I love O'Reillys!!! I shop at a few depending the area I'm in. Employees are very helpful. I honestly enjoy the serious no smile faces when you walk in. Challenge accepted! When I'm leaving the employees is laughing out loud and smiling. It's the best. It's like winning the Gold medal Everytime! Thanks to all O'Reilly's employees around the MPLS area the great services.

I try to get some paint for the fist time on this o’reallys and the guy who was there looks like he doesn’t want to be there or hate his job maybe customer service is not his thing, is few people already complain about this, just don’t waste your time trying to get paint there.

Worst experience ever today at Oreilly’s. Just wow. Went in with a part in hand and ask if they had the part or Knew if one of their other stores had it and the guy was extremely rude. He said when people talk it annoys him. So I told him I can wait until someone else was free and that upset more. He then starts to yell talking across people two other registers where the other worker started to help me at saying he will help us. I said I will pass because I don’t want his help if asking for a part puts in a bad place. He ended up just screaming what store to go to, and starting to get annoyed with how I was being talked to I left before giving him the same disrespect that I was given. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE! If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would. This was just unprofessional and unnecessary to act this way all from a single question.

I am speaking on behalf of the day crew and commercial side of things. Truth, Brett, Jeff, EZ, and Vicky all do a great job handling my auto parts needs and go beyond expectations to get me the parts I need to run my auto service department efficiently. I appreciate their efforts even when things are out of their control. They always take care of my needs and I hope Oriellys recognizes this. People like them are hard to find, keep them!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Both employees behind the counter acted like they would melt if a smile came across their face. They both clearly hate their job and did not want to be there. 0/10 points for customer relations. If you walk in there with a good mood, expect to leave without it! If you have any desire for your business to thrive, It’s time for corporate Oreillys to get in there and clean up house ASAP or this place is going to go down the drain fast!

This location is iffy. Not everyyone knows how to do the things requested you could be asked to come back to ask someone else. It gets busy and you will be waiting. But some of the workers are very helpful and attentive so it makes up for some of the flaws

DON'T come to this place to mix paint.. what a joke. Horrible customer service, the staff is rude and super slow!!! Wasted my time to come here and left empty handed.

The experience was terrible. The person who speaks Spanish and does the painting is very unpleasant. He never wants to help you. I love the store, but he doesn't answer the type of person I hope they take action on the matter.

I went in the the crystal store and the store was empty no one around I went to the counter ask this older gentleman for his help I had 10 part number on my pad told him that I just bought a unit with 10 brake pads still in the box told him if I can't use them can I just bring them to the store and let them just have them . So I ask him if he could look them up and tell me what car they go on he said no I'm not doing this it will take a HR to do so he said this after he look up to part Numbers and it took him 30 seconds to look up 2 part Numbers,he told me he was not going to wait on customers and look up part numbers the store was empty at this time .him management was on his back when I came in she was telling him she can't fire him but he can't do it again then he took his anger out on me bye yelling at me because I told him the store was empty I will never go back to this company for car parts anymore.i shop at this store at lot bought a lot of parts because I work on cars so now I will find another auto store to shop.

I came in this morning to scan my check engine light. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and very kind to explain what the message meant and how best to resolve it. I was not pressured to buy from them for the part I would likely need, but I was able to pick it up anyway. I don't look forward to the next time I need to replace something on my car, but I'm glad to know there is great service at our local shop when I need it!

I called and they just picked up the phone and hung up to end the call. Thought it was a mistake so I called back and they did the same thing again. Whoever is there at 9:30am on 11/12/24 clearly doesn’t want to be there.

