Mike and Josh are knowledgeable and compassionate representatives at the front end, and I had the pleasure of meeting Joel and some of the management team. You will receive honesty, transparency, and real value with this team. You never feel like you are bothering them -- you're free to explore different options and upgrades at for your vehicle(s). They go beyond to ensure your vehicle(s) are running smoothly. I am honestly glad I found this place - they've taken of my vehicles and have treated me as family.

I brought my car in to get an estimate. They told me it'd be $69 to look at the car. I was fine with that. But when they called me at lunch and told me that it would be $3200. If X, then he told me $2900 a fix, and then he told me $3690 to fix. I decided to stop in to get it in writng what it was going to cost and when I got there That guy said he could not give me a written estimate because prices changed day-by-day. So he would not itemize what they were going to do to the car. And then to top it off, the mechanic took my key home with him. So I had to go back and pick it up the next day. However i sat there for 20 minutes Waiting for the mechanic to come back with my key and i went and asked when he would be back with my key and They told me that he lived a hour away and he wasn't coming back. So it looks like I'll never go there again. Oh, yeah, and one of my tires were low. So I asked them if they could put air in it, and they didn't. And they also left my car unlocked outside. Although the guy apologized and gave me a fee oil change voucher which I gave to a couple that was waiting because I won't be going back, to sketchy of an establishment for me. The place is nothing like when Jeff and Chris Jackson of Reliable owned it, at least they were upfront with costs.

These people are amazing they have a lot of knowledge and helped me with my oil change and replacing break lights.

Easily the most enjoyable repair experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they make multiple repairs to things that didn’t cost me a mortgage payment but they sent the full diagnostic with pictures of the recommended repairs. They had time for all of my questions and talked me through their financing program which saved me a major headache. I only spent a total of around 45 minutes inside the building but that was enough for me to decide that I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else, for anything. Thanks to everyone, but a big thanks to Joel.

IThis is the first review I have ever written. I would like to share that my experience at Victory Auto was outstanding. They were very friendly and so very thorough! My car was dropped off at closing and the next morning I was texted with pictures what was needed to be done and it was done the same day. I will defintely bringing my cars to back to them!!

These guys are absolutely phenomenal! Always super professional and super polite. I would recommend this place to anyone who would listen. Huge thank you to Mike and the gentleman who drove me home and back to the shop to pick up my car you guys are awesome!

The team at Victory were very professional and timely in their work. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and boy am I satisfied! Joel was very communicative and pleasant. And Josh was so kind he even brought me to and from home while my car was in the shop. The work was completed truthfully, transparently, and within a day. Highly recommend. Will be back again. Got my truck in to rotate my tires. Took it right in and quickly did the job. Only issue was when I checked the tires pressure on the way home, they didn’t check and fill the tires to the proper psi.

I had a last min call and they snuck me in! Really great job and Joel was such a nice guy to keep me informed!

They did a lot of work on my car to where they ended up having it for 4 days! But, it didn't bother me one bit, because they were very friendly and helpful! I spoke with Joel when I brought it back in to have the tires tourqued and he was awesome! My brake fluid was low, and I was afraid it was going to be something else to be paid for, and nope. They just filled it right up and handed me my keys and we were on the road again!!! So, I just want to say thank you so very much for taking such great care of my car!

Joel and the guys were great and took great care of me. While I was traveling I ran into some issues and they fixed me up. They gave me peace of mind that I can get safely back on the road and able to travel back home to NC. Thanks guys!!!!

Yesterday was my first time having work done here. However, Joel P is someone I have trusted for many years. Joel, along with Josh and Mike, the Service/Office Team, really good people, worked well together, and kept me informed. Additionally, the Tom H, who worked on my car was thorough, efficient, and friendly. The time it took to complete what I could have done yesterday was more than reasonable. Finally, without any pushy upselling, the whole Team provided me with a helpful report, prioritizing items for me to sensibly prepare to address over upcoming weeks and months. Excellent service with intregity and a few laughs, well worth a bit of drive from Elk River to Buffalo. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars isn’t a high enough rating for the incredible service I received at Victory Auto Service. I worked closely with Joel on what truly became a labor-of-love project—helping a single mom in Buffalo get safe, reliable transportation by replacing her tires. As often happens with vehicles, once the work began they discovered additional, critical repairs that had to be addressed before new tires could even be installed. Joel was exceptionally patient, honest, and kind in walking me through everything that needed to be done to make the car safe to drive. He took the time to explain each repair clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. On top of that, Victory Auto Service went above and beyond by offering a very generous discount, which made a meaningful difference for this family. Their compassion, integrity, and commitment to safety truly set them apart. I cannot recommend Joel and the team at Victory Auto Service highly enough.

