I went to O’Reilly earlier in the day to get my batteries tested and changed, Two men at the counter, tested my battery, my battery was an obvious fail and next step was to get it replaced. These men said they can’t replace my batteries that I have to go to a Mechanic. I came back in the afternoon and a Lady literally attended to me all through and helped me with everything no complaints whatsoever.
Stopped in for a headlight that was out. Braylon was very helpful, figured out that I only needed a bulb and even installed the bulb for me! Exceptional service!
O'Reilly's is a Great place to get all the best parts you need. They will even help you install some of the parts. I will keep going to O'Reilly's for the part's I need. Great people to work with. Thank you for your help today O'Reilly's with the Battery install I needed.
The guys here are always knowledgeable and helpful. They're open till 9:00 p.m. which is convenient when you work a late day and want to do some car repairs later on.
This place is deserving of zero stars, incompetence is plentiful behind the counter. They will sell you the wrong parts and go on to take forever to compensate for damages and only at threat of a lawsuit. Go to Arnold’s.
I just stopped in for new wiper blades, the clerk saw I was having trouble getting the old beat-up wipers off my car so i would get the right size replacements the clerk came out of the store to offer his assistance proceeded to take off the old wipers for me then help me find replacement blades answered all my questions took down my information was super helpful I will definitely go back to the store for my automotive needs
I'm ok with O'Reilly my friend dose jobs on cars and he kind of likes dealing with the Auto people so I can say some of thier prices are cheaper here than in the cities he likes that😃

3 1/2 hours from home, 3 1/2 hours to go yet. Alternator died in my Denali. The Marshall MN O'Reilly sold me a new Alternator and let me use their tool cart to install right there on the spot! A few minutes later, we were back on the road. Excellent customer service. Top notch. Very well kept store as well. Nice work team.
Good place to get auto parts. They know how to find parts if they can find it. They also do testing on some parts for free to find out the issue your having on your vehicle. Call them to see what times they are open and when they close.
I called O'Reilly's in Marshall looking to get some help in getting a new battery in my daughter's car. The customer service over the phone was horrible. I asked if they would be willing to help with the install. He said, "only if it's super easy." C'mon, work on your customer skills. I guess I will shop elsewhere. Thanks.
