This summer our teenager needed a new car battery, and the team at Batteries Plus did a remarkable job taking care of her and getting everything installed quickly! The staff was kind, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. They had her back on the road in no time, and the pricing was great too. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service!

My husband went into the store a few weeks ago because his phone wasn’t working, and the team at Batteries Plus was incredibly helpful! It didn’t take them long at all to figure out the issue, locate the battery he needed, and replace it quickly. The customer service was wonderful, the turnaround time was fast, and the cost was more than reasonable. They honestly saved us from having to buy a $1,000 new phone! We will definitely be coming back and shopping with them again in the future.

We had to get batteries for our golf cart at work. Victoria helped with the transaction and it was seemless and she was very sweet and cared about her customers! Also told me the other inventory they have and we may be able to switch all of our battery purchases to Batteries Plus because of the great experience we had!

These people are beyond AMAZING! And incident had occurred and Ms Victoria one of the ladies that works there, did a beyond amazing job!!! She was on top of everything! There amazing friendly and just make you feel like your suppose to be there! Thanks you guys!!

I took my nearly new iPhone 16 pro to have the OLED screen replaced and they did a wonderful job! Everyone was super friendly and I’ve had zero issues with my phone since. The next week I sent my mom in to have the battery in her car key fob replaced and they took care of her also and she kept telling me how great they treated her. I highly recommend them!

Thank you to Victoria who is the manager at the Hattiesburg MS store. I realize everyone has limits to their warranty but for whatever reason I got a bad battery that would take a charge. She went out of her way to exchange the battery and explained what had happened.

Call before you go. Google, Their website and posted on the door states open on Saturday 9AM-7PM. However I drove 1.5 hours there and arrived at 4:02 PM and they were closed. Met 2 more customers in the parking lot trying to get in as well who also googled the store hours, thinking they were open. Please update your hours and customers call before you go. Took my S23 Ultra in to get the screen replaced and 1.5 hours later...Done! JD was very professional & courteous. I cannot tell by looking that this phone has been taken apart. A little more expensive than another place I've checked, but worth it to have the work done by a place that is Samsung certified and is the only place in town that had the part I needed in stock.

The sales associate answered all my questions and provide additional helpful information. She was very pleasant also

Unhelpful staff. If you're going to be open for business at least have someone there who knows what they're doing. The person I spoke with couldn't even operate your phone system, much less help me with a battery. They tried to sell me a battery that is over an inch too tall for my motorcycle. Count me as doing business ANYWHERE but with you.

I brought my IPhone 14 in for a simple screen repair; my phone was working perfectly fine before bringing it in and never had any kind of software issues. After getting my screen fixed I got it back and the screen kept going black when on a phone call and I could hear and touch buttons but couldn’t get the screen to come back on for a minute. I contacted them and told them the issue and they were quick to try and get this issue resolved; they said it could have been a bad screen that they put on my phone. I returned the phone for a second repair and they put a different screen on it which also had the same issue. I tell them the issue again and they said it must be my proximity sensor which they ordered and replaced on my phone. Now I’ve had two new screens, a new proximity sensor, and it’s still going black on calls. The subject matter expert there (Victoria) then says that it is something to do with a software malfunction on my iPhone so they can’t go any further, keep in mind my phone was perfectly fine before I brought it in the store besides a broken screen. I would advise anyone reading this to just go ahead and use a apple certified establishment because this business uses third party screens from a vendor, and just hopes that it will work out; and if it doesn’t in the end then they blame it on your phone. They did try and resolve the issue but at the end of the day, it’s the parts they are using that is the issue unfortunately.

I went in to Batteries And Bulbs about a month ago shopping for a specific item. While there I noticed two more items I have been in need of several times over the years. I purchased X2 air compressor and X2 jump starter. Victoria was the professional expert on duty. She patienty showed me how to use the equipment. Today I called in because I forgot some of Victoria instructions. Mr JD answered the phone. JD was professional, courteous and kind. I thought a part was missing so he invited me into the store to address the problem. The part was there all the time. After that Victoria again skillfully showed me how to used the product. And It Worked. As a Retired Veteran and School Teacher I just want to say Thank You for your service.

The folks there are awesome. They have helped me many times. But in the last two days I have see the best in people. Very professional and nice. I will always use this store for phone repairs and battery’s. Thanks so much.

This store has met me more than once on a job site with the products that we need. Which saves us time in doing our jobs. The store staff is always friendly and helpful.

They advertised and they did not disappoint. The tap screen on my phone wasn't working, but they fixed it up and now I've got it back. I definitely recommend this place. And they have a great selection of both bulbs and batteries. I even saw the colored LED light bulbs on display.

