They went above and beyond to get me financed at a great rate!

Went here to purchase a car with my son and the price quoted when we first arrived was 13,500. When the decision was finalized and we decided on financing the price went up by $400 to which it was stated that that’s the price of the car online. Mind you, he’d already quoted us the lower price and argues that that’s not what he said. When I took my son to pick up the car, it had paint specks that could’ve been cleaned off with a little detailing, needed an oil change and tires that need replacing to which we were told, “we would have to take care of ourself because this is a used car lot and since he didn’t have a co-signer they would be losing money.” I called him out for his rudeness to which he argues with me that they would not be making any money off the deal and he could pull the paperwork to show me as if I don’t know how a financing Companies and dealerships make their money. This was an awful experience. In this case, I was being a support to my son making his first adult purchase and he had his mind made up but if it was my purchase, I would’ve walked away.

Mr James Brown is a honest stand up guy. I have evey confidence in him and hope to do business with him in the future. Mr Joe White is likewise honest and trustworthy.

James helped me to finance a Nissan Altima and omg the gas mileage is every car owner's dream come true. James has a huge selection of automobiles. WORST people to go through!!! I called them about a mustang they had for sale ($11,995) and they told me I would roughly have to pay a down payment of about $3000. Told them I could do that so they said they had to run my credit 1st so I said ok and he would call back shortly.. Never received a call so I called them back he claim he was busy and said he was about to do it now and he would call me right back... Again never received a call so I called the next day and they basically told me the same thing so when they (so called) ran it they called back saying I would have to put down $3500 as an down payment so I said ok but the guy said he was still in process of working some things out. That night I checked online and they raised the price to 12,995.. So I called the next day asking about the price raise all the guy said was "Yeah I seen that"....... So he said again they have to run my credit and he would call back.. Again I didn't receive a call so I called back then he said I would have to put down $4500 as an down payment cause the $11,995 was a weekend special keep in mind I had the money... They gave me the run around & I wouldn't advise NO ONE to waste their time with them!!
