It’s been about 5 months since I purchased my vehicle from Global Auto and I can say I’ve been very very glad that I did. I came across a great deal for a Subaru Forester this past summer. Raimund was very up front and honest about an issue with the vehicle’s wheel bearings and fixed them for me. The car has been running excellent and feel very confident it will continue to do so for a long time. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Global.

I promised to write this review when I first bought my car in May 2019! The review took a long to write, but it's given me enough time to say my car has been fantastic! Runs beautifully! The buying process was easy and smooth! I recommend Global Auto! Great place.

So i bought a car from Raymond a few years ago but never put up a review. So i was in need of a replacement car given my old car was a bit of a hazard driving (oil leak and smells of gas while driving) i found CAP (Community Action Partnership which helps low income individuals) I got a car loan from CAP and found Raymond's car lot. I let him know what i was looking for and he showed me around and what was in my price range. Before i could buy the car, i needed a 3rd party inspection to approve. The mechanic said they were gonna need some repairs asking with a new set of wheels due to the current wheels being damaged beyond repair. After Raymond was notified he was willing to repair what was needed except replace the wheels with a new set, he wanted me to pay out of pocket another 200$ for a set (given he already knew my financial situation) The program officer let Raymond know he must have all mechanical problems fixed before they were able to take over the lean. Even after being notified he was still asking for some type of finance out of my pocket to get new wheels. The program with CAP let me know at a later date they were not going to be partnering with him due to how he conducted his business. I have had problems with my car sense then and i am a person that keeps up to date on everything because my car like most people is something i rely on. I hope the cars he is selling are a lot better and he conducts business on a more positive note. Also hope this review helps people.

Used cars are in tight supply and expensive, but our aging '06 Acura RL with 170k miles was beginning to have too many problems and needed to be replaced (kid's school car). I've had good luck buying salvage title vehicles before, so decided to look in to it again. We had an amazing experience with Raimund. Great communication, honest and no sales pressure. His vehicles are clean and ready to hit the road. Good customer service is extremely hard to find these days. Combine that with saving thousands vs. the market on our vehicle and it was well worth the 3-hour drive to purchase from Global Auto USA. In fact, I'm quite confident we will be back for another vehicle at some point. Highly recommend this business.

Raimund runs a solid business. The vehicles are all salvage titles so they are priced accordingly. We bought a 2019 acura that was about 13k less than mrsp due to flood damage. We walked thru the car, and he was very open about potential issues or things to look for. There is always a risk when buying a salvage title but i trust Raimunds judgement. I would gladly recommend him to my friends

Raymond is a great person to buy a car from, especially after you've checked some of the competition out there. He runs a tight ship, and is a very pleasant person and hard worker. He and his employees do such a wonderful job that it is hard to believe someone actually cares this much about their customers in this day and age. I really can't imagine someone giving him a bad review. I tried very hard to be extra picky being that one can become extremely cynical when searching for a vehicle. The bottom line is that Global does not disappoint.

Great experience, this business offers a great service of restoring salvaged vehicles to like new condition and I saved a couple of thousand dollars buying my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan from Global Auto USA. Raimund does a great work, I was impressed with the paint detail, body work, clean interior, and the vehicle drove smoothly with no issues. He was easy to work with and answered all my questions. One thing that stood out that shows the level of care and detail is he even cleaned the engine, every cable hose and surface was free of grease and grit. This made it easy for me to inspect the engine after a test drive to see if there were any fluid leaks, which there were none and I bought the vehicle on the spot. He also took care of the title transfer, plates and tabs which added value to buying from Global Auto USA. I recommend this business and this is going to be the first place I look next time I need a vehicle.

Raimund was recommended to me by a good friend who works on cars himself. I am so grateful that he led me to Global Auto USA. Raimund is an honest and respectable man. I bought a 2014 Sonata from him for a very good price of 7,400$ out the door. This was in the summer of 2019. After a little over a year, I got into a car crash and the Sonata was totaled. Then, the insurance company valued the car at 9,300$ roughly. I drove the car for just over a year, crashed it, and as a result made a profit from the insurance! Then, I needed a new car so of course I went back to Raimund. He gave me good advice once again when I told him what I wanted in a car and I bought a Lancer 2017 for 8,400$ out the door. Then, when I used the driver door window it got stuck. I texted Raimund and he fixed the alignment for free. Then the same issue came up again. I texted Raimund again, and this time he said he could just put a whole new door on free of charge! Raimund is an exceptional businessman and his crew does great work. I never intend to buy a car elsewhere, and I highly suggest you take a look at what he had to offer if you’re in the market for a new car.

He helped me with finding low mile almost new vehicle for thousands less than any other dealer around. I bought my Kia Soul from Raimund in June. It was spotlessly cleaned and the price was very good compared to the research I did. Raimund was friendly and professional. I had concerns about the motor running choppy so he wrote down a 1,000 mile or one week warranty in case anything happened or if I wanted to get a mechanic to check it out. Just a month ago I started hearing a clunk/rattle in the front right of my Kia so I called Raimund and he said it is probably a strut or strut mount, as this is common with Kias. So I went to a shop near me and they said I needed both struts replaced and wanted $975! I declined the offer and within one hour the shop called me and said they think its the mount and they can replace it for half the price! I let them do it but they also talked me into a front end alignment for $100 more dollars. I just called Raimund because he asked me to keep him posted (nice huh?) and he said to please call him moving forward because he could help me find parts and the work for half of what I just paid! He gave me more input on my vehicle too. Thanks Raimund, you won me over as a current and future customer, and I so appreciated your concern and professionalism - it means a lot to a woman car owner especially when the prices at shops tend to be way higher for us!!

As someone who has purchased numerous vehicles for both both business and pleasure I can genuinely say that I had a great experience. The owner Raimund was very personable, relational and responsive. He was able to answer all my questions about the cars and was certainly knowledgeable. As someone who has been in Management for over 15+ years and a company owner this is exactly the experience I would want my customers to have. All around this is a lot I will always return to. I just bought a car here and they are super nice! I don't know much about cars but I felt like Rai was very transparent on what he knew about the car and how it had a prior salvaged title. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata in May of 2020 and I'm enjoying it. About two weeks in I was experiencing some squeaking from the breaks and I notified the Global Auto USA. They said to bring it in and they took care of it no problem! They also, put my license plate on from me which is super nice. I would recommend purchasing a car from them.

Absolutely great place to purchase a vehicle. My family and I came by to look at a few cars and the owner was really cool and did not pressure us at all. Took the car we wanted to have checked out by the family's mechanic and the guy was so surprised that it was a salvaged car and it was in excellent condition.
