Pretty helpful with diagnosing my bad battery. Helped me pick out a new battery for $240 (gasp) all while talking smack about how Walmart batteries are dead right away and his never are. Guess what? Dead. These are the first jobs AI will take.
Have gotten lots of auto parts here. At first the workers seem slow and unwilling to help, but they are nice people and have lot's of knowledge and advice.
I had a disappointing experience attempting to return a set of unused, unopened rotors. The associate, Travis, initially refused the return, stating that a physical copy of the receipt was required and that the barcode on the emailed receipt would not scan. When I asked him to try scanning the emailed receipt anyway, it worked without issue.
It was uncomfortable to witness an employee visibly frustrated over a straightforward return, especially when the item was in perfect condition and the documentation was valid. I expected a more customer-friendly and solution-oriented approach. Unfortunately, this interaction left me questioning the integrity and professionalism of the store’s return process.
What makes this place cool is nice helpful people. When I over look something that I don't get it's over there. These guys came right out of the counter and got it. Thank you guys. Good going guys
Travis was extremely disrespectful and rude. I called to ask about break pads and dude was very hesitant to tell me if they had pads in the price bracket I was requesting.
Once I got the information, I went to the store and Travis kept making remarks and unprofessional comments about the breaks I was able to afford for my vehicle.
I don't plan to return to this specific store because of this experience. Get rid of Travis
Don’t go to AutoZone. Best thing they ever did was recommend me to come here to O’Reilly auto parts walked in asking if they could help me fix something they said yes they tried but could not fix it. Thankfully, there was an off duty O’Reilly worker that could help me fix it. Auto zone laughed at me go to O’Reilly auto parts
I needed help putting on a wiper. My brother worked at O'Reilly but he is currently in the army active duty living on base in a different state. He helped people all the time including myself. So I went to O'Reilly and Jim at the counter would not come out to help me. He first looked up my car. Why, when I have the wipers and car right here. I just wanted to know if the wiper needed to be returned or if I was putting it on wrong. But I figured it wouldn't hurt. Another worker, I don't his name, he helped me. I ended up buying new wipers. However, because of Jim I will never go to O'Reilly in St. Michael. Because of my brother I will still go to O'Reilly in Buffalo.
Always helpful and usually have the parts I need in stock. If not they are more than willing to order them into the store or ship to your house. Selection of general goods is decent and as mentioned, employees are friendly and helpful.
Manager is always helpful & knows his stuff!
Always willing to go above & beyond. So much turnover over the years. I sure hope they keep the good Staff & compensate the good ones well so they can keep this as a career if they so choose.
Great service & knowledge is worth it
The guys there were exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. Geno even helped install my wife's wiper blades in the rain so she could get on the road to work.
I’m pretty sure this is the location that I went to but the service was incredible. I hit a pothole and had to fix my strut mount on my car. They got me the part immediately made sure it was the right one and even let me use their tools to change it out. I was in and out in a half hour. Shout out to Gino Bacigalupo, Sean Walther, and Ray Shaza. They were amazingly helpful and I hope they get raises soon. Keep them around please
Staff are pretty cool and being able to recycle your used oil is very nice, 3 star because part prices can be pretty high especially for german car parts so honestly I've started buying on FCP Euro instead but otherwise for general stuff its not bad. Also sold me the wrong wheel bearing then refused to refund it because it had been opened.
First thing I was told when I talked to a staff was that I should burn my car to the ground because it is a Chrysler. Then I was charged too much for the part I bought and had to go back to get my money back, only to come and find out that I was sold the wrong part. Manager was very nice but the staff I worked with the first time was very disrespectful.
When I called I asked how much would it be for 2 new breaks and rotors they told me 159 and we’re very polite on the phone but when I came to the store 15 mins later the guy at the front was very rude and did not help me at all he kept getting an attitude because I didn’t know what kind I needed I tried to explain that to him but he told me they would be 269 they lied to me on the phone and was not showing any good customer service I left to take my business else we’re this is unacceptable and should not be tolerated
We own a car dealership in Sauk Centre, MN. One our drivers had battery trouble while bringing a car back from the auto auction. These guys were awesome bringing our driver a battery and tools to a local gas station to get him back on the road again!
Went in and got a 2" ball for towing, a ball lock and a wrench to attach the ball.
Asked if they loaned the wrench and the answer was no, made me feel like they wanted to just make the sale.