I will never be back. They changed the front glass on my cell phone at an exorbitant price and in the process they broke my back glass and refused to fix it. They have done this on two separate occassions. Now I'm out a lot of money and still have to find someone to fix my phone. Not an honest place to do business.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Spent more than $200 to get my phone screen repaired. However, the following day, I encountered issues with connecting to Wi-Fi and charging. So, I returned to the technician with my receipt, hoping to get a refund. However, I was told that the repair was considered a "service" and thus not eligible for a refund. This policy seemed unreasonable to me. As a result, I won't be recommending their services to anyone or using them again myself. Buy your parts on Ebay, watch some Youtube on how to repair it, and do it YOURSELF.

Wasn’t greeted as soon as I entered but when I reached the counter a second employee came and asked how could she help me. I told her I just purchased a car and needed the key fobs battery changed. She asked if I wanted to pay $31 for the first and $13 for the second and then I would have unlimited changes but I told her no I would just pay for both. She was friendly and had a sweet attitude about her. I paid and left

Same day cell phone screen repair with genuine Samsung parts plus a new battery... $353. Worth every penny. Knowledgable, friendly & speedy service. Highly recommend. ----- So grateful to access my precious, priceless pictures & videos that were stored in my non-working phone. Thank you so much.

Do not use these guys.ripped me off 160 after repairing my phone. my screen they ordered. shattered 2 days after.then insurance on phone didn't cover that. Cheap screen they ordered.plus my phone was banged up by whoever fixed it when they returned it to me.they have zero experienced employees and customer satisfaction is a NO.

What was supposed to be an hour battery replacement turned into an overnight issue. My battery replacement was over 2.5 hours (10am-12:30 pm), and 2 minutes after picking up my phone, a green line appeared on my screen. I turned around and came back in the store. As I was waiting to be seen a second and third line appeared. I left my phone to be checked in case something was in a bind when the cover was replaced. I called to check on the status of my phone at 6:30 pm. The clerk sounded like she forgot about my phone. She had not started and had 2 phones still before me. It would be the next day before someone could look at it when they opened at 10:00am. We called at 10:30 am to check the status of my phone, and the new clerk had checked it, and it was ready. The green lines had disappeared by the time he came in to work. He did not see any new issues. My phone was working as it should when we picked it up the second time. Since I am college faculty and required to remain in contact with students and co-faculty, it was a huge inconvenience to not have my phone for 24 hours. After inspecting my phone, the front screen was separated a bit, and the light shows through the bottom home bar where the white solid area is. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the service. The staff seemed too overwhelmed and inexperienced to provide professional service on devices that cost over $1,000. They need someone dedicated to the counter, so they can provide the tech repair.

The guys here were very friendly, and knew more about lighting than I knew there was to know. There was no hesitation with the answers. I felt 100% confident, and sure, when making my purchase. The 5 years warranty I got on my product was very comforting as well. I will no longer buy lighting, accessories, or batteries from any other store, in the future. I happened to notice this store while driving across town, and I am so happy that I found them!!!

I'm a pretty low key person and few would guess that I'm an Atlanta retiree of one of the largest corporations in America. I worked and trained others in customer service during my career. I say all of that to say I can usually spot fair & sincere customer service quickly.

I recently cracked my cell phone screen(the first time in at least 25 years of owning a cell p) and my interactions(at least 5) with the employees at Batteries Plus exceeded my expectation(s).

The employees at your Hardy Street location both via phone and in person were kind, friendly and knowledgeable.

Kudos to the owner and the person who hires the wonderful employees of this store!

I appreciate them repairing my cell phone screen in such a timely manner!

This was the absolute worst repair service I have ever experienced. Had my screen replaced on my iPhone 7 Plus and when I got it back everything looked fine. The next day I couldn’t hear anything when I recorded videos. Thought it was strange but just kept silent because the price was relatively low. Then I got a phone call me no one could hear me, and I couldn’t hear them. I can’t call or FaceTime on my phone at all!! Don’t know what they did but my phone is ruined. Went in three times after this and told them to look at it again but they refused to fix their issue, even after admitting they had made a mistake, saying that the phone couldn’t be fixed and I would be better off buying a new one. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SCREEN REPAIRS. Don’t know the girls name who “repaired” my phone but she was brown headed. I hope a manager or store owner or someone sees this post!! Your business ruined my phone and you should be ashamed of yourself for letting people who are not properly trained work on customer phones. Is it possible to rate lower than one star?!