Mr Shun was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY helpful. He took time to understand what I needed, and helped me figure out exactly which serpentine belt to get! He didn't let me leave until I knew I had what would fit!! I'd drive back from Stillwater any day just to get hus help again! If you're needed advice on a part, ask for Shun! And shun if you're reading this, I hope you had fun fishing!!!😅🎣

I just got off of work (8am) and called to see about getting some paint made, I asked if I could pay for it online or over the phone and pick it up after I woke up. I was told I had to pay in person, so I asked if I could order the paint so it would be ready when I got there and the gentleman on the other end said he was afraid to go ask another question and I should just order and pay at the same time but that someone would be there until 3pm to make paint. I decide to just drive the hour then instead of going to sleep I got there a little after 9:30 and went to the counter to order my paint. After 3 seconds of looking up the paint code I was told by the young lady behind the counter that the color codes were not so great if the color code only had 4 digits and that I should just return Monday with a piece of the car to match the color. A little upset and tired I left and returned Monday with a piece of the car to match the color. After waiting 20 minutes I was then told by the same young lady that they could not add clear coat because the machine was acting funny and that I'd have to purchase clear coat separate. I asked if that meant the base coat would be cheaper that the $77 (2x cans of spray paint) I was quoted and she told me no. So after 4 hours total drive time and 1 hour of waiting. I received base coat minus clear all for the original price of $77. The kicker is that it took both "11 oz" cans to paint the outside shell of my car door!

These are the good guys. They will give you the answers, if they have them. They are very helpful and they know all the angles when it comes to auto parts. Honestly I will say, I trust O'Reilly over the others. Their service is a few steps above everyone else for sure. I will continue coming here. I also suggest that if you are looking to trust in someone fir honest information, these are the guys right here!

Love this place, here I am driving around with a headlight out for days, didn't want to stop anywhere because I struggle with repairs. Only thing I can fix is my hair. I stopped in, and literally bought the bulb, told the guys of my challenges and one put it in, in under a min. Zoom, I was back on the road. Your amazing, Thank you so much.

I've never had a problem with O'Reilly's other than sometimes I get you the wrong part but they make up for it. the complainer about masks. Should write the government find out why they're killing us people that really need to wear masks are people with really bad breath and bad teeth so don't worry about whether they managers wearing masks it don't matter

I stopped in here after having a bad experience at the auto part store up the road and was so impressed with the two guys behind the counter! One helped me by grabbing the exact items I needed instead of just sending me off down an aisle. They both were so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much, I’m happy I stopped in!

Good inventory levels . The staff could be better . Sits behind the counter on a ladder , doesn't greet you . There is no public restroom here , cause why not . Go to the other store for better service .

Came here after a horrible experience at the Broadway location to try and have a battery replaced. Should've learned my lesson, but I didn't. After the employee had a fit over the extra effort to replace a battery he proceeded to fail miserably and nearly stripped the bolts. Ultimately took the battery home with me and installed it myself. After two worthless experiences in one night at O'Reilly I won't be visiting them again. Frankly, they suck... a lot. It's not hard to replace a battery, but I was willing to go there for the service.

Worst experience ever. The only one word that can describe them is liers. I have been there about 5 or 6 times for the last 4 years and every time i brought them my batteries to check, say always said it's bad battery that can't be recharged and I need to buy a new one. And only once it was true. In all other cases batteries eitger were good or rechargeble

There are few places I will never return to again, this is one of them. After dealing with the accusatory nature of one employee on two separate occasions, I've come to learn the service is horrible and the days when employees knew anything about vehicles are long-gone for this store. After purchasing a 12" rear wiper blade which was no shorter than 18", when trying to exchange it I was accused of switching the blades or stealing the one I was trying to exchange. After 30 minutes of dealing with this employee he was finally able to confirm every point I made, and every point he refused:1) I had purchased the blade2) the purchase was made from that store 3) he was the employee who sold it to me4) All blades on the shelf in that packaging were much longer than 12"5) And that for some reason (either a bar-code error, or computer error) they were ringing up as something different6 weeks later - same employee... I had purchased a camshaft position sensor. The new sensor and old sensor looked identical at first glance. After replacing it in 14 degree weather, I noticed the new sensor had 3 pins whereas mine had only 2. I returned in my wive's car to exchange it and was told I was sold the correct part but the original sensor I had with me was for the crankshaft not the camshaft. Doubting myself, I returned home to my manual, determined I had the correct sensor, and used their website to find the right part. After returning the 2nd time, showing him side-by-side that my original sensor was identical to the new one he had just pulled from the shelf using the part number I gave him - his response was that he sold me the right part according to the computer and that I couldn't exchange it because I had already installed it...
