing an item for an automobile. Please screen your employees better before hiring them, thanks valued customer.

Zack and Antonio was amazing!!! I came in because my engine light was on. They worked hard to make sure they were able to give me the correct diagnosis and even gave me simple tasks to help me fix the problem. I woke up today and guess what NO ENGINE LIGHT!

I get 90% of my parts from here. The thing is ,you can drive all over town waisting gas looking for the right parts, or you can go to O'Reilly and save money and time. The staff goes above and beyond to help you. Appreciate you O'Reilly for all you do.

Manager price matched the Bosch ICON wiper blades for me! Now I'm ready for the new windshield tomorrow! Great service!

The manager was very rude to me not helpful at all I bought a part yesterday no one told me I would need a gasket for part got home husband told me had to ride way back out there and never once did sales person or manager ever offered to sell me the gasket just kept rudely telling it didn't come with gasket so I left without the gasket I needed just not gonna get treated that way when Im spending my money i came for a part not attitude this was today this morning a female manager with very snappy bad attitude

My experience here started out horrible but ended up GREAT. First, the employee Emily is a know it all who knows nothing. She enjoys speaking to the customers like they are idiots while having little knowledge about cars herself - extremely rude. However, another employee by the name of Julian was the BEST. He intervened quickly and provided awesome customer service as well as physical services in very hot weather conditions without complaining one time. He also is an expert when it comes to mechanics. Julian deserves a promotion.

This isn’t so much the people at the stores fault as it is O’Reilly‘s company as a whole. I was asked about setting up my rewards account this morning so I did .When asked about the Military part of it I told her yes ma’am. She asked for proof and upon presenting my State issued Drivers license with Veteran Designation I was told it was not enough. Since when is a state Id not enough? I could see not accepting a dd214 because of lack of photograph but how do you think I got this designation on my ID … Definitely have my military designation attached to my advanced auto accounts , Lowe’s , Home Depot etc . It’s not about the money it’s about the principle of being told it’s not enough. I do allot of mobile mechanic work and will make the extra few mile drive to not support the store after that.

I was just there and unfortunately the name of who installed my headlight isn’t coming back to me rn, but he was great! In fact, while he was at it we were talking about O’rielly fun facts and I mistakenly confused Bill O’rielly from the show instead of the founder of O’rielly auto parts as the facts I searched up… would’ve called but the store is closed now but still wanted to correct my mistake. Great convos tho!

I went to pick up parts I pre ordered. Those guys are great.? They have a good vibe when you walk in to that store.

Took my wife’s car by to get battery tested. Battery located in floor behind passenger seat. Hard to get to. Store Mgr, Julian, personally changed out the battery. Very kind, professional, & knowledgeable! GREAT Asset to this business!!

I had to have two bulbs for my Highlander, low and high beam on the driver side. I called ahead to make sure they had them. When I arrived, I asked for the young man I had spoken to on the phone. Alex helped find the correct bulbs and put them in for me. Extremely helpful and very kind! Thank you so much Alex, for all your help and making it a smooth and easy transaction for this tired ole lady!

By far best parts place in Hattiesburg. Always helpful and knowledgeable. The only place I go for car parts.

Bought some tools and looked up a part..the guy was polite..friendly...and very very helpful. . answered all my questions...and I will return here if need be because of that.,oh and there battery tester works also ...I made sure to ask

This store was awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. Unlike the store I visited yesterday. The store manager at the Broadway location is VERY rude and hateful. It seamed to me that he didn't want to do anything other then talk to the other staff and when I asked questions he was less then professional. A lot less. But the store today will definitely have my future biz. Great job guys!!

Rolled in here from out of town with some car trouble. Austin was able to get me setup with the thermostat and seal that I needed and even recommended a local guy that came over and installed in within an hour. Amazing service, can't thank Austin and Bo's service enough for getting me back on the road so fast!

Horrible service. Felt like I walked in store during 1920s. The person I got "help" from acted like he had better things to do. In the end I didnt end up getting help from him but another employee. While I'm happy she helped me I will no longer be spending my money here or any other location.

O'Reilly is a life-saver!! They always have auto parts, accessories, and quality fluids in stock for your every auto need!! They also have the answers for your automobile questions. The one we visited was in Oak Grove and we are so glad it's so close to us. They had everything we were looking for. We definitely are going back again.

This store really cares about the customers. I have purchased parts here before and they are very polite about it. For instance today I ran over something and it was dragging under my car, and they came out to take a quick look. Honestly I don’t know anything about cars, so this was a life saver.

The staff here are always nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Everything is stocked (if they haven't sold all of a certain item) and neatly put away as it should be. If you don't know where something is or have any kind of question they are always willing to help and if they don't know the answer they will try to direct you to someone that may be able to help you. Prices are about what you would expect out of a auto parts store but it's about the same as somewhere else like AutoZone or Advance Auto. So it really boils down to if they have what your looking for and if it's in stock. It's more of a convenience thing about which you would want to shop at as far as I can tell. Overall I really like this store and I'll be back if I'm in the area and need something instead of shopping somewhere else.

While every employee at this location has been great, Marlon always goes the extra mile to help us and is knowledgeable enough to make suggestions and recommendations. I am always glad when Marlon helps us out.
