Dustin and Heidi were awesome to work with and made sure to do whatever they could to make the process of fixing our son’s car as easy and pain free as possible. Our son said it best when he said, my car is better now than it was when I bought it new from the dealership in 2022! His car was involved in an accident that was not his fault and being new to the area and out of town, we struck gold when we found this place! Had brake problems, got my car in after two days they said the brake were fine and found no problem on the scanning device. so 30 minutes 100$ dollars low and behold next day brake problems, sent it in again now i have a master cylinder problem and another problem costing 6,000$. so in the end took my car home paying another 148$ Also the owner was very rude to my father, never called him back when he said he would and snapped when he got his name wrong to me very unprofessional all around

Full disclosure, my car was in a rear end collision and the other driver's insurance claimed full liability. We originally had the car towed there on a glowing recommendation from a friend, and the team was every bit as helpful and nice and she said they were. The car was eventually deemed a total loss, but Phil and team did an outstanding job helping us navigate the the steps with the insurance company. It was great to have this team in my corner.

Highly recommend this shop, especially as a female. I brought my car in and rather than take my business/money they gave their honest opinion on the work my car required. I ended up coming back to get work done a year later and ultimately went with this shop because it was the most affordable and the employees were so nice. They did a fantastic job all around and the only place I’ll go moving forward!

Great experience. Excellent work less than others quoted. They even did some extra touch up on some scratches at no extra cost. I will be recommending them to others. If I need future work done I will go to them first.

Brought my car in to have a dent pulled out of my rocker panel, and less than a year later the paint is coming off and it's now rusting! I brought it back to them and I was told they don't warranty rust work! The car didn't have rust before I brought it there. They also screwed up a simple drip molding job on my girlfriends car by only putting two pieces of double sided tape on it. The drip molding fell off in two days!!!

I highly recommend Roseville Auto Body. They got my car in quick for repair after hitting a deer. Very reasonable priced. Dustin was great and easy to work with. Would definitely go there again.

Phil is the man..........I have used him and Roseville Autobody twice for minor repairs.....beyond satisfied with each visit.........would not considered anywhere else. Front office gal was helpful and very pleasant as well. 5 stars

I highly recommend Roseville Auto Body! After my Toyota RAV4 sustained some rear-end damage, and planned to pay for the repairs out of pocket. I sought quotes from several other auto body shops, but Roseville Auto Body was the only one that was both accommodating and welcoming to this arrangement. Their quote was the most reasonable and affordable compared to other shops in the area, and they offered the fastest turnaround time. Additionally, they provided a convenient rental car during the repair process. The work was completed even sooner than expected, and my vehicle looks as good as new. Roseville Auto Body is the ONLY place to go for auto body work! I have used them more than once in the past and the quality of their work, the level of customer service, and their ability to accommodate their customers has been stellar and consistent each time I have been there. My insurance adjuster also said that they were very easy to work with and he enjoyed going there.

I highly recommend Roseville Auto Body for paint work. I attempted to touch up some spots on my hood myself, but ended up making it worse. The team at Roseville Auto Body was honest, fairly priced, and incredibly kind and helpful. They quickly fixed my hood. Since it was a quick job, my son and I waited in the front area of the shop. They even offered us hot dogs, potato salad and chips from the lunch they made for the staff. One of the guys dished up a plate for my son while I was reviewing the work. They’ve definitely gained a loyal customer in me! Thanks again!

This place is a 10/10! A big thanks to Dustin, for literally being the best. FOR ONCE, an auto shop that ACTUALLY CARES about people. No games. We had hail damage on our Subaru. We took it to Phil and he found damage not reported by the insurance adjuster. He sent photos to the insurance and we were able to receive the proper amount to have it repaired properly. The work is excellent.

Phil was so kind and helpful with my hail damage i had! He got my truck in within a couple days and was super fast getting it finished! The staff here is truly amazing and go above and beyond for their customers! I would highly recommend them! I couldn’t have had a better experience!! Phil is awesome!

I asked to have the retainer clips on my bumper replaced, a very small paint touch up and a full detail. . When the woman at the front desk called to say the work had been done, she said $700 which was $200 over the quoted price. She said she didn’t know what I had been quoted or what had been done. I got there in the evening shortly before closing, but I could see the car hadn’t been detailed on the outside. I went back in and said the car was dirty and there were still bugs on the front end. They quickly washed it and put swirls on the hood which they had recently painted. It does not appear that the retaining clips were installed on both sides because the bumper on the driver’s side still is not flush. The touch up on the bumper was not done. I have called twice to talk to someone at the shop but have not received a response. In the end , I paid $500 for a bad car wash and a retainer clip repair to one side of the car.

After the work was done on my car it looked just beautiful. Extremely pleased with Roseville Auto body. The people there are honest professional, friendly. I was able to get my car in sooner than what I thought and I was given a day that it would be done. And it was. I would highly recommend Roseville Auto body.

I was rear ended and my insurance sent my Escape to Roseville Auto body. The insurance company of the driver that caused the accident took over the liability. This insurance company is very difficult to work with, but despite having to deal with them Dustin and the team repaired my car. The work was perfect and erased the damage. Their customer service is superb at the front desk with Hedi she runs it herself like a well oiled machine, Phil worked from beginning to end very professional! His team did a great job on my 200 Chrysler Dodge! Someone backed into my front bumper in a parking lot where I was parked and they had a tow hitch on their vehicle and they dented and left the imprint ugh! Of course they took off and no working cameras in the area. When I got an estimate from Phil he noticed hail damage and got that taking care of as well! Roseville Auto Body you guys rock thanks!

After damaging a back door, I searched the area for an auto body shop that could replace it quickly and low cost. Roseville Auto Body was the best we found by far! Great service, fast, and for a reasonable price. I will use them in the future and have recommended them to close friends and family.

This is a busy body shop, so be prepared to wait some time to get in for an appointment. They offer service that is covered by insurance and private pay. The lady at the front desk is somewhat surly and seemingly unhappy to be working. The guys in the shop who I interacted with all seemed pleasant. If you decide to do business here, just cut through everyone else and speak with Dustin. The communication from the body shop wasn't always the best (I had to call and check on status), and the estimate I initially received was much lower than the true price charged (because a new part was needed that wasn't accounted for on the initial estimate). It would have been nice to have been informed about this before I got the surprise when picking my vehicle up. Many people

The customer service here was amazing. I received great service and felt very comfortable. They also removed some paint off of my car for free, which I was extremely grateful for. I recommend this shop to everyone!

I got really unlucky and hit some debris on the highway during the night, but I think I'm lucky enough to have stopped at this body shop. Dustin is super helpful and gave me very detailed explanation on which parts need to be replaced. The diagnosis is precise and their service is professional. Got my car back just 2 hrs after they received the parts from the dealer, and now it looks brand new! This is way much better than my previous experience at a chain collision center. Definitely recommend Roseville AutoBody!

A million stars!! I have never been treated so well, anywhere! I dropped my car off an Monday, completely riddled with hail damage, and had it back in my hands on Thursday! It was spotless inside and out looking brand new!! Phil and his office staff were so fun, understanding and met my every need with such ease!
