I have been to this dealership twice since purchasing a used audi last year, once for new tires and once for maintenance check/ oil change. The service both times was excellent , helpful, kind and knowledgeable service folks. The building is clean and comfortable. The car wash is another plus!

Service was able to fit me in their schedule quickly after warning lights came on. They then shuttled me to work and was kind enough to drop off my vehicle for me once completed. Thank you.

I have always had a good experience at Audi Richfield. Today’s visit was exceptional though. I returned to pick up my Audi with the loaner car that they provided as usual. All items on the yearly maintenance had been checked off but in addition to that my car was cleaned outside and INSIDE. The dash and displays were cleaned and the floor mats full of winter grossness were washed. It’s the little things that make the difference. What a treat! Thank you Audi!

I’m not sure how this location even got a 4.6 star rating. The service customer service is horrible! No one and I mean absolutely no one greets you when you drive in. You then have to get out of your vehicle to stand directly in front of a service associate for them to ignore you still. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. It’s really not a good feeling especially when you spend your hard earned money on repairs and maintenance. I’m pretty sure it has everything to do with me being a woman and a woman of color. It’s 2026. Audi Richfield get your act together. I will never be revisiting this location ever again!!

Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me! From the very beginning, you made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I truly appreciate your patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. I absolutely love my Audi, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Your service was beyond top tier, and it really shows how much you care about your customers. Thank you again for such an amazing experience! wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Audi to anyone because of the outstanding service I received. I also want to give a very special and heartfelt thank you to Shaft. He is genuinely one of the most caring, kind, and attentive people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He has such an open heart, and from the very first conversation, his attention was fully there. He truly listened to everything I wanted and needed in a car, took the time to understand my preferences, and never made me feel rushed or unheard. His patience, honesty, and willingness to help made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable.

I told them before the visit about an issue and wanted to ensure they had the part in stock so it could be taken care of in one visit. This didn’t happen. Just diagnosed the issue, ordered part and making me come back yet again. Not particularly customer centric service. I even offered to commit and pay for the part ahead of the visit. This didn’t happen either.

Was disappointed that I was made aware of a recall for my vehicle and to have it fixed at an Audi dealership. I scheduled the visit and stated such ahead of time. This was the reason for my visit as well as an early oil change. Come to find out they were not able to do the recall because the software was not available or something to that effect. I have to wait until they are ready to do that and make another trip back there for this service. I was also disappointed that I was recommended to have service done that already shows in the system were done recently and were not needed. The service was already done by an Audi dealership in another state. Are the Audi records not linked on the same system by VIN? All I had done was an oil change on this visit and the service process was pleasant and easy enough. Was approximately an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and maintenance inspection. We’ll see how the next visit goes.

My wife and I had a very good buying experience at Richfield Audi yesterday. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If you’re in the market for a new or used automobile, do yourself a favor and check them out!

During the purchase of a vehicle from Audi Richfield in Richfield, MN, a central aspect of the agreement was the dealership’s commitment to repair the car’s heating system. The need for this repair was identified during the test drive, when the heating system did not function properly. Audi Richfield acknowledged the issue and agreed to resolve it as part of the final sale of the vehicle. After the sale was completed and less than 1,000 miles had been driven, the heating system failed again. Upon contacting Audi Richfield for support, the dealership refused to pay for the required repairs, despite their previous agreement to ensure the heating system was functioning correctly. As a lifelong Audi customer who has consistently appreciated the brand, this experience was disappointing. The expectation was for a higher standard of service and support from Audi Richfield, given their commitment during the purchase process. From the perspective of a consumer and business owner, treating a customer in this manner would reasonably result in backlash and a loss of future business. Audi Richfield had the opportunity to resolve the situation appropriately but chose not to do so. I opted to have Audi Richfield repair the car, fully explaining what would happen if they didn't hold their end of the bargain. They repaired the car and didn't wash the car as a way of saying we will do nothing to make the customer happy in this situation, sad ending to a bad story.

Like always you have to bring your vehicle in 2 times to get something fixed/ Audi Richfield had the vehicle over 6 hrs to reprogram the adaptive cruise control with lane assist/ picked up vehicle when the called and said it was done to find out as I pulled on to freeway to go home it wasn’t fixed literally so frustrating as this always happens on technical repairs with this shop/ also they charged over 1100.00 bucks for a fabric under skirt which is highway robbery not happy got to return vehicle because technicians do not check there work/ try Audi St. Paul you will be much happier with there work

The worst dealership ever. They talk to you as you owe them something. On top, they are not following Audi service schedule and try to sell you something that could be DIY. Here is the list of issues: 1. One time , after the oil change they did not replace the plug and the oil leaked all over my garage 2. They did not checked the coolant for hybrid during scheduled intervals and it almost caused the failure 3. They did not checked the 12V battery at required interval and it almost exploded. 4. You can never reach anyone by phone It is not only quality, but it is about safety. I suspect that positive reviews are either fake or come from ignorant owners.

