The counter guy Rob sold me a door for my 2007 F 450 I sent a guy down to look at it. And noticed that it had a dent in it and was able to talk it down from $200 to 188.50 but it still needed to be pulled off of the vehicle so I would have to return to get the door once my driver got back to our shop. He called and said it was sold already but wouldn’t give me my money back but would find me a new door. He told me he had one. That they had just gotten from an auction so it hadn’t been taken off yet. I sent a guy down to pick it up but it was going to cost me an extra $120 When looking the door over Rob realize that the door had some issues with it and the person that was supposed to pick up the previous door didn’t show up for it so he sold me my same door that was sold to me for $188.50 for an extra $120 Noticing there was a problem with the seam of the door I asked for a refund and I was told there would be a restocking fee of $50 for him to take the door back. while he was on the phone with me. I asked him to have his manager, call me and He told me that his manager will just tell me to F Off, so I have been forced to take the door. The manager never did call me back.
Ron exceeded my expectations handling delivery of a steering column. He was very friendly and exceptional at assuring customer satisfaction. I give this business 5 STARS and highly recommend it !
BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS they sell you the part SHIP you the part when you get the invoice they write all over sold as is and no warranty THEY tell you to ship the part back for a refund now no refund and i stay without the part and no refund store credit is a joke after dealing with this people there all rude from the manager/supervisor to Josh the salesman is horrible stay away and buy your parts anywhere else where you are not subject to a scam read all the negative reviews you will clearly see how terrible this place is

Completely computer illiterate.
They post pictures of vehicles on marketplace.
Claiming to have parts for sale.
But when you call. They don’t have those parts.
What’s the point of listing things for sale on marketplace if you don’t have them any longer.
I drive all the way out to I 94 auto parts. Because they actually update their inventory on marketplace..
And they are very professional.

I called to buy a steering column. They said they had it ready to go.
I came in to buy it and paid for it. Waited for 20min just so the guy can come out and tell me the one they had was broken.
I asked for a refund and was told he had 4 that were not taken out that I could come back for it when it was out because they were about to close.
I think they should have refunded me.

Very Disappointed. I purchased a transmission from here and I installed it and it was a bad transmission. When I called the sales manager, he informed me he will send me a new one and never did. A couple weeks later when I called to ask about it, He told me I’m out of warranty. I requested to speak to the owner and he refused . Bad business.
Never deal with these scammers. They claim to have the part you need and demand payment via Zelle. Then they say the price has increased, and in the end, the part they send isn’t even the right one. The actual part you need turns out to be unavailable — and they refuse to refund the full amount sent via Zelle.
This is outright fraud.

You are disgusting liars. I sent you a photo of the exact part I needed, and you confirmed you had it. Then you gave me a price, and I paid it without asking for any discount. So don’t act like you did me a favor. Used parts are obviously cheaper, and you know that very well. Don’t throw the price in my face — I paid exactly what you asked for.
You are absolutely dishonest and repulsive sellers. Based on my experience dealing with you, I believe you’re nothing but scammers.
I ordered an ABS module and pump 2 and a half years ago, they sent me HALF. I paid to ship it back and they offered me a partial credit because they wouldn't refund me the credit card fee even thought they didn't sent me what I ordered. 2 and a half years later I am calling them on parts that are listed for 1 price and as soon as they find out I would like to use my credit, the price suddenly becomes twice as much as what they have it listed for. Scamming me over this garbage part they sent me two years ago. Horrible, horrible way to do business. I do not recommend.
Every single time I call or show up to deal in person they’re unpleasantly rude. Then I asked to talk to Damian the manager and he’s no better…. at first he told me he was the owner then after asking him a few questions he redacted his comment only to say he was the manager. And on top of it all They literally charge the same price it would cost me to just purchase the part brand new? …..horrible customer service. Honestly I will not be doing business or referring them at all in the future to anyone whatsoever
One step below useless. Part is billed out correctly on invoice, however wrong part was shipped, and somehow it is my financial responsibility to pay to ship it back in order to get a refund. Incompetence and lack of customer service at its finest. I wouldn't spend a dime in their gumball machine.

