I needed a tow on a Sunday morning and fast, as I was holding up shopping traffic. The driver, Bob, was incredible. He was willing to wait with me until my ride came and made the entire situation as pleasant as your car breaking down can be. Bob made it fast and easy. Thanks, Bob!

Jake is the best! Really took good care of my car when he was pulling it out to avoid anymore damage. Pulver is the best!

Had a flat repair on my semi trailer, very fast, very friendly.

Friendly on the phone, reliable people and good service. Guy came out to try and jumpstart my van and didn't charge for it since the van wouldn't start, spent time helping troubleshoot.

I believe his name was Bo I can't quite rember but he helped me out on 8/02/24 at approx 630am at keik trip in marshall. Very outgoing individual that took the time to talk to us while preparing everything. Got to know him quite a bit and honestly after he got my keys out I wanted to buy him a a cup of coffee! Very professional company, quick and easy service 10/5 would recommend for any towing/unlocking cars needs! Thanks again for being such a cool dude Bo!

We broke down after hitting a raccoon. The service guy named BobRob came out within 45 minutes, and we were fixed and rolling within the hour. Definitely knew what he was doing. Great service.

Was dropping my mother off at the Avera Dialysis center in Marshall, Saturday morning. She is 81 years old and a short little thing. I was helping her get down out of my truck and she must have accidentally hit the lock button because she was using the door to help herself out. My truck was running with my purse & cellphone locked inside. I googled locksmith and another local company popped up first. I have never been so annoyed in my life. All automated with no option to speak to a human! Once you make the call the recording tells you they have sent you a link to click on so it can pinpoint my location and for me to provide my details, the service I needed, my info my vehicle info. Long story short after spending all this time providing this info. It would not let me schedule the service without entering my credit/debit card info and no option to speak to a human to explain my situation. Finally hung up and called these guys! I was able to speak to a human, they had a driver out to me faster than the amount of time I spent on the other guys automated BS and for only $65.00!! My driver was courteous, knowledgeable and fast! He had me in my truck within minutes! Really appreciate the help and you will be my first call for any of my towing needs or God forbid another lockout! Thanks so much!

It would of been a 5* but it look like he had troubles unloading the truck from the flatbed. He was aggressive with the shifter. After the original work to fix the reson of the tow the shift did not work. Had that repaird.repaired. cost me 331.92 shifter linkage cable

Nice people.i had a great convo with one of the family members who owns the family oriented business. They are very helpful. They helped me get my towed vehicle started after 8 days so i couod drive home. Down to earth group.

Great service, fast. Tow truck driver was great. Had car load and ready to go in less then ten minutes. He took the address to where the car was to be taken and delivered it promptly. Had car unloaded by the time I arrived. Fee was very reasonable. Was very glad that I made the call to Pulver Towing for their service. Thank you.

We ran out of gas outside of town. Woman who answered phone was really nice. Said she would send someone right away. Truck arrived in less than 20 minutes. Driver was cheerful and competent. Thank you so much.

