Tony and Logan were awesome! Both me and my partners cars weren't running and had reached out to have them towed to a shop. Tony and Logan were professional and careful the whole time loading them up and towing them from our street in St. Paul to Turbo Tims in St. Paul. Would highly recommend them to anyone for the exceptional service they provided!

Tony was exceptional! My Jeep had broken down in Northeast Minneapolis. Tony arrived not too long after and was able to quickly and efficiently tow my car to the nearest dealership. Once he dropped it off, he took photos of the cars location and sent them to me. He even left a note for the dealership for when it opened in the morning. Amazing service!

Huge thanks to Tony who jump-started my vehicle this weekend! He was on-time, helpful, and courteous. My insurance company messed up the roadside assistance request, but Tony showed up anyway and helped me get going. Would definitely call these guys again if I need a tow.

I had a great experience with Sandoval Services Towing. Tony was very communicative so I knew exactly when he was arriving. They were able to tow my car from Dinkytown to the car shop I go to in Little Canada. The service was not only fast but also super easy and efficient, would recommend.

I can’t say enough about how thankful I was for Tony’s help today. My battery warning light came on and my car died in my alley. Last time I had to call a tow truck it took almost 8 hours for someone to come and help me but when I put in the request today, Tony came within 25 minutes! I absolutely cannot believe the responsiveness. He towed my car from my house to the Kia dealership with absolutely no issues and even sent pictures of my car to show me that he had gotten it there. A+!!

Tony did and amazing job, towing from my home in robbinsdale to my mechanic in Brooklyn Park. I recently used Sandoval Services Towing to move my car from the Minneapolis Impound Lot to my Chevy dealership in Wayzata, after the impound lot damaged my car badly. The service they provided me was fast and they handled my car car with exceptional care. Tony was the driver; he was incredibly helpful and beyond nice. He even went above and beyond and let me ride with him to the dealership so that I didn't have to pay for a Lyft. Tony performed the tow flawlessly and efficiently. Shout out to driver Lyle and dispatcher Steve for getting us out of a very cold jam when our vehicle went haywire and we needed a tow from Bloomington to Austin this very cold night. Tony did an amazing job!! He was very efficient and his communication was 10/10. He called to let me know his last drop and eta for when he was going to arrive to pick up my 82’ Tercel. It went way smoother than I thought. It’s a pretty narrow/steep driveway (many others have questioned it) but he got in there with no hesitation. I was also impressed with how professional and safe he was with the crazy drivers around him. I believe he delivered it within 30 minutes to my mechanic and took picture to let me know my cute car is safe and sound :) You did a great job man! Keep it up!!!

Their night driver Steve went above and beyond to get to my car that got stuck in Owotanna mn about 100 miles away during a winter storm and I greatly appreciated that. Steve also provided me with updated photos of the pickup and drop off of my vehicle. My concerns were resolved with his assurance that my vehicle was pick up and delivered in a timely manner. We needed a vehicle towed to a local service garage, as the vehicle was completely dead and could no longer be “jumped”. Sandoval Services Towing was assigned as the company to take care of the towing services for us, and wow! Tony, who towed our vehicle, called us in advance to let us know he was en route, and approximately how far out he was. He provided clear instructions to us, informing us that the vehicle needed to be unlocked and where to leave the key if we were not going to be present upon his arrival. Tony ended up arriving much sooner than we were originally quoted for a wait time, so all around we were already very satisfied. Tony was extremely professional, hooked up our vehicle quickly, confirmed towing location, and delivered our vehicle to the service garage with care. 5/5 service all around — I would definitely trust Sandoval Services Towing and Tony for any future towing needs!

Seriously cannot recommend Sandoval Services enough! They were excellent at communicating and keeping me continuously updated. Not only did they call/text and provide me with ETA updates when the tow truck was on its way, but they also sent pictures of my car when it was dropped off at the auto body shop. Tony was super efficient and made the whole process insanely easy for me. I live in an apartment complex in the middle of Minneapolis, and he was quick to get in and quick to get out and drop my car off at an auto body shop. The quality of the service was five stars, and I would recommend them to anyone needing to get their car towed. They are very professional and treat both their customers and the cars with care. Huge shoutout to Tony for saving my day and giving me peace of mind in the midst of a not so fun situation!!!

Today was an interesting day in itself. The loaner vehicle that my boyfriend had due to his car being in the shop decided to completely die out (battery). Tony was super helpful and communicated to us effectively. He kept us in the loop on times and did a great job overall. He had a wonderful attitude! He picked up the car from 36th ave and towed it to Journey’s body shop in New Hope providing pictures and great communication!

These folks towed my car to the repair shop today and did a great job. My car is AWD, modified and also has a fiberglass front splitter. They made sure my car arrived safely with zero damage. They were covered by my USAA roadside assistance. They also called to set expectations for the tint they’d be here. They arrived on time and were professional. I’d definitely recommend their services, especially if you have a modified car.
