Scheduled an appointment online for just an oil change and rotate. Showed up on time and was told that it would take 2-3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation to be performed. Don’t waste your time coming here.

had a great experience at Firestone recently, and I want to give a big shoutout to the team there, especially Julius and Demarco. From the moment I walked in, Julius, the front desk guy, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options before any work was done. His positive attitude and great customer service really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Then Demarco, the technician who worked on my tires, did an amazing job—he got everything done quickly and efficiently, and the quality of his work was excellent. You can tell he takes pride in what he does because my car rides perfectly now. Overall, both Julius and Demarco went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciate their effort and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back to Firestone thanks to the great service from those two.

I had a 1pm appointment on a Monday scheduled to drop of my car for an inspection. They said the guy that did the abs diagnostic didn't work that day. After days of having my car they told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the brakes. They said it was too complicated. Took it to Kirk's on Merriman & Plymouth and they found the problem and fixed it. It was only a rear hub that needed replacing.

Everything went well as expected. I had a slow leak. I was told that I would have to leave the car as they would not be able to get to it until hours later that afternoon. So after I had ubered home. I was at home for 20 minutes when they called me and told me my car was ready. They honored my warranty and I paid a small fee to renew the warranty. Except for the fact that I had to Uber home and back, everything was great.

Came here to get oil changed & tires rotated. During the course of the day keep feeling something off with my car. I thought it was the roads or the air balance of the tires was off. As the feeling of the vehicle got worst I pulled over to put air in the tires. That's when I discovered Tires/lug nuts where NOT properly secured/tighten!!!!

They had my car for almost two weeks (when they said they would have the car for two days). When we got the car back, we drove it twenty miles until it literally fell apart. They put the car back together incorrectly and had to have it towed. They said they would fix it the next day. It is days later and it is still not fixed.

WARNING: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place had my car for three days and didn't do an alignment that I made an appointment for. Everytime I called they act as if it was the first time they heard of the vehicle. They're very unprofessional with terrible customer service.The manager was rude and act like he didn't care. I took it to another shop close to them and they were able to do it the same day with great customer service. Don't waste your time and money on this place.

I DEALT WITH JULIUS AND NOT ONLY WAS HE PROFESSIONAL HE TOOK THE CONSIDERATION TO EDUCATE ME ABOUT MY SENSORS TO AVOID FUTURE REPAIRS. I USUALLY GO TO THE WOODHAVEN LOCATION, BUT I WAS NEARBY ON MY WAY OUT FOR A SMALL TRIP AND HE HELPED ME GET IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY AND HAD ALL FOUR OF MY TIRES INSTALLED BY ONE OF HIS TECHNICIANS, WHICH WAS AND IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. SUPER IMPORTANT... I HAD MY PEPPER GIRL (DOG)WITH ME AND HE INVITED HER IN TO RELAX WHILE WE WAITED. THAT MATTERS A LOT TO ME. I am the fleet manager for a small health company. So far, I've had 3 vehicles at this shop and each time I've found the customer service to be fair to poor. Employees either don't know what's going on or don't care. I'll pick a different location from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible communication between this place. I dropped off an uber/hertz rental at this location because I had to get maintenance done on it different story. Unless I called the location I never got one update finally today when I called this morning they let me know the issue the vehicle was having and they fixed it I can pick it up. I get to the location after taking an uber there the manager there told me the hertz office manager came and picked up the vehicle already! Why didn’t you tell me when I called almost two hours ago? 0 professionalism what so ever.

Staff where very nice. BUT, they charged me $361.99 for a new tire, when on three different Ford dealership websites they are $292.99. Make sure to check around for pricing. I didnt go to the dealership because I figured they be more expensive, but not this time around!

I took my vehicle in for new tires and front end alignment on May 16 and was happy with the choice I made. The price was good and the salesman was helpful. Later that day he called to say that the lug nut stud (wheel stud) had been stripped, probably during work performed earlier at another place. He said it needed replacing. This added $200-plus more to my total. He said the work could be done the next day, so I reluctantly agreed to the work and my vehicle was left overnight. The next day, he called again to say there was another issue with the wheel, but said it wasn't as critical as the first issue and the vehicle could be driven safely. By then I was tired of additional charges so I passed on that repair. I'm happy with my new tires, but the overall experience left me feeling not as confident in the company as I initially had, given all of the add-ons. As such, I won't be a returning customer.