Tue, May 4, 2021: I was rear ended by another vehicle in a terrible accident. The Rochester Police Department responded to the scene and ordered both vehicles to be towed via Pulver Towing. This was written on the police report. I also watched as Pulver Towing loaded my vehicle onto their tow truck and swept up shards of material from the accident. Thu, May 6, 2021: My auto insurance agent advised me to call Pulver Towing to give them my permission to "release the vehicle" so the auto body place could tow it in order to begin the repairs. - When I called, a man abruptly answered the phone and told me fairly quickly that they didn’t have my car. I continued to press him further and he told me he would check his records and then he hung up on me. I waited a few minutes and called back. This time a very friendly woman answered the phone, found my vehicle in the system, told me she marked it as “released” and that I was taken care of. Fri, May 7, 2021: I received phone calls from both the auto body shop and my auto insurance agent both telling me that Pulver Towing claimed they didn't have my vehicle. The told me they would continue to call and try to get this all figured out before the weekend. That did not happen. Mon, May 10, 2021: I was finally told both by the auto body shop and my auto insurance agent that Pulver Towing was not willing to cooperate and they continued to claim they never had my vehicle. - I called Pulver Towing again. The same man that had hung up on me the previous week answered the phone abruptly and immediately told me that he didn’t have my car and never did. I asked how that was even possible if Pulver Towing was on the police report and I had called earlier and gave my permission to release the vehicle. He always answered me with one word answers and with absolutely no accountability. He then proceeded to explain to me that someone “must have taken the vehicle”. I was so disgusted with his attitude and serious lack of customer service. - Thinking maybe this man would only respond well to another man, I had my husband call but he had the exact same experience. - That evening my husband drove over to the Pulver Towing yard at the north end of town and easily could see my vehicle in their lot. He took photos including photos of our license plate as proof of it being there. Tue, May 11, 2021: My auto insurance agent advised me to threaten a lawsuit with Pulver Towing if they continued to detain my vehicle and refuse to release it. - My husband called Pulver Towing and once again the man denied having my vehicle. My husband told him that he was easily able to find our car and that he took photos of it in their Towing yard. The man then said “Oh. The car I found this morning?” - That afternoon, the auto body shop came and towed my car away from Pulver Towing. Only after telling this difficult man that we had proof that my car was in their lot did they finally do something. It took an entire week to finally get my car out of the Pulver Towing yard. My experience was absolutely horrible. So much distress from the car accident and then having to deal with this company. I am so disgusted with the service I received from Pulver Towing. I was shocked at the way the man who answered the phone talked to customers. He never provided solutions or follow-up. Instead he immediately told me that my car wasn’t there. I felt so defenseless and I was taken advantage of by this company. I have also written to the City of Rochester about my disgust with the police department contract with Pulver Towing. Do better!

Extremely professional and kind! They went way out of their way for me! They answered their phone and helped me immediately. I'm so thankful. I strongly recommend this company and wouldn't go anywhere else. They were the kindest, most professional and did as they said. I'm never using anyone but pulsars for future assistance! Thank you guys so very much!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Twice they have moved my tool box. Without any issues or problems. Would call them again tomorrow if needed.

I used this towing service at the Worthington MN location. Mandy answered the phone and helped me. Everyone else I called wanted an outrageous amount of money. Mandy was polite, professional, accurate, on time, kind, and in my opinion was representing women doing a tough job. She has a fun spirit and definitely deserves a raise!

We recently used Pulver Towing to tow our (new to us) 5th wheel camper since our truck was in the shop. We had a unique situation and their employees were more than willing to help us out, both on the phone and in person. Bob was our driver and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since this was our first camper purchase, we had lots of questions about towing a 5th wheel and Bob was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He talked us through the whole towing process and showed us how to hitch and unhitch safely. We are so grateful for his help! Highly recommend Bob and Pulver Towing!

My girlfriend locked her keys in her car, we called Pulver at about 7pm and by 7:25pm we had the keys back in outback hands and paid for the full transaction. They were quick, super friendly and very professional. Best in Marshall by far, hopefully the keys don’t get locked in again but if they do Pulver Towing is definitely getting our business!

Very good service.. we were locked out of our truck. They arrived quick and unlocked it for us quickly, especially since it was a very chilly morning.

Last week my husband was out of town for work. He left his work keys inside the truck. They called Pulver towing and they helped him. They did such an amazing job! My husband was so grateful. Definitely will be calling again if I ever come across a situation like this.

Responded promptly going into a weekend for broken down camping trailer on Rt. 90! Thanks to Thaddeus & Roger a quick band aid was applied for broken axle on trailer to be towed with their safety tow behind us. Just amazing service, courtesy & kindness! KUDOS, Guys!!

I went into the ditch during a snow storm. I called the next morning and they had gotten me out within half an hour because they were in the same area. I expressed that I was concerned about driving my car to town so I followed them going slowly to make sure I made it to town safely! They were super nice and picked me up when I was walking back to my car to meet them.

Heath Mitchell picked us up on the interstate while pulling a travel trailer. He helped us take our trailer to a camp site out of the way. Helped us find local auto shops and a new rear end for my truck. Great service and great guy.

Got me home on a cold Christmas Eve. Great service with a smile. Got off 2nd shift and went out to the truck and wouldn't you know it, the truck doesn't want to start. Go inside, call the insurance company cause I have the roadside assistance, they sent Pulver. Felt bad about getting him out on a cold night, let alone Christmas Eve, but he was very helpful and got this Santa home to get presents under the tree. Thanks a million!
