Bought a 373 gear paid cash they swore it was the right one come back the next day to return it and they said they would only refund the money on a card the manager was rude and so was the worker helping me this Napa will never see another dime from me or my company
How was NAPA? Bad, really bad. I had to get wiper blades three times before they finally got a pair to fit. Can't even imagine how they would do with a real part.

Ordered a tool paid for the tool get. There the guy delets my order then wants to charge me again just to find out that. They messed up and charged me twice already and they wouldn't make it right so. Left with out the tool and went elsewhere to get the same tool for cheaper now I have to dispute the charges and play the waiting game
Nothing beats and old school parts store that has access to parts that the big box stores simply don't have. These are actually parts guys who have been doing this for a long time, and know their parts. They understand the auto service business and go out of their way to research and help you find what you are looking for. What you will get here is great team of pros lead by Nate who is fantastic! They will go out of their way for you. They also sell only high quality parts. If you want a quality part for a good price, and someone to deal with who is working with you, then you want to visit Nate and his guys at Napa. If you want some kid who knows nothing about auto parts or the auto service business, or if you want the absolute cheapest , no name, low quality part you can find, then skip this place and find one of those Orange or Green stores out there. These guys at Napa are the real deal. They are pros. They know the business. As someone who works in the service industry and buys a lot of parts, these are the guys I go to. I know that I can trust them in providing the highest quality part at a very good price, and I am always confident that I am going to get the the correct part and don't have to worry about it failing or it's quality.
Guaranteed to be overpriced and make you wait at least 3 days for your parts. Be prepared to wait at the front counter because they are busy here... not overly impressed
Great store and extremely friendly staff, went in looking for an O-ring and the man at the counter said that the part was discontinued, he then pointed me in the direction of a local place that makes O-rings where I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. This is the way all parts stores should be, friendly and knowledgeable!
