The entire staff was very respectful, polite and helpful. Anything lady I believe from parts took my grandkids got them popcorn and put on a movie for them while we were making a deal. Ben was outstanding , very patient as well as the gentleman from finance ( sorry don’t remember his name)’

I bought several vehicles from Maury’s Buffalo. Always an enjoyable experience and very fair pricing. I feel that I always get the best trade-in value and the sales team understands what I’m looking for.

Fantastic Dealership, everyone from detailing, to sales, to finance was awesome. I flew in from out of town, they had everything set and ready to go when I got to the dealership and even picked me up at the airport. When I'm ready to upgrade this will be my 1st choice.

11/10. The salesman helping me, Jim Durnan, was such a sweetheart and so helpful. The finance guy, Rob Kirschenman, went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. The both of them made my first time buying a car at a dealership so easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be going back for my next one!

Ben was great, he kept looking till he found a car that fit my requirements ( and this took weeks). So thanks so much to him. Rob was also great to work with, we could have sat there a talked to him for hours he had some great stories. We enjoyed both of those guys a great deal!!

Andrea is 10/10, so personable and knowledgeable! She explained everything so well - especially the different features between models and financing options. My husband has been doing a lot of online research and thought we found the best deal on an F150 SXT, which I’d settle for, but wasn’t my ideal truck. She listened to what I didn’t like about it and asked what our price range was so she didn’t bring out something ridiculous we couldn’t afford. She immediately brought the F150 XLT that checked all of our boxes, and for a great deal - blew my husband’s mind! We looked at 2 vehicles, applied and were approved for financing at a rate cheaper than my credit union, and out the door in 2ish hours. They even provide license plates and tabs, saving you a trip to the DMV. Big thanks to Aaron in financing and the manager Tom also! You can’t beat the service and price!

Hanna was the best saleswoman I’ve ever met she is a perfect woman for the job. Shes neat, organized, definitely got her ducks in a row amazing service got me the perfect vehicle. In all honesty it really felt like she cared to get me into this truck and not just make a sale and that right there made my week I truly appreciate her working with me and making everything as easy as possible and getting me into my dream truck!!!!

I called at 9:00 a.m. and spoke with a salesperson about a truck I was interested in purchasing. We agreed on a 3:00 p.m. appointment for me to inspect and test drive the vehicle. Based on that confirmation, I took time off work and drove approximately 100 miles round trip to your dealership. When I arrived, I was informed the truck was in the detail shop, which I was understanding about. After detailing, the truck then needed fuel, which again I had no issue waiting for. After waiting for approximately 30 min I was told that another salesperson had taken a different customer on a test drive in the same truck. When I expressed concern, the response I received was dismissive, with the explanation that “it’s tough when there are 14 salespeople.” That response was particularly disappointing, as scheduling conflicts of this nature should be avoidable, especially when appointments are set in advance and modern systems exist to prevent double-booking. Ultimately, I left without being able to test drive the vehicle I had made a confirmed appointment for, after rearranging my workday and spending significant time and travel for the visit. 1 STAR DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Had a complicated order for a couple cargo vans. Mike communicated and kept in contact with me. He was committed all the way through. Very good service, will definitely use again for future vans!

Mariah was great to work with and so was Aaron at the Buffalo location. They were both very helpful with making our decision so much easier. Took the time to answer any questions we had.

I was helped by Phil. He was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable about cars. We connected so well on so many things. No pressure tactics at all. I was also briefly helped by Andrea while getting the keys for my new car, license plates and app configuration. 10 stars to both Phil and Andrea.

Bought a used 2022 Ford Edge. Overall buying experience was great and our sales person was Andrea Williams. Andrea is what made the sale and I will refer my family and friends to her when they are looking for a vehicle. 5 Star experience.

I am really pleased and satisfied with Morries! Made a phone call and was setup the following day to look at and test drive! Our salesperson Mariah was prompt and welcoming to meet us with the vehicle ready for us to inspect, when we arrived. The process frim beginning to end was friendly and informative, and we drove away 2 hrs later owning a new to us vehicle! I would definitely recommend Morries to anyone looking for a vehicle!

1000% recommend Morrie’s Buffalo Ford. Ian, Thomas, and Rob were knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely fun. They all had us laughing at one point or another. They met every need and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Of all the cars we’ve purchased over the years, this was also the quickest experience. For purchasing on a busy Saturday, we were in and out in almost 2.5hrs! Not gonna lie, I’ll think we’ll be back again and again.