I came in for a brake inspection, Will was my service representative, he was professional and knowledgeable. After inspection he let me know I did not need new brakes, the ones on my vehicle were in good shape. I appreciate his honesty and quick service Will provided.

UBER DRIVER/ HERTZ VEHICLE. I came in on 4/7 to get a vehicle inspection. I couldn’t get one on the same day so I made an appointment for 4/8 at 11 am. I arrived at 10:30 and was sent a work order email at 11:03 and my car was not brought to the back for inspection until 11:40. I am not sure how long the procedure will take but no one came to say hey we’ll START on 10….20…30 minutes considering my appointment was at 11am. Communication means the MOST when someone is looking around waiting with no idea why the service is taking so long.

Seems that there's a new manager in town; tbh each time I've called he's been pretty unprofessional; But sounds like he's also stacking jobs to make it look like his store is busy.. Before him when I called up there i could get an appt easy. Not just drop off my vehicle If you have time obviously you got time then why couldn't you give me an appointment time? Do you think I actually trust leaving my truck there with you definitely not. Not exactly what you said it's your tone of voice. And if a customer wants to watch you do the work he should be allowed too. For my own insurance purposes, same with riding with you after the alignment's done.

Made appointment online to have tesla alignment done. I arrived to the news that they do not do tesla alignment. I asked why they didn't contact me before I arrived. He said that he called and emailed. I received no calls. No voicemail. No email. Only the confirmation text when I made appointment.

I paid for a service and it was done incorrectly. Your employee put in an oil change for 2.0 engine when mine is 1.5 engine causing an over fill of oil. Since then my oil light has been coming on. I called the place where I originally received my oil change. And they said bring it back so they can correct it. However, I was visiting from another state. I was told I could take it to my near FIRESTONE, which I did since I happen to be visiting family in Michigan. I visited a location Livonia, MI. Located at: Firestone Complete Auto Care, 29200 Plymouth Rd, Livonia, MI 48150 who told me they would correct the issue. Even redo the oil change since it was done incorrectly. However, after 5-8 minutes they returned my keys to saying it’s not that bad. The other location put in oil for a 2.0 engine and I have a 1.5 engine; so it’s just a little overfilled. I didn’t pay for a little overfilled. I paid for the correct amount. And I would like the job to be performed correctly like I originally. Edit: After 5-6 trips to the Livonia, MI. Location (closest location to since I was traveling when the the issue first began with the Florida location error) and calling back and forth between both locations management; the issues were fixed free of charge finally. Took about two weeks but they finally fixed it after calling and complaining between my issues with both locations.

They scratched my whole rim and tried to say that it was glue and soap. After refusing to leave before making sure it wasnt glue nor soap, they finally agreed that it was scratched up. Said to come another day to fix it. I explained i needed it documented for my records, store manager refused and said i could call the cops if i wanted. I had to call corporate. After it escalated, store.manager gave me a business card saying they scratched my rims and they would paint it. Customer service isnt hard. We dont need to go through all this just to end up with the same results. Corporate needs to focus on training staff. I paid money to get a clean service and ended up leaving with a ruined rim that even if repaimted would not be the same. Not a good experience. Stay away!

On 10/20/2022, I took my truck into the Firestone service center on Plymouth and Middlebelt because my engine light was on. They diagnosed the situation and repaired my truck. I like for my appointments to be early, so I could sit and wait on my vehicle to be repaired so I don't have to trouble anyone to pick me up and bring me back, so I just sit and read a book. The service men here are polite, and they give you great quality service on your vehicle. I've been coming to this repair shop for years, because I love the service they provide. The price's for the repairs are kind of expensive, but sometimes quality care can get expensive. I highly recommend Firestone complete auto care for all your vehicles Maintenance needs. Might I suggest that firestone start providing a transportation service for their customers to get back home while getting their cars repaired, especially when its a 4-5 hour wait like mines usually be. Also, they should consider giving their customers a courtesy $20 gas card when their bills are over $500. My bill was $604.59 to be exact, so I asked if they provided a gas card for bills over $500, and the service man smiled and said no, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Have a blessed day.

Call before I came said I needed to tires. The wait was going to be an hr. Get here 20 mins later the wait is now a hr and 30 mins 3 hrs later still waiting. Now looking at my paperwork when it printed off at 1:15 pm it said that it will be done at 5pm, but the sale person fail to mention that to me. If you plan on coming here I just expect a 3hr wait at most.
