We have been bringing our cars to Denny’s Car Service since we moved to New Brighton 51 years ago. They have always done an excellent job servicing our cars and I trust their recommendations.

Five stars from start to finish! I had to have my car towed in on an emergency tow on a sunday night... Before a holiday monday. The website allows you to pre book online or fill in the issues you're having and leave the vehicle. I didn't expect to hear anything back for a while, but I got a text first thing Monday morning explain the diagnostic and the ability to approve and/or deny all service advised. My next expectation was to receive my car a day later and I was pleasantly surprised to get a text message Just six hours later that my car was ready! Most importantly, I did not feel judged in any way when I asked about the other service, I denied. I was given great explanations and offers to return which I definitely will be returning! I am so thankful to have found a good honest and transparent and timely mechanic for my friends and family!

First time using these guys on an unexpected repair. They were very prompt, professional and felt like a good, honest operation. Did not try to upsell me. Had my radiator replaced and vehicle returned to me within 24 hours. Good first experience and will be back.

Brought in my car for diagnostic check after the engine light came on. He did a diagnostic check and pronounced it to be running well, and charged nothing. You don’t get that kind of service anymore. Thanks!!!

Had my car towed in on 9/24/24 to Denny's! Needed a new fuel pump and new Battery My car was actually ready the next day! Excellent Service! My car purrs like it's Brand New! I absolutely ? would Refer everyone to go here! Brian my mechanic is very Detailed when going over everything before he starts Working on your car! Even gives The estimate cost! Very honest And caring people!!!!

My Dad has been coming here for service for as long as I can remember and after I brought my car in for service earlier this week, I understand why my Dad has been doing so. This place is great. I won't consider going anywhere else from now on.

They are a long time family owned small business. 3rd generation if I remember correctly. They do honest work, make honest recommendations. I definitely feel you can trust them.

I took my 2002 Dodge Stratus to Denny's this last Monday. Unfortunately my upper front passenger side ball joint broke causing my wheel to go sideways and needing extensive work done. I called Denny's and they said they'd fit me in as they could around their current appointments. I then asked if they had someone they partnered with with towing which they did which was Northeast towing, I called them, they arrived within 15 minutes and towed my vehicle which Denny's was able to charge me for the tow making it a condensed bill which was nice! As I was sleeping the next day at 11am I received a text saying my car was done ALREADY! In less than 24 hours they had fully fixed my beloved 2002 Dodge Stratus! Denny's had immaculate customer service and I will only recommend them to all my family and friends in the area! Denny's doesn't just treat you as a customer but as family, truly an exceptional experience. Also Brandon was my experience and I highly recommend him he was an absolute delight! Thank you Denny's for everything you do!

I took my car in to just have a signal light fixed. The day before I took it in the check engine light came on. They took care of the signal light (price was reasonable). They also took care of the valve that needed to be replaced.(that was causing the check engine light to be on) I didn't have an appointment for that to get done, but they took care of it anyway. Since I can't give partial stars and I would like to give more than 4, I'll give them a 4.8

I feel they are honest & do nice work. They were pleasant to work with. I would return there again if I need any more repairs on my car. They also have a car you can use while yours is being repaired. I like that!

Very quick service and friendly people. Got my car back the same day for brake caliper replacement. Very happy with the price as well. I'll be coming back with both my cars for sure.

I can't believe I haven't posted a review of Denny's before. The absolute best auto service place I have ever found and I've been taking all my vehicles here for many years. And I have to echo what everyone else says here. Scott and Brendan's honesty is so refreshing. I wonder if they know how important and appreciated they have been for us that have relied on them for so many years. Their repair work and on my cars has been terrific. On the rare chance that they come across a particular repair that someone else may be more suited to do better or at a better price they recommend them.

Never met more honest and awesome mechanics, everyone who I have spoken to have been courteous and forthright about everything that was going on with my vehicle taking time to make sure I understood what was wrong and they were going to do and getting everything done in a timely manner while keeping me updated in the meantime. I live 30-40 minutes away and will go out of my way to go here if I can. They’re worth every penny and truly are a 5 star business.

Dennys gives honest, reasonable advice. The results have always been top notch. Unfortunately, they don't work on the brand of my newest car. If they did, I would be there in a heart beat.

They were able to repair a trailer tire for me last minute on a Friday afternoon and the price was very reasonable. Brandon was very friendly and more than willing to make the repair. I am going to start bringing my vehicles here for service!

We have been using Denny since moving to New Brighton 6 years ago - based on a friend's recommendation who drives many miles to get service! I see why. They communicate great, get the job done, do it right, stand behind their work, and are fairly priced. Likes someone else said, this is a great business deserving of your support!

Currently the only auto repair shop in the Twin Cities that I trust to do honest, reliable work on my vehicle. I drive the extra distance, just for the peace of mind. I refer friends and family without hesitation.

Scott is the most honest, loyal, and trustworthy auto shop owner I've ever met. I always feel secure and well taken care of when I bring my business here. I never worry about scams or getting over charged. I highly recommend this place.

Denny's does great work. I've used them for many years. I bring my teenage daughters cars there because I know they care about my kids cars as much as I do. I'm taking the time for this review because Denny's deserves a great review. Five stars!
