Josh gave me a deal on a grill for my jeep! I really appreciate how above and beyond they went to make sure I was leaving with what I came for !! I couldn't have got it, if it weren't for them! Thank you so much! :)

starting from the beginning, I contacted glens in regards to a Jaguar engine they had listed on car-parts. the engine was listed for 4295 but I made a deal with a josh as I had to drive all the way from Cleveland Ohio he agreed to do 4000$ and a 250$ core. I arrange time off from my very busy shop and get my truck ready to head over when they called me back raising the price to 4500$ with a 350$ Core so they raised me 600$. I didn't care because It was still a decent deal and they swore up and down that this engine was flawless and it had no issues. I get the engine I had to switch oil pans and when I removed the oil pan on the new engine it was nothing but sludge and metal and the timing chains had excessive play. when I called them and sent them photo age of this they argued and said that this was normal and it was from sitting on there shelf for over 1 year. I am jaguar Range Rover certified. They ended up taking they engine back but charge me 1000$ and wouldn't give me the money because the 'owner' wanted it inspected so they held me there trying to get me to leave for over 3 hours before I got thrown a check in a rudely manner. not once did anyone with authority in this junkyard come out to talk to me instead they coward behind there salesman. I was really looking forward to having a conversation with the owners like a man would but they just hid in the back! I HATE TO SEE PEOPLE ACT LIKE THIS IN THIS INDUSTRY. NO INTEGRITY NO HONOR. MY RECIPT NEVER MENTIONED A RESTOCK FEE AND THE ENGINE WAS STILL UNDER 'WARRANTY' SO IDK HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUISNESS BUT THEY ARE NO GOOD SCAMMERS WHO SELL GARBAGE PARTS AND ARMORAL STUFF UP. PLEASE DONT COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW YOU GUYS HAVE MY NUMBER SAY SOMETHING. BECAUSE YOU GUYS DIDNT HAVE A WORD TO SAY TO ME WHEN I WAS IN YOUR WAITING ROOM FOR 3 HOURS BUNCH OF COWARDS

I waited over 40 minutes after arriving, and when I asked what was going on, I was told that all workers were on lunch. This was despite the fact that I had called about 20 minutes earlier and was told the oil pan I needed was on the shelf and ready. When I questioned the delay, Josh was extremely rude. I later left a review on my personal Google account to reflect this experience, only to come to my shop and see a retaliatory review posted by “Josh,” even though he has never been to my business.

Went to Glens to pick up a part with my buddy. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They helped to locate a window motor for my 1999 toyota 4runner. A 25 year old truck, not many yards have trucks that old Glen's found me Thank to Glen's I don't have to check all over the web for my parts.

Was referred to glens by an auto glass installer . Super easy process , great communication and had the glass for my Audi to me fast and secure . Awesome staff!

Have been here MULTIPLE times for parts that are not in stock or damaged upon purchase. They take 40 minutes to bring the part that’s „out and ready”on the shelf. After all the wait you finally get the part and it’s not what they said it was so it takes another 15 minutes for the refund. They don’t even let you inspect the part before you pay so that’s out of the question. You have to take their word for the quality of the part and their word is as good as Pinocchio’s. Total and utter unprofessional place.

Had a great experience working with the team at Glens, took great care of me made me feel welcome and showed they cared. Would definitely recommend for all your car and truck needs. I will be coming back!

Horrible experience everytime. You have to pay for the part before seeing it; then u have to go wait and sit in ur car until they bring it out, you can’t inspect it or anything. And guess what, if you don’t want the part or it’s defective they will only give u store credit, no money back at all. Even if u return it a minute later, And on top of that, the cashier gives me an attitude.

Very reasonable on prices also the parts were as if they were new. Didn’t take long to get my parts ( 10 min) and customer service is wonderful. Very family oriented atmosphere. My favorite parts store

It was great doing business with these guys. I do have to say that their mannerism, respect and professionalism was truly great. They were not disrespectful in any way, unlike many Other junkyards. It was also really easy to work with them and helped get what you need as much as possible

Horrible place, I’ve been here multiple times and always some problem. Waited two hours for the wrong part, he wouldn’t give refund, even though the part never left their store. His reason was labor, for an air intake and air filter housing which takes two minutes to remove, it’s not my fault they grabbed the wrong part. The other time I purchased a bumper and they didn’t have the vin on the receipt so I couldn’t do inspection on the vehicle. I called them they kept delaying and ignoring me for three days. Not until I asked for the manager did they help, it took them 2 minutes to pull out the vin.

