Was traveling through and they said they could not help me for about two weeks went to lake state auto in ruch city they got me in and out even though they were booked out to but they understood I was traveling

They were amazing! I went in for a for wheel alignment and I needed a couple things done first so the worker not only informed me but showed me exactly what he was talking about! And they got me right in again once I had gotten the few things done! They did a great job and very professional!

The staff is great good customer service honest work do what they say they will without finding or making a bunch of unnecessary problems for you. Been here a few times and I know my vehicle is not going to be destroyed by them unlike the mechanics in Hinckley.
Roubineks was great I needed to find out what was wrong with my SUV and in 10 min they told me exactly what I needed to do and gave me a quote. Those guys are great!
Asked for a oil / oil filter change and to check a “service engine soon” light. Was told price should be around $45 over the phone. When I came back after servicing to pay, the total was $129!!! Was charged $77.00 to plug in computer to read the fault code. If I knew it would’ve been that much, I would have stopped at a chain auto parts store for a free reading. Ridiculous!!! Furthermore, when asking about the price of the diagnostic was told by the tech, “the computer costs $600, we gotta pay for it somehow.” Very disappointed...
I had my engine replaced in my 2011 traverse. Scott and his team did a great job !! $5000 cheaper than the chevy dealer quoted me. When he ran into a issue with broken previously broke motor mounts, he found quality used replacements and saved me over $100 without me even asking. Great people, fast service. Skill level and level of care for your car is unique here. They don't act like they know everything. They take their time to do it right, listen to your concerns and do only what you ask them to. Roubinek is now the Only place I will go for my non-DIY work. Great work guys !
Scott, Larry, and the crew are now my main mechanics. Extremely honest people. To the point of referring you to a specialist if/when necessary. Always have come in at or under the proposed cost for repairs. Highly-highly recommended!