I was very happy with the service I received at Victory. I left my car with them the afternoon they checked it out; I needed new front struts. It wasn't quite done when planned, but they supplied a loaner, so no problem. When I picked it up, I was shown the alignment results. The car runs smoother than ever. I highly recommend Victory.

I used (and trusted) reliable auto for many, many years and was reluctant to try the new place not having any previous experience with them. Since the change, I've been there twice and my experience has been great! Fast, friendly service and a nice group of folks.

I had new tires installed at Victory Auto and was really impressed. The price was affordable, the staff were polite and friendly, and they provided a detailed inspection report with pictures. It was a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Joel and Mike did a fantastic job! Prices are reasonable, they don't take a long time, and I felt like a valued customer. Their complimentary drinks and such are also a plus!

Went there and got my a serpentine belt replaced along with the power steering belt. To my surprise the bill was $375.00. I understand a business needs to make money off the belts they picked up at the auto part store down the road, but when they cost 30.00 for for the main belt and 19.00 for the power steering belt, that's a little ridiculous to get charged the amount they did. Alot more expensive from when it was reliable service and higher then the Ford dealership. Other then that seemed like a nice guy and friendly employees, but I won't be going back there and u might want to call the local parts stores and find the cost of the part.

We had Victory swap out 4 new tires on our Yukon. Customer service was excellent and we were pleased with the entire experience. Their cost was half of what the other local businesses were charging. We highly recommend Victory.

I Have had an oil change and also a mechanical issue taken care of at Victory. They are great to work with, efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Do not send your car here! Joel and Mike at Victory Auto will charge you an arm and a leg for a 3 hour diagnostic and try and make you believe that is a reasonable price. 223.08 for a 3-hour diagnostic without fixing a single issue. All of there positive reviews are from a year or so ago when they were Reliable Auto. My fault I didn’t look further into their reviews because you can see other customers who have recently had the same experience with their outrageous prices. GO ELSEWHERE!

Mike took great care of me and my 2005 Toyota Prius. I needed to get in next day for an immediate oil change, as I drive a lot for my job. Mike was able to get me scheduled early to work with my schedule. I got to the store and was greeted with a smile. The entire team was super friendly and helpful. They even took me back to show me some concerns with my cabin air filter. They did not have my cabin air filter in stock, but Mike got it quickly ordered for me. He even called the parts place to have it here sooner. I had both an oil change and my cabin air filter changed at a great price. I also mentioned concerns about my tires, they took them seriously and told me that they were still doing good and I had no reason to worry. The interior was clean and comfortable, with free soda, coffee and water. 10/10 experience, I will be back for all my future oil changes and services!

Went to Victory with not only one, but two different vehicles. I had a piece of mind inspection on both vehicles. They are both running very well now. They were also willing to work with my schedule . Thank you.

I will be hesitant to use their services again. I went there for an oil change and ended up paying nearly $70 despite getting a $20 discount. It’s a 4-cylinder engine! The most shocking experience was the other things they found and recommended for fixing at a cost totaling over $1000. Meanwhile, my tires pressure was low and the low tire pressure indicator was visible from the dashboard. They didn’t see it but was quick to find other things that would cost over $1K. The low tire pressure was observed the day before my oil change appointment and I chose not to air up the tires since I would be doing the oil change the next day. I thought they would air up the tires but I was wrong. Never seen it done that way by any shop. The chance of me using their services again is very slim.

Good experience. Made my appointment for an oil change got in when I wanted. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff went over everything with me. Differently recommending Vicktory Automotive Service to others.