Terrible service called they said had my part on shelf already. get there paid then tell me they have to take part off and will have it off same day they will call me . No call at all I call them they tell me part they have is bad they ordered one will call me later in the day . No call three days later no part . Terrible service
Great service, fast, friendly, needed an engine for a Chrysler van and they had it in stock at a fair price, I ended up buying it an hour and a half after I called.
I bought 2 doors and confirmed to the I have to have the door hinges with the door at time of the pickup the door doesn’t have hinges they told me the door doesn’t come with hinges after I told the I don’t want the door with out the hinges they had me waiting for 44 mint to get the hinges and loading the door will not buy or recommend to buy from

prices seem to change one you show up to buy it. Yeah price jumped up 50 % Also tires they have for sale strongly suggest checking how much tread is left lol. The tires remind me when i was a punk teen driving with steel out of them lol. my opinion stated . like it or not
Horrible management shady online sales they make you pay ridiculous shipping costs that cost them half of the cost they charge you and keep the xtra extremely shady return policy extremely rude even swearing at customers. The kid in charge is what 24-25. To inexperienced to be running anything ((everything they respond to is copy and pasted))

Called and asked about rims that they had onsight as I needed a replacement for a rim leak. After my son went to get them and paid noticed a weld in a crack on the rim. No refunds.. went down to martins where they don’t screw people over!! A
One of the worst junkyards to buy parts from,I will never be Comming back here had to wait well over 2 hours for a very simple part that I had called ahead of time for.
I have also purchased a engine in the past and it had a misfire,had to change the lifters on it.
On Saturday, I bought an alternator. They gave me the wrong one. Took it back on Monday in the exact same condition I got it in, but they wouldn't give me my money back, just a store credit. The receipt says all sales are final, but this was their mistake. The counter manager was no help, just told me no cash back.... he didn't know the details about the sale. I told him the details, but he still refused to refund my money. I had to buy a new alternator at Auto Zone on Sunday so I could have my car for Monday. I've only been here twice in 10 years, the store credit is good for 1 year. This is rotten and dishonest. They won't miss my business, but I'm hoping everyone who sees this will consider going somewhere else to get your parts. Buyer beware... the seller just wants your money. Wish I checked the reviews before coming here. Several 1 star reviews over the last year.
My husband called yesterday wandering if they had a flywheel for his car. They told my husband they did and that it was 30 dollars. My husband took off a day of work so he could finish his work car. We arrive at Glen's and walk in. They were very friendly. My husband spoke with a gentleman behind the counter telling him that he was there to pick up the flywheel. The man behind the counter asked my husband if it was for a manual or automatic. That should've been our first red flag. My husband said we'll it's a flywheel so a manual. For those that don't understand this, like this auto parts store, the flywheel only comes in a manual transmission. He then tells my husband they don't have one. The guy my husband talked to yesterday piped up and said well everyone knows a flywheel and flex plate are the same. OMG what a bumbling box of ignorant fluid. So what your saying is if I asked for brake drums you would try to sell me rotors? That's the same too right? I felt like I was speaking to a 16 year old high school student working at autozone over the summer. ( sorry if i offend any 16 year olds working at autozone) I can not believe this person is aloud around cars. Do NOT waste your time with this place. What an embarrassment. I'm still mind boggled!!
Sold me an incomplete with huge metal bracket missing. When I called to return it they gave me the run around for 5-days. Finally got hold of the manager, who kept arguing with me, and trying to prove a point rather than accommodate an unsatisfied customer.
This is great auto part shop. I mean every one in here is so nice especially Josh, he was a lot of help. This is the only shop I come to when I need anything because they also give you great deals, they’re fast and efficient. I’d recommend everyone to go here.

Love that place. Got a starter for a Sclass and will get more used parts from them as well. Good price and awesome service. They have warranty on parts as well. This place makes my project goes much more easier. Will upload more after I install those parts.
Glen's Auto Parts is a great place to go for tires! I get a complete set of brand new (very slightly used) tires for my car and the tires were in awesome condition diction, amazing tread (99%), no sidewall damage or any repairs. Awesome price, got them installed, balanced, and ready to go on my car while there as well. Complete service, very friendly, and easy to work with. Bring cash, as it is a cash only transaction, but 100% legit and very good business. I highly recommend. They even let my dog hang out while they changed the tires. Look for them on Facebook too. I found the tires through the marketplace posted by Damian. Easy guys to work with, and a great selection of tires.
