Sadly didn’t read the Auto detail reviews from a few years ago as I seem to have had a similar experience. TLDR at the bottom. Allow me to start at the beginning. I scheduled an appointment the previous week and was informed that the only available time was 9 a.m, necessitating adjustments to my busy schedule. I arrived to drop off my car at 8:55 a.m, as they mentioned they opened at 9:00 a.m, and handed the keys to the receptionist, a pleasant blonde lady(who turned out to be not very respectful and just gave me the run-around). We confirmed my 9 a.m. appointment, and I sat in the lobby, approximately 10 feet from the reception desk, to wait for my car.
After about 45 min to an hour, the owner emerged and inquired if “he was waiting for his car”. The receptionist told him I was not, and he left. I then approached her and asked about the status of my car. Initially, she repeated the owner’s question, to which I affirmed that I was indeed waiting for my car to finish. She then mentioned that there was another car ahead of mine, which was surprising since they had just opened and I was scheduled as the first appointment. She indicated that the car ahead would be ready by 12:00 p.m., three hours after my arrival. Consequently, I had to make alternative arrangements for transportation home. I finally picked up my car by 7:00 p.m from the lock box(No issue), and it was evident that it had been a ‘rush job’. The interior was not thoroughly cleaned, including a dirt spot on the ceiling, the speakers, air vents, dashboard, and inside armrest, haven’t checked the glove box. I have pictures attached.
Some additional mentions: I’ve worked in customer service for years and it was obvious somebody tried to squeeze in an extra car. But when you MAKE someone drop their car off at an earlier time because there “wasn’t any” additional appointments then don’t work on it until 3+ hours later. And when confronted didn’t offer any concessions just gave the ol’ customer service jumble of sentences that don’t make sense so you just walk away confused. Don’t remember her name but the blonde lady at the receptionists desk was definitely not professional.
TLDR: the owner was courteous, the receptionist could benefit from improved customer service training, as I was sitting there obviously waiting for my car; Lastly, the detail technician requires some retraining due to the half done job. Wouldn’t pay over $50 for this clean. Let alone the $$$ it costs.
Editing this to just state that the owner was actually very nice. I still am dumbfounded on how the reservation system works when there can be a car ahead of mine even though I arrived before they opened.
Next Morning update: Seats were still somewhat dirty, damaged fabric of the seat, underneath floor mat was dirty, while lifting it up I got a whole bunch of wet gunk on my hand. Ugh not happy. Will include updated pictures
P.S. if the owner MAKES sure that the WHOLE interior gets cleaned, when you pay for a whole interior clean. Fixes the reservation system, and maybe asks the receptionist to not give customers the run around then they can do very well. But as we know time is money so that’s why Brighton Unique auto gets 1 star

Absolutely incredible service. The folks here are invested in providing the best work around. They are responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, and incredibly skilled. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
Abdallah is a honest and caring man, he definitely deserves more than 5 stars. He was so understanding and compassionate and we would recommend Unique Auto a thousand times over
They made my 13 year old car look almost like it did off the lot. That car had two kids grow up and learn to drive in it, as well as a very furry dog. It hadn’t been cleaned in years and it looked AMAZING. Beyond my expectations.
I purchased the ultimate interior and exterior detail package. I dropped it off thursday Afternoon, they were going to do it on Friday. Abdullah called me before 9 a m on Firiday to say it was done. I picked it up this morning and I am so disappointed. I've went over my own rims about 4 times and the picture that's there is because when I drive and park. I can see another area that was not completed. The entire car looks like they went over it in about fifteen minutes. The interior looks like crap with lots of places where there's just gunk. I had cleaned the interior recently and I can hardly tell a difference. I pulled up the floor mats because I could smell the moisture and the floors to dry. As you can see from the pctures, they didn't do very good at all. The paper mat is soaking up dirt. It's been a few hours and they're so moist and the dirt is still coming up. Even the bottom of the floor mat looks terrible like no one even tried to get the gunk off of it. I added photos but I really couldn't just go around and get everything.It would be about thirty pictures. I could have just bought some chemicals and done a better job than this.This is ridiculous.
The team here always does an amazing job and Abdallah is exceptionally personable, but they knocked it out of the park with a recent detail work (interior and exterior). It looks and feels brand new! Couldn’t recommend Brighton Unique Auto enough. Thank you!
The owner is a stand-up person who runs an honest business that just wants to help fix peoples’ cars. He’s not looking to squeeze you for your last penny; he can appreciate that customers may be operating on a budget and won’t upsell for stuff you don’t really need or overcharge for services rendered.
I recommend Unique to anyone who appreciates honest, hard work and good value.

