I don’t leave reviews often, unless I receive exceptional service. Today’s visit at the Buffalo O’Reillys was an exceptional experience. Stopped in to purchase new wiper blades and was assisted by Jacob. Not only was Jacob able to provide me with a candid opinion on which wiper blades would best suit my vehicle (I got the rain X Rugged XL), Jacob replaced my wiper blades at no cost. The whole process was seamless. It’s difficult to find quality customer service nowadays. Very happy with my decision to stop at O’Reilly’s! Thanks Jacob!
Buffalo orieleys has really turned around sense they switched back to their old store manager. Shayna, Bill and their whole team really go above and beyond to make sure parts are correct and ordered fast when they need to be.
This location is very helpful. They definitely pride themselves on customer service. The young man Matthew was very kind and sweet. I definitely do recommend this location.........
I came in around 6pm on 8/11/25 in a rather stressful situation...I had already had a towing company jump my car at Target just in time to pick up my 2 little kids. After getting terrible service elsewhere, I came to O Reilly Buffalo where the staff were so kind, helpful. A young man was so wonderful to help replace my battery while I fed my kids dinner in the car. So grateful for the wonderful staff of this store!
Never once have I went home with the correct parts to my vehicle. Disappointing but not surprising that it’s happened again. Will be using other parts stores from now on. Do better.
Went in today to get my car's battery tested, but was told they couldn't do it because they were 'too busy'. There was one other customer in the store. Went next door to Auto Value and they did it for me immediately, it literally took 3 minutes. I will never go to O'Reilly's again for the rest of my life.
On 1/20/25 I was having car trouble. I stopped in there asking if they could check my battery and see if it was that. This one guy (not saying names) was rude and pushy in my opinion in an already stressful situation. I had tears and was about to walk out when this other guy named Bill was asking what the problem was. I began to tell him the situation. He was very caring and meets you where you are! Turned out he sells directly to my mechanic and so I was able to get a new battery right there without paying anything since it had a warranty. Bill took the bad battery out of my car and put in the new one in the parking lot. Told me I’m all good to stay inside and there’s no sense for both of us to be cold. He was amazing and I recommend him 100%!
O'Reilly in Buffalo has a fantastic team of employees who make the parts shopping experience a breeze. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I've found that they typically have the parts I need in stock, saving me time and hassle. If they don't have something on hand, they're quick to order it in. This is my go to store in Buffalo.
What was impressive to us was, The fact that they hired an older gentleman that had little to no screen time behind a computer. Just that in itself was ample reason enough. To Avenue X LLC, Technicians List LL and Cup Holder Inc. as Flagg Ship.
Ordered a Chilton manual for my 2013 dodge charger. Double checked to make sure everything was correct. Sweet, it is. Few days later I get it and it's already been opened. And here's the kicker, was for a 2010. They had video footage of lady even fixing the bag because it was sliding out. She tried saying I opened it and it was the correct one...in the end I got most of my money back and returned it. Never coming back. Dumbest experience I've ever had.
Great staff! Always helpful and happy! Knowledgeable about different aspects of the vehicle. And if they don't know they take the time to find the correct answer.
My fiance used to work here and he swears they are the best parts store out there. Decent prices, knowledgeable, and willing to help to figure out what you need to get your car back in the road and if you have an account with them you get some damn good discounts.
Highly recommend this store. We got stranded in Maple Lake with a dead battery and everyone was so helpful. A special thank you to Tammy for going above and beyond to help us find someone with tools to install the battery. We were back on the road within an hour thanks to Tammy!
I received the best customer service at this O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Buffalo. All thanks to Cammey. I had the worse experience a week earlier at the Princeton location and almost gave up on O’Reilly. I called ahead and Cammey answered letting me know she could have my two cans of auto paint requested mixed in 30-minutes. When I got to the store she greeted me with a smile and already knew I was the person who ordered the paint. After I arrived I had another request for a third color and she went to look it up. When she returned in less than five minutes she had it all mixed and done. If you need any paint mixed this is the store for you.
The staff at this location is absolutely amazing and always willing to answer any questions and help find the right parts. Their next day pickup/delivery service is awesome aswell. One of the ladies even let me go in back with her to try to search their inventory for a part they said they had. Awesome store. Definitely recommend.
Upon entry I was completely ignored. The employees were conversing with one another and no one greeted me nor asked if I was looking for anything specific or if I needed any help. Everything is overpriced. I went in last week in search of led lights. They had two low beam lights for $100 I looked up the same lights on Amazon and I was able to purchase a high and low beam set for $70 delivered the same day. I went in today in search of some febreeze car freshener. They hay two for $9 I looked up the same two at Walmart and was able to get 4 for $10. It’s terrible how bad the service is and we have enough to worry about let alone being overcharged. It’s just sad how greedy people have become
If your lucky enough to get Cammie to help you ,your in the best hands imaginable . Don't let her good looks fool you .this woman knows more about cars and parts then I do as a full time mechanic . She loves a challenge and never fails to find parts I need .from my 56 sedan delivery to my 2010 ram if I need a hard to find part ,she will find it . The only way she could ever get better is if she worked for me . The only problem I have found is understaffed in weekends . Great prices and hard to find parts a plus .
Very helpful staff! Didn't have what I was looking for but counter attended made a great effort to search around...
Yet I assisted a young lady in the parking lot with changing her headlight. I struggled for a few minutes and mentioned that O'REILLY is known to assist customers with simple things..she responded that she had asked the gentleman at the counter and he didn't offer to help..
When you think auto part store, think of these guys and gal. They are the best. Been going to O'Reilly auto parts for years in Buffalo. They will go the extra mile and that's what sets them apart. They installed my battery and wipers. Among many other previous things they've helped with. Thanks everyone. You deserve the recognition.
This auto part store is amazing! Chris, A guy that works there, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Very very helpful and goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I brought my car in there because I wasn't able to use my window washers in my car and he actually repaired it in the parking lot for me! How many people do that for you these days! That is not the only time somebody from this store has helped me or people I know like this. I highly highly recommend this auto parts store over any other. They always go above and beyond, their prices are very reasonable and the people there are knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you again Chris!!!!
The staff here are super helpful and they keep a decent stock of parts. They also have a lot of other stores nearby that they can get most things in short order. Online orders are easy and their website is accurate. Good store.
Each and every time I go to O'Reilly's in Buffalo,MN the staff goes above and beyond to be of help. Not just to me but to every customer that enters through their doors. They have come out to make sure I am getting the right product for my vehicle. They never make you feel "dumb" if you don't know. They really go above and beyond and I would recommend them to everyone. Customer service is the best in town and the prices are great also
