Paul, the guy who usually is on the scales is such a great guy, very helpful and always polite. I remember a time when the job he does took 2 people. I won't go anywhere else.
Guy was extremely rude on the phone when asked about if I can bring my front door that has a metal front but it's made out of wood. Then the guy decided to talk to me like I'm some idiot. LIKE yes I know it has metal, but I don't want to load up my door if you aren't going to accept it...
Every time I go, the guy with the glasses makes it so difficult to turn in copper, I’m a commercial hvac tech and our job allows us to take the scrap personally. And I each time the dude gives a new reason or walks off. This time I had to have an account but yet I was coming by every once in a while last year with no issue. I shall not be returning
Took a bunch of steel back and they marked me up for the lowest peddler ferrous scrap they had which was tin, tin is 55$ a ton while steel is 135$ a ton. Shady business go else where with people you can trust I promise they don’t need your business.
Guy wouldn't except my metal. When I said the place next door excepted it five minutes ago the guy said "what you didn't get enough money over there now your here trying to get more" like I'm some sort of scanning POS with no money. You guys are rude. And on top of it all you have to stand outside in the cold with some crappy scale with snow all over and under it probably throwing off the scale. Just because we're at a scrap place doesn't mean you get to act crappy. Lost my business before you ever got it!
the staff that works here are very racist, I showed them 5 different IDs and none accepted, including the passport, and speaking to me that the laws rang, and more laws, I recommend that you better go to the one on the side, very friendly and more professional