I brought in my car back in May to get a detail clean, and I WISH I NEVER DID! I had a little mold building up under the passenger seat, and I thought these car detail places had the solution, turns out they flooded my carpets with water, and put the mat over it, and until today (mind you it's September, I took it in May) it hasn't dried. I was wondering why my car had a weird smell to it and took it to the mechanic. They removed the mat and saw the carpets were WET. So they opened up the carpet and checked the metal under the car, it was all damaged because of the water. They checked the driver side, same thing! I had paid $130 for them to flood my new car!
Also after the detail, when I went in to get my car back, I looked over it and IT WASNT CLEANED PROPERLY. When I showed the manager that there was still stains and dirt on the edge of my trunck, he responded to me "that is considered Exterior services". I wasn't aware that inside the trunk was considered Exterior of the car.
Horrible place. Horrible experience. DONT RECOMMENDED! 0 STAR IF I COULD!!! Becareful and don't take your car to these people, you'll end up paying extra for fixing, and they won't even care.
My husband brought his truck in to have headlight restoration done on his Tacoma.
When we dropped it off, the headlights were a funky, jaundice colored yellow.
When we picked up, it literally looks like new headlights were installed. We were so surprised! We didn't really know what to expect, but we certainly didn't expect them to look brand new!
We are both so impressed with the work they did that we'll be scheduling more services in the future!
I have taken my cars here for timing belt, tensioner, water pump. Also for a prop shaft replacement, as well as shocks, struts and front end work.
The cars are always serviced promptly with no rework!! This is a clean shop and the employees are working hard! positive attitude.
Me and my wife were 2 hours from home and sounded like the front tires were gonna fall off. So we Googled the closest shop and unique auto showed up. We made it there as they were closing. They had us pull in there shop and all the guys along with the boss rushed to our vehicle and jacked it up and we had looses lug nuts. They tighten them for us and we were on our way. Thank you all so much from the accident you saved us from and doing what you did for us. Bless your hearts and we can't thank you enough.
I do not recommend using them for car detailing. They did a rush job. My exterior looks better coming out of a $20 car wash. Lots of spots on the interior where i can see they just didn’t hit, and not even hard to reach spots. I also added on the “headlight restoration”. No way they did it proper, my headlights look better but do not look good. I think they just wiped a compound over it to temporarily remove the UV fogging. Lighting was bad where i parked for showing inside examples, but attached is one example of the exterior.
First time at Brighton Unique Auto, for interior detailing of one of our cars. I found this to be a friendly, professional, and positive shop. They did a great job on the car and communicated well all throughout the experience. We'll be back.

They know the detail business! Received my Ranger back in excellent state of cleanliness! I’m another happy customer. Representative was friendly, clear, and knowledgeable. Seats were only damp, not sopping wet, as with some shops. One thing: they will not lock your keys in your car for you to retrieve later, that way to ensure your vehicle is not stolen.
Today I had my car serviced at Brighton Unique and I was extremely impressed and happy with the level service I received from Abdallah. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Brighton unique. This will forever my go to place for any type of issues I may have with my car. God bless you Abdallah. You are truly the best.
Can't say enough great things about Abdallah and Brighton Unique Auto!! Not only is their level of service is top-notch, but so is their customer service. And if a mistake ever happens (which is very rare!), you can trust they'll make it right and take care of you. They truly value honesty and integrity, which as a customer, is hard to find these days. You can tell Abdallah and all his employees care deeply about what they do. I love that I've found a small business as amazing as this one that I can trust with my vehicle :)
This was my first time using Brighton Auto Detailing and I think they did a great job! Once the person working the front realized I didn’t have a ride back home and was just going to have to wait it out he made sure to get my car done as quickly as possible. He was so nice and friendly! I would definitely recommend. They were able to get up almost all of the stains on my seats that had been there for the better part of a year, which was impressive since the seats were not in great shape. The interior smelled great, looked great and I was so excited as I drove away!
I had my car detailed and they did incredible work. There was a one issue, but they immediately took ownership of it and it was quickly rectified. The two owners are fantastic people. They clearly tale a lot of pride in their customer service and quality workmanship.

I chose this place for detailing based on other positive reviews. I had the service yesterday. The front desk was friendly. However, the detailing was sub par. The mats didn't get cleaned well. Also multiple spots on the door, air conditioning didn't seem get cleaned.
I really enjoyed my services at Brighton Unique Auto, he cost about half as much as bringing my car to the dealer, and also took about half as long. The guy who runs the place seems to know what he's doing, and he's a very kind hearted gentleman.
This is a terrific place to take your car!
Came very highly recommended from my entire neighborhood. Turn around time was incredibly quick, less than one day, despite me dropping it off without an appointment. The cost was 33% off the quote I received from another shop. Very happy with the service and price.
Abdullah is the most honest mechanic you will find. He is always kind, reliable and giving a very fair price. I can walk in knowing he will not take advantage and really respect a and appreciates his customers. Best mechanic of life!! He has helped me immeasurably do great work on my car both mechanically and also a great detail! Highly recommend!
After my first visit I will never take my car anyplace else! My uncle recommended Unique Auto and I’ve very thankful he did! My over 18 year old car looks/smells/feels brand new on the inside only. My outside is hopeless and told them to do the best that they can. Even my hail damaged, starting to rust car looks the best it as in year! Great prices too! Abdallah and his crew are all very friendly, courteous, very thorough and high quality workers. Fast service to make it all the better! I never felt like he was taking advantage of me too! I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!
