I attempted to receive service from this company though AAA and was told they'd charge me $80 for a battery jump, covered service under AAA. AAA confirmed that no money should ever be exchanged for a battery jump and not to pay them. I told the driver to send someone else, and they did not communicate to AAA they were not taking the call. If you have AAA and get this company, do not pay them a dime! They are attempting to extort money from you when they do this.
I contacted the company directly to address the issue, was hung up on by the owner, and he refused to answer calls from me to continue to discuss the problem, like a man.
Horrible service, uncaring, and unable to take ownership for their own negligence.
A&A helped us out if a big jam. Staff was very kind, friendly, and extremely flexible with us. Price was very reasonable, especially in comparison to other towing companies in the same location. Thank you, A&A!
They couldn't get the job done on their own so without asking they called in another truck and charged me double which i didn't have and then they threatened to impound my car. Awesome customer service.
Exceptionally friendly yes! Overpriced though if you ask me. Got charged 2 day impound when not even there 2 days. Didn’t argue, but for maybe a 8 mile tow if that, and barely a 36 hour stay over $600 a bit extensive.
My extremely rare quad was impounded buy state patrol, when I went to retrieve my property, it was securely locked up and out of the harsh elements when there. Thank you for keeping it safe.
After a bad accident in Alexandria my car was towed by A & A towing. It was emotionally upsetting; A & A was not only expedient; they were amazingly nice. They allowed me to show my husband the damage. Everyone was kind, professional & extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
Dave from A+A towing helped us out in a tough situation, he went the extra mile to make sure we were safe and gave us helpful directions to make sure we got to where we needed to be. He got to us fast and talked us through the whole process. I couldn't recommend A+A towing enough, especially Dave!

Got stranded in the late evening with a dead alternator. A&A showed up quickly, recommended the best shops and towed my car to one. Price was more than reasonable and he even gave me a ride to a hotel. Very happy with my service!
A & A towing is hands down one of the best towing companies I've had experience with. After my mother was in a serious car accident and myself never have had to deal with this situation before, David was compassionate and walked me through the steps. He stayed in contact with me and went above and beyond to ease my stress and worries. I would recommend them to anyone!
I want to give a big shout out to C.J. Jahnke who came to help me out at the Reststop east bound right before Alexandria, Mn, my car broke down and I had 2 control arms,cv axel,and 2 ball joints go out on me. when I was ready to lease a heard a big Crack
my right from tire broke off and he brought the flat bed tow truck got my car hooked up and brought it to the dealership in St.Cloud & let me ride along. the dealership replaced the above items and a alignment included.
C.J. was a very polite friendly awesome man that helped me out. If I would of kept driving my car and this happened on the interstate I probably wouldn't be here today. I had an angel watching over me and I went with my gut to stop at the rest area. Big Kudoes to C.J. for being there and bringing my car and myself to St.Cloud I would use A&A Towing again and would ask for C.J. to help again. my kids came to get me at the dealership and got my think out of car & bring me home.
they fixed my car today and my daughter is taking me to pick it up tomorrow.

I am thankful that Dave was the one that came and helped me out this past Sunday evening. I had used my insurance's emergency roadside assistance twice that night and no luck so I took matters into my own hands and called A&A. Dave was a calming presence in a rather stressful night for me. He even took a look at my car and figured out what might be the root cause of my car's troubles much better than the place I towed it to in Alexandria. He was very approachable and customer service oriented. I'm happy I got to meet a former resident of my hometown. I want to recommend Dave and his business to anyone near Alexandria. Great and knowledgeable people. Moving and our Uhaul pulling a car trailer had a tire blowout. They showed up, helped us out, and noticed another tire didn't look good. They worked with us and made sure we stayed safe and were able to continue our moving journey.
My daughter and great nephew went to Casey's amusement park and were having a great day. After my nephew was getting hungry and tired we decided to go. We'll that's where it started. I went to start my daughter's car and let the air run to cool it off and that's when I found out I locked the keys in the car. So called the police department to find out that they don't deal with that stuff any more. The told me to call A&A. So I did and I got to talk to a person named gauge. He told me he was on another call and it would be a little over a hour before he could get to us. We'll what do you do? Than I thought to my self were at a park and the kids were having fun. The tow truck is the way and it was a nice day so just enjoy it. We'll it wasn't much more than 45 minutes and here he comes. I asked how much it would be and he told me how much and then said call your insurance company and see if they would pay for the opening. They said have gauge open it and then stop buy and they would cut a check. And they did within a few minutes. Gauge come over to the car and before he did anything he showed me the tools he was going to use and assured that there will be no damage. He was very professional and was done unbelievable fast. He was very polite and asked my if had any questions before he left. I was impressed with the service he did and I would recommend A&A. Thanks again Gauge
Don’t ever use this business. Got charged over 900 dollars for 11 miles towed. One of the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Wish I could give negative star.
These guys are awesome. I ran out of fuel on the interstate and they just happen to be helping somebody else and gave me a ride. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate these guys.
My family & I was returning to the cities after going to visit family in South Dakota. We got stuck driving in a bad snowstorm, lost control and went into a ditch filled with water. The police contacted this company and David Ebnet, truck number 11 came and got my car out of the ditch. Once my car was back on the road, he looked over my vehicle to see if it was drivable, which it was, but he followed us to the closest town just to be safe. My car had no damage, which I was shocked. David did such a great job and he was able to get to us so fast! He was very friendly and helpful too. I would recommend David and this company to anyone that needs a tow!
After calling they were able to locate me on a map found me shortly and got me safely with my car back into town. wasn't fun after hitting a deer but they made it better.
We had an unexpected breakdown in Alexandria while traveling through on a recent weekend. After many calls where no one was open or available, we found Lee at A&A Towing. He came within 10 minutes and gave us a jump start and a ton of good information. He gave us possible reasons for the problem, options for repair if we needed it while in Alexandria, hotel and rental car options too. Luckily we were able to get home, and what could have been a really stressful time was made a lot less stressful because Lee was calm, thorough and resourceful. It's rare to find this kind of service anymore. We are grateful.
