Phenomenal customer service! I found Lanoue’s on FB market and Bryce was able to ship my part asap despite the holidays. With all the scams out there I trusted his secured process and made payment. The part arrived next day and now my father’s car will be fixed for Christmas! This couldn’t have gone any smoother! Highly recommend.
Bryce, the manager at Lanoues really helped us out. We took out the front end of our commuter car on a deer, and he reached out to us in Volga SD from Marshall MN letting us know he had the exact car new to inventory and should have everything we need. It was seamless. From not knowing names of parts and sending pictures, to Bryce getting us a list, reasonable prices, picking up and loading them in my truck for me, he took care of everything. I’m from Tennessee and ordered a headlight for my 2017 gmc 2500 4x4. It arrived fast and was in perfect. It was packaged correctly without a scratch in it. He was a nice guy and helped me out a lot. I can't say enough about these fellas. I buy a box at an agreed price they have so much honor and integrity they call and say we found a very minute issue just so I was aware. I get there and they load the thing for me. Im a customer for life.
I work at a collision repair shop in Nebraska and recently purchased a used mirror assembly. I called during lunch hours and didn’t get an answer, but Bryce quickly followed up. He provided a reasonable quote and gave an accurate timeline for the part's delivery. When the mirror arrived, it was in great condition and well packaged. As a nice touch, there was a Hot Wheels car included in the box with a note of thanks. I often work with salvage yards, and it can be rare to have a pleasant experience. Many don't return calls, or parts don't match the listed condition. I appreciate the exceptional service and will definitely return for future needs.
This is a scam, don't buy anything from these guys. they robbed me for $4552 and i never got the part. I called several times and they are putting me on hold for long hours finally they blocked me from everywhere.
Awesome customer service. They had the rear bumper cover and tail light I needed. Parts are priced right. They even had the parts ready the same day I asked about them and stayed open a few minutes late so I could pick up the parts. Definitely recommend these folks.