RUN!! Save yourself a lot of stress and buy from Apple Ford in Shakopee. I bought a car with 3,000 miles on it, a courtesy car and was sold the rust protection package for $699. Before getting it applied I saw that it had already been applied before my purchase, by mistake by the staff at Buffalo. When I asked Nicole for a refund she left me a message back saying they could only do $200 refund due to the product already being applied and they were keeping my $499 for the “warranty”. I left Nicole a message back saying that wasn’t acceptable and please call back which she never did. I called and spoke to Gene a couple weeks(approx) later who is the new car manager and he agreed with me that I should get my money back. He would call me back end of day. This never happened either and I was finally contacted back approx a week later by Todd, customer service guy who shouldn’t hold that title. He argued with me till he was blue in the face and kept asking me “but were you HARMED by any of this” arguing that I did in deed get what I wanted by purchasing the rust protection, it was just already applied BEFORE I bought the vehicle.I told Todd what Gene had said and that he agreed to getting my money back, he denied saying this when Todd asked, or so he said. I don’t believe he even asked Gene. I argued with him to do the right thing and give my money back, he would not do such thing. $699 is a hard lesson to learn, and the lesson we have learned is to NEVER do business with these people again. I offered Todd to do the right thing and give my full money back with warranty on rustproofing and have him a deadline… I haven’t received a call to amend this situation. Oh yeah, they offered to give all my money back if I agreed to sign a disclosure to not share my thoughts. Bad business at Morris’s Buffalo. Do NOT buy here. They care only about the $, I guess I will cash the $200 check they offered. Crooks!!! Todd even encouraged me to do business elsewhere. Will do, APPLE FORD is awesome! Go there!!!! *UPDATE- the $200 check I was issued was returned to me. Morris’s must have stopped payment and now we get a $10 returned check fee. *

Was referred by a friend and had also purchased previously like 20 years ago. Elena was awesome! Friendly, positive experience all the way around. Thank you!!! I love my Escape.

I bought my Ford Edge here and the process was really easy. There were no high pressure sales and I feel like it was priced fairly. Exactly 90 days after I purchased the car I started having battery issues. They paid to have a new battery put in without me needing to argue with them to do that. My experience with them has been that they are honest and fair. I would purchase another vehicle here and recommend them to family and friends.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I have NEVER had such a bad experience in car buying in my life. We had a purchase agreement with Morrie's Buffalo Ford, a check for the purchase, and an appointment set up to take possession of the vehicle the next day. I had been communicating with the salesperson many times throughout the day. We had set a time to pickup the vehicle the next day. Then I received an email from the salesperson that they had sold the vehicle to someone else. To Brett Kramer and Mark Johanneck and to the entire business: this is how you treat customers? I went through hoops on this day to make the purchase happen, which was the day we celebrated Thanksgiving. Incidentally you ruined by family Thanksgiving. People left early so my husband and I could try and make sense of this situation. I will never be back.

We purchased a pre-owned Mustang Mach-E from Morrie's Buffalo Ford and it was a very smooth process. Sales guy Tyler was excellent: very friendly, well-organized, knowledgeable and efficient. He prepped for our appointment so he had everything ready when we arrived. Also a shout out to Aaron in finance -- low key and very nice and experienced, Donovan in parts -- very helpful answering questions and identifying options, and GM Brett, who handled our trade-in promptly and made sure we had all the accessories we needed before we drove off in our newly purchased car. Thanks for a great experience!

My husband and I had been to 12+ car dealerships before landing at Morrie’s in Buffalo. All the sales guys we had dealt with were either too far disengaged or extremely pushy. When we got to Morrie’s we were greeted by Mariah, who told us to take our time looking, to sit in what we liked, and to find her if and when we were ready. She was professional, yet could take a joke, knowledgeable, and eager to help us when we had questions. We had financing pre-approved through our bank, but the financing department was able to get us a much better interest rate. We did not expect to leave with my dream car same day, but we did! The team stayed late to finish up paperwork, and we were able to leave with regular plates so no extra steps for us! We left knowing our new car had a small issue and they were able to get it back in and fixed very quickly. I’m so grateful for our experience and would highly recommend the Morrie’s Buffalo team! I love my new explorer and am grateful we have a safe reliable vehicle for many years to come!

A Rough Start, but Todd Made Things Right I want to start by saying this is my second review — my first was written while I was frustrated and upset, and after taking some time (and having a great conversation with Todd), I feel it’s only fair to update my experience. To recap: I originally left a 1-star review because I had dropped off my 2017 Ford Escape for a cylinder misfire issue and left a week later feeling frustrated and disrespected. Communication was inconsistent, I didn’t get clear answers, and I was confused about some of the repairs that were suggested. I even noticed my vehicle had about 200 extra miles from their “diagnostic process,” which didn’t sit right with me. The entire experience felt disorganized and lacking transparency, and I left genuinely upset. However, after cooling off and spending nearly an hour on the phone with Todd, my view changed. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make things right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes accountability and puts in the effort to rebuild trust — but Todd did exactly that. He’s the reason I decided to take down my original review and update it with this one. In the end, yes, my vehicle was fixed — and yes, Todd made it right. I left our conversation actually feeling good about the outcome, which is something I didn’t expect to say a few days prior. For anyone bringing their vehicle here, I’d just offer this advice: Ask questions. Ask what was done, why it was done, and whether the recommended parts are truly necessary or just nice to have. If something doesn’t feel right, speak up and ask for clarification. Car repairs are stressful and expensive — and most of us depend on our vehicles every single day — so it’s worth understanding exactly what’s happening with your car. Not everyone’s perfect, and there are things that could have been done differently during the time they had my vehicle but communication and understanding go a long way. I truly appreciate Todd for turning a negative experience into a positive one.