Charged me for a part that didn’t work, when they brought out the part I showed the guy in the front that it didn’t work respectfully. They kept making excuses trying to convince me that works when it clearly doesn’t even tho I called on the phone to make sure and he said that it works perfectly fine. They refused to refund me the money and guy threatened to call the cops. Terrible business, could’ve been resolved respectfully if they didn’t try scamming me

This place is by far the best in the business for used parts and service!!! Amazing prices fast turn around to get parts needed if not on shelf and amazing amazing customer service!!! Props to Danielle and rob I always Deal with them and talk when I come In and they are both amazing at what they do and the best representation for the company you could ask for

Just went down to the shop a couple hours ago to get some wheels for my CRV. The wheels were in great shape, came with the lug nuts and center caps, and was about $30 cheaper per wheel than most of the ones on eBay. They had the best price for these wheels out of all the other shops I looked at in the area. I dealt with Walter, who was a nice guy. He also gave me some tips on finding some other parts I’m in need of as well. I was about to head to Belle Tire after to get some new tires for the wheels, but to my surprise, they also balance and install wheels there. I ended up getting a lightly used set of Michelins for $400 installed, and it took them like 30 mins to do it. They saved me time and money. Thanks guys! -Roberto

This place will try to get you for your money. I will not spend another dollar with them. I own a repair facility and had recommended many people to them only to be let down many times. They will talk to you passive aggressively just so they can seem like you as the customer was misinformed. They will blame their coworkers for misquoting the part just to get more money. Dennis was a great guy and helped me very well but his manager took over and messed up a 600 dollar order. Enough said .. I don't like these guys period. Shiesty is the perfect word for them.

I had called looking for a back bumper from OHIO ,to where I did not have to take it off myself from the yard. The gentleman I talked to was Josh, he was very helpful and respectful, told me they had one that would fit my truck. When I entered there business I only delt with Josh, he went above and beyond helping me getting the bumper, Josh was even more respectful and helpful in person, he also did a few extra little things that made the front bumper look nice, I had a very nice experience going to Glen's and would recommend them all because of Josh, thank you Josh!

I meant to write this review a week ago but have been super busy. I came in last week looking for a headlight assembly for my truck, and the associate John was so helpful. I was a frazzled mess, but he took the time to calm me down and help me find exactly what I needed. He even offered some suggestions on easier ways to install it, which ended up helping me out a ton. As a woman, I always come into situations like this expecting the worst, but John was one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right part and the confidence to install it. I truly can’t thank him enough

I came in today looking for some interior trim pieces for my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan, and the experience was fantastic. John, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed and even shared some useful advice along the way. It’s rare to find someone so friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping customers. Thanks to John, what could have been a stressful search turned into a smooth and easy experience. This place ROCKS! The associate John helped me find a mirror for my mid 90s mercury sable. He was very polite and treated me well. This is a great choice for those looking for car parts for domestic cars.

I work in the business and i deal with a lot of yards. I can choose from 50-100 of them, I make the extra drive to go to Glens. Aside from fair prices, parts always in good condition, and parts always available, the guys working up front are professional, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. Glens is the place i choose. I bought for the first time roughly a month ago going in not knowing how salvage yards work. I was surprised how easy and straight forward things are. Needed a rim for my explorer and they brought it out to me. For it being used the quality of the rim was almost brand new, felt like I got a steal. Josh helped me the first day and unfortunately I didn't get the name for the guy who brought it out to me but he was really cool and laid back, him and Josh both were. Had the rim switched out the next day and brought my broken one up there right after and Rob helped me for that transaction. I'll definitely be coming back. Had a really good experience both days I came by

I love this place!!!! They found a spare tire for me at a very reasonable price. I called several other places and either they didn't have the part or didn't want to look for it. Worse parts in city. Terrible customer service Josh has no respect. I brought a transmission one year ago. My truck went down a month later. I put it off to get checked because I wasn’t gone spend no more money on it. I got it towed to shop last month to find out the transmission was bad. I decided to get another transmission from Glen. When I called I was treated with such disrespect and disregard as if I wasn’t a paying customer. They want me to pay for a part before it was even inspected in full and it was still connected to a truck. Fine print says no refund only store credit such a scale . I do not recommend.

I had called numerous times looking for parts I knew nothing about. I came in two or three times as well. When I tell you the people working here are amazing, I mean it. I was so intimidated, especially being a female and worrying about sounding dumb or being taken advantage of, but they knew exactly what I was looking for and they were so helpful and patient. Josh especially. He helped me and didn't make me feel stupid when I wasn't sure about some of the questions. The prices are great and they even helped load parts into my car. I will definitely be using these guys from now on. I didn't even have to go and remove the parts myself like other yards. They handled it all. Highly recommend!

Glen's Auto Parts is a great place to go for tires! I get a complete set of brand new (very slightly used) tires for my car and the tires were in awesome condition diction, amazing tread (99%), no sidewall damage or any repairs. Awesome price, got them installed, balanced, and ready to go on my car while there as well. Complete service, very friendly, and easy to work with. Bring cash, as it is a cash only transaction, but 100% legit and very good business. I highly recommend. They even let my dog hang out while they changed the tires. Look for them on Facebook too. I found the tires through the marketplace posted by Damian. Easy guys to work with, and a great selection of tires.
