Just called about purchasing a part and I WILL NEVER CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER WITH THIS PLACE. LADY IN THE PHONE WAS BY FAR THE MOST RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL SALESPERSON I'VE EVER SPOKEN TOO. GO ELSEWHERE

Has a delivery driver that drives their small delivery truck that is a terrible, overly aggressive driver. He cut off multiple people on the highway today. 35w and 36 east.

The amount of attitude my husband received from Amy for wanting to return two parts was wild! I would not recommend this place to anyone because if you end up having to return the parts you will get treated like crap and the attitude given is just not worth it.

Overall, I had a great experience at Ace, starting with Christa on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and provided customer service that went above and beyond to ensure I got the part I needed for my vehicle. I would give her 10 stars if I had the option. She was great, and I recommend her to everyone! When I went into the store to pick up my part, I had the pleasure of working with Carrie, who greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming and helpful with all my questions. She knew just how to put a smile on my face! Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you are ever in need of affordable parts for your car, call Ace! Ace Auto Parts has some awesome prices on parts for ur vehicle!! I even got a quote to replace my windshield that was cheaper than other's!! Also, really great people that work there!!

I needed two new front rims for my car and Christa was amazing. She was able to get them pulled for me and help coordinate me getting them replaced on my car the next day which is great, especially since it is winter now. Once I got there everyone was nice and welcoming. The guy who switched the rims on my car was knowledgeable and said he was surprised that my tires didn't pop. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is need of affordable car parts and some service.

took over an hour to get a part we needed regardless of us calling before we were even on the way. just ridiculous. i had to use the bathroom and there wasn’t one to use while we waited. never going back here.

I needed to pick up some parts for my Silverado and a friend told me about the recent experience he had working with Kari at Ace. I came in and he was not wrong! She went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. I’m so grateful and will definitely recommend Ace and Kari to everyone I know.

Ace Auto Parts is great for what ails you - or your car, specifically. I've had to get auto glass replaced a couple times and they've done a great job, quick and reasonably priced. Kari is super-helpful!

Been to Ace a few times never had a chance problem until I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with window 5 Amy who had attitude very rude to me and made me feel like I was a problem customer so I just take my business elsewhere before being treated like that drove all the way to AAA where Kelly got me the parts needed and was treated kindly

Honestly I really do appreciate Miss Krista. She has very good customer service skills. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for at the moment, she wasn't dismissive and kept a very welcoming tone and demeanor. Excellent and affordable service. Had a tire go flat and needed a cost friendly replacement with a complicated car set up. Called 5 different tire and auto shops for quotes in the cities and none compared to the number of options and service quality over the phone I was immediately provided by Christa. She laid out 3 different options (all within my budget), got everything ordered and let me know the timeline. I was notified at 7:30am the following morning my tires were in. I arrived for service and was promptly brought to the garage. When I forgot my rims Jeff simply let me go home and pick them up, no problem. Jeff discovered 2 of the rims were severely bent and the parts department quickly sorted a $30 replacement rim (within my budget) on the spot. Jeff came up with a plan to replace a rear rim with the other bent front rim until a used rim within my budget was available. Everything about this experience was smooth, professional yet laid back, and cost efficient. Would highly recommend. This is my go to garage from here on out.

I was in need of a manual transmission and all the necessary parts that went along with it for a 2007 Toyota Camry so there was a checklist. They were friendly and professional, they contacted me to make sure that we were on the same page with the parts needed. I wouldn't hesitate to come here.

Called Ace to order a part for my son’s Camry. I checked out the reviews and saw several very positive ones but then one in particular was negative and had to do with the staff. Kari, which is who helped me, was one of the kindest and easiest people I’ve ever had to deal with over the phone. She was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I live in Indiana and was worries about getting a part and having it shipped. She put my mind at ease right away and I want to say “thank you“ to management for having someone like her own staff! She is a great representation of what customer service should be all about! She was very timely and sending what I needed to track the part as it makes its way here. I’m confident that the part will arrive the way it’s supposed to!

Bunch of crooks. I paid immediately and now I will end up taking them to court. All over 375 dollars!! Wanted an extra 100 bucks to ship and could not refund as they claim they did not have the cash!! Again- all this over only 375 dollars. Unbelievable Just talked with owner Rob. He told me I was scammed by a Fake Ace Auto site they new all about in Africa!!! So I'm out my full $375.00. Of course I liked a dispute! We all know how well those work-------

I recently did an online search for a grille for a truck and found ACE auto parts had just what I was looking for. Their prices plus shipping are very reasonable with today’s market. They are very honest and will tell you if there is any issues with the parts before shipping. They are very responsive and even sent pictures with messages of the parts before you purchase. The payment option is great by email to a secure pay site. Their sales person Rob was awesome and made the process very easy. Thanks!

Thank you to the guys here!! They were so helpful after a long day of trying to find a wheel/rim as we had an issue travelling from Manitoba to Green Bay we were sent here by another shop. They got us a wheel/rim and a tire installed in less then a hour. I cried a little bit they were so helpful!! Thank you thank you! Highly recommend!!

My neighbor recommended this place for windshield replacement, and after calling around, I found their price was less than half as a big name company that had poor reviews. I called and was pleased to find they had the windshield I needed and could get me in the next day. They did an awesome job, and my windshield is wonderful. I highly recommend them for windshield replacement. Note: my remote starter was handled easily, and still works.

Most professional operation I've encountered in a long time. The engine I bought had the entire wiring harness, everything was nicely capped off and it came with detailed documentation. It started right up and runs flawlessly. Definitely doing business with these guys again.