I bought a used Q3 from the Mercedes dealership in Minnetonka (which is great), and they recommended I get the vehicle serviced at Audi Richfield. Took it in for 30,000 mile maintenance. I had the same experience as others who have written reviews. No one acknowledges you when you drive in. So you walk into the service area, and no one acknowledges you. After standing for about 10 minutes (because there's no place to sit), I was finally helped by someone who didn't introduce himself, didn't ask about my day, or any of the other things you expect from a high-end brand (and as a new customer). The waiting area had no place to work on a computer, so I used a table in the middle of the showroom floor for 3 hours. There was never an option presented for a loaner or a ride. The whole experience was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. And expensive! I wish I would have stuck with a Mercedes when trading in, just for the better service department.

Just had an appointment for prepaid service at Audi Richfield. I hate to be ignored - it feels like disrespect. Audi Richfield's "Service" department is expert at ignoring their customers. When I arrived and drove into their service garage, I assumed I would be met at my car by a "service advisor" who would already know who I was and what my appointment was for. That's what I would routinely experience at Toyota and Volvo dealerships. Silly me. After a couple minutes waiting, I got out of my car and walked into the service department where all their desks, computers, etc were for Service Advisors to record what work was to be done. Unfortunately, there were no service advisors in the area. (BTW, this was at 10:50AM and I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00). There were some employees in the area who I kind of assumed would acknowledge my presence and perhaps seek to find someone to help me. Silly me. They looked up for a second and noticed I was there, then went back to focusing on their cell phones. After a couple more minutes a service advisor did walk into the area, looked directly at me, and left the area. I thought maybe he would be getting other service advisors to come help me - silly me. After another few minutes of waiting I walked over to the show room floor and flagged down a sales person who proceeded to walk me back to the serviced department, when he saw no one was at their desks he walked back into the shop, came back and let me know someone would be out to help me soon. A service advisor did finally come out of the shop and helped me, and noticably never acknowledged that I had been waiting. Not the kind of service oriented culture I would assume would exist at an Audi dealership

Disappointing customer service, especially for a premium brand I previously owned a BMW and worked with two different BMW dealers in the Twin Cities area, both of which were consistently top-notch. That experience set a high bar for what I expect from a premium automotive brand. Unfortunately, my experience with this Audi dealer fell well short of that standard. I purchased my Audi out of state and contacted this dealership to schedule an appointment for a recall. From the very beginning, the interaction was discouraging. When I asked about a loaner vehicle, the representative put me on hold, returned, and bluntly said, “No loaner for you.” No explanation, no alternatives, no attempt to be helpful or courteous. They offered to arrange a ride, but only within a 10-mile radius. Since I live beyond that distance, this option was essentially useless. Again, there was no effort to problem-solve or accommodate just a flat limitation delivered without empathy. I ultimately took my car to another Audi dealer, where the experience was noticeably more pleasant and professional. While it still didn’t quite match the level of service I received from BMW dealerships, it was worlds better than what I encountered here. For a brand that markets itself as premium, this dealership’s customer service feels indifferent and rigid. When customers come in for something as straightforward as a recall, they shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. There’s significant room for improvement.

I visited Audi Richfield today to look at a used vehicle. The car was priced on the higher end despite having been involved in an accident. When discussing pricing, the best offer presented was only $400 off. I shared the price I was willing to consider, but there was no willingness to negotiate or discuss any further. The interaction felt dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Ankit when I came to test drive & purchase my A3 Quattro. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and overall a great person to do business with. Will definitely return to this dealership in the future. Thank you sir!!!

This morning I retracted a 5-star review of the service department of Audi Richfield that I posted two years ago. The dealership and the service department is not the same as it was then. The overall culture has declined and there has been staff turnover from dealership management to service advisors. Communication, service, responsiveness, and accountability are now poor and not what they used to be. I brought my 2024 Audi Q8 eTron in for its routine 20k miles service on 10/29/2025. (The vehicle's actual miles were less than 19k.) They discovered that I needed new rear tires (at less than 19k miles) and there was a bent rim. The tires were replaced and I discussed the bent rim with the service advisor (Kris). The bent rim was undetectable on driving the car both by me and the Audi technician, but was noticed when mounting new tires. We agreed I would pick up the car and that we would see if the bent rim became an issue. I was allowed to drive away in the vehicle after new tires were installed only to learn later that the vehicle had a "severely bent rim" and it was "not safe to drive" per the notes of the service technician on the service invoice. In trying to resolve the matter, the service advisor (Kris) and the service manager (Kristine) were unresponsive. The service advisor (Kris) has never contacted me after I called him 10/31/2025 to alert him to the discrepancy between his initial recommendation to defer repairing the rim and the service technician's notes. It took more than a week for the service manager to contact me and then it was by email. In the week I spent trying to talk with someone at Audi Richfield, I had the issue, a "severely bent rim", evaluated and replaced by another dealership. Indeed, the rim was severely bent and not safe to drive on. I brought my concerns to the attention of the Audi Richfield general manager (Brad Turner), dealership owners (International Autos Group), and Audi of America (Jamie Dennis, SVP Product Quality, Technical Service and After Sales.) Yesterday (11/25/2025) I heard back from a representative of Mr. Dennis at Audi of America who said they had attempted to investigate the issue but the dealership "declined to comment on the matter." The ownership group has not responded. I will not be back to Audi Richfield for service or sales.