Tyler J. from Morrie's was very friendly and helpful. I found the vehicle I wanted to test drive online but couldn't find it out in the lot. My wife and I went inside and Tyler greeted us almost immediately. I showed him the vehicle I was interested. He checked the inventory and was able to find it really quick. Gave it a test drive and the rest is history. The whole time while going through the purchasing process we talked about sports, the upcoming Vikinga game, music, and more. The whole staff was very friendly. I would like to apologize to the woman who came in earlier looking for the same vehicle but couldn't find it like but was later told it was found then in the process of being sold.

Truly bizarre experience. They either deliberately or incompetently lied to me and take no responsibility nor issued any apology. Went in expecting to put my name down on a car. I was looking to buy a new Bronco and when I asked them an estimate for the value of the trade-in (before looking at it in-person), they gave me a low value. Whatever, right? Wasn't meant to be. I told them that it is too low and they follow up and tell me the value could be as high as the KBB trade value I got online and from other dealers. I say that I would be happy to bring it in if, assuming no other issues I didn't mention, they are confident that I could get that value up to that range and that I don't want to waste my time getting a low value as I live an hour away. They said on text "Regarding the door dings you mentioned, I understand they’re small and only slightly affect the paint. While this might have some impact on the value, I’m confident we can get the KBB trade in value from the appraisal sheet I have attached from this morning, assuming no other surprises." Great, anything near that range was perfect for me! After waiting a little under an hour for them to take a look, the new car manager comes out and lowballs me AGAIN with no explanation on why. They found the car was in great shape except for the two scratches I had mentioned previously. It had "no other surprises". As I start to leave, I turn back because I want some answers. I specifically said not to waste my time if the offer would come in that low and that is exactly what they did. I left work early, drove an hour in traffic, and missed part of an event to make this appointment. I've done two two-hour round trips there. I request the manager and he sends my saleswoman to try to explain. Nope, I asked for you bud. It was quite embarrassing to see him basically hide in his office and send his rookie saleswoman to explain when I specifically asked for him. When he finally came out he just kept on saying he couldn't tell me why they lied to me because "JD" wasn't there who told me the value and kept throwing him under the bus. Why didn't I come when JD was there? Irritated, I try to get some more answers to no avail. Even my car saleswoman, Elena, looked shocked and was quite apologetic and said that she has literally no power to do anything. Even she thought my sale was a lock! The manager said that JD could call in the morning to explain. When I receive the call, no information was given other than that he didn't drive my car so HE didn't know why the offer differed. Who DOES have some answers?! He tacitly accuses me of just blowing off steam because I was frustrated but I simply want some answers on the value change. When he called again, he admitted it could have been that they gave me the wrong trim for the estimate. Nope, you sent the appraisal and it had everything correct. Lies? The worst part of this and the reason I have to do a bad review is because of the GM, Brett. All I asked for all day was for a call from him to give me details on what happened and why there was a value change when they assured me they could get me closer to the KBB. After hours of no call (he was "busy" with customers apparently all day like I am also not a customer), I went ahead and just called the dealership to ask for him. They said he was in his office. They will not get me in touch with him. So weird! No apologies at all from anyone (except Elena). I've been frustrated but I feel that I have been respectful and professional throughout this. You'd think I disparaged the legacy of Morrie Wagener! Dishonest, disrespectful, and pathetic. TL;DR: Dealership promised a trade-in value, then lowballed me after driving an hour, despite no new issues. Management dodged accountability, offered no apology, and gave conflicting excuses. Only my salesperson was sympathetic. The experience felt dishonest and disrespectful. Update: Got a better Bronco, at a better price, with a normal trade-in value, at a honest dealer.

Was looking to trade my 2024 F-350 for a 2026 F-450. They offered me well below KBB trade-in value — $69K for a truck I paid $92K for just 9 months ago that’s in near-perfect condition. I asked for $75K (still below market), and they wouldn’t even negotiate. Ended up buying the same day from another dealership who gave me $75K without hesitation. Seems like this place is more focused on padding their bottom line than treating customers fairly. Pic of truck I wanted to trade (red) truck I bought from Eide ford in Bismarck ND.

Wow, what a great experience! Honestly, this is the first time I went to a large dealership and didn’t feel like I was being lied to or misled in any way. On top that, I was in and out in just an hour or so. I drove past 10-15 dealerships to go here and I am happy I did. Thanks Jeremy and team!

We had a great experience purchasing a 2025 Bronco Badlands from Morrie’s. We live 2 hours away and worked with our salesman via phone, email & text to sort out the details. He was responsive and did a great job answering our questions and had everything ready when we came to the dealership to make the trade. The process was seamless and it was one of the best finance experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!