We get our new Audi Q5 from Brandon in this dealership. He was nice, quick and responsive and eager to help us find what we exactly want, with great deals. Our new car is beyond than expected. Also the dealership keeps following the status even after the car was released. Highly recommend to visit and consider to buy from them!

Horrible. Love my Audi but unimpressed with this service department. Sold me a tire warranty only to learn they don’t plug tires but they will replace it but I need to pay the labor. The service guy was more focused on selling me 4 new tires than servicing the car. Ended up leaving the dealership. In addition when you make an appointment you get to talk to someone who knows nothing about the service and tells you the service advisor will help you on the day of your appointment. Then they tell you don’t show up early you have to show up at the time of your appointment. Also I had an issue with a tire and I was trying to talk to someone for help and the phone kept ringing. I called back 4 times. I was told they only had 1 advisor and he was busy. I own a jeep and Nissan and this service department is the worst hands down. Worst run service department. So disappointed.

I had an oil change scheduled for 2:30. I rearranged work commitments to leave early enough to get there on time. I arrived at 2:24….waited, while all three service people were in phones…I was greeted after 2:30. I was told they’d be right back to help me. The person left and came back 10+ minutes later. I literally stood - in one spot- i acknowledged or helped for over 15 minutes. I was told that my car looked pretty clean- so would I really want a car wash? i was told they would come get me from the waiting room upon completion . I received a diagnostic video from the technician. 15 minutes later I texted the thread asking if that meant my car was ready…within the minute the service person walked over and said my car was ready. Love the car- but my goodness, get some of it right- any little piece of it right. I’m not even sure why I’m giving it two stars. Snacks maybe? The car wash? Hours of my life I’ll never get back.

The Audi Richfield team goes above and beyond. This was not my established dealership, and I showed up with barely any notice as I was on my way to the airport when my car decided it needed urgent service. They not only fit me in on a busy Monday without advanced notice but were kind, accommodating, and were able to get my issue resolved quickly and effectively. They made every effort to work with my needs and I will certainly go back and recommend anyone to them for top level service.

I took my car for service on Saturday. The service was fast and the video inspection with text capabilities was convenient. However, the amount charged to my card was over $300 more than the agreed upon price. The email receipt I received wasn’t itemized. I tried to use the text thread and repeatedly call to remedy this situation when I realized the mistake this morning. On the third call that kept going to the reservation agents, the agent called the service desk and told me the manager would call me shortly. No one called me. The error wouldn’t bug me if it could be fixed, but I spent over an hour with no luck. Ill try calling and texting again tomorrow…

We went to Audi Richfield to look at a used Volkswagen, and were blown away at the customer service we received. The sales person was very low pressure which lessened our anxiety, and was very knowledgeable about the specific vehicle we looked at (which was surprisingly not the case anywhere we looked that day). The whole process was very VERY smooth and I would ABSOLUTELY purchase here again! The only speed bump we encountered was that the receptionist closed her till 15 minutes before close and was pretty rude to the other staff when we were paying cash to get the purchase finalized. She stated to us that she "had an hour drive home" to which I replied that we had a THREE hour drive home so we were just as ready to go as she was. All in all, we left before closing time and all was well. Overall very impressed with this location!

Audi is known for their quality. The car is so beautifully appointed. I love it. It has so much more room for my legs than did the other 6 other car brands that I had. No comparison to other cars I’ve own. Excellence in design, excellence in support and sales, excellence in reputation!! Why go anywhere else?

Beautiful dealership. I worked with a great young sales person all day yesterday. Found a car I really liked and had $40,000 in my pocket. Then the new car sales manager came over and within one minute lost my business with his arrogance and strong approach. Absolute horrible experience because off the manager. Then they didn’t follow up with any of the things they said they were gonna follow up with. Didn’t send me any other contacts or information.
