Worked with service advisor Kellie Hoxha on our Ford Flex, and she did a phenomenal job. She listened to our concerns with the car and was very understanding of the situation and helping us resolve the problem. Will look to come back here when it is time to purchase a car because these days, it is hard to find good customer service like Kellie provided.

My salesperson and Bill Brown Ford exceeded my expectations. Friendly, helpful and of course the best deal on my new MachE. Frank Succorro explained everything to me on how an electric car may be my best option this lease around and with the installation of my home charger I could not ask for a better deal. Frank has always treated me fairly and has be very honest on what deal he can and cannot do. I am very happy.

I love Bill Brown Ford! I just had my second experience there and have nothing but good to say! My salesperson Rusty Karr made all the difference. Communication was by text for my convenience. My appointment times fit my schedule perfectly. Rusty had cars picked out that met my wants and needs. He was able to find and provide multiple deals and savings (yay!). Marty Person is the G.O.A.T, my family was buying cars from bill brown for years before our dealer retired. And I’m happy to say that I got to work with Marty on my last lease! I called a few months before I had to turn in my previous car and I was able to sit down with him and review all the options. I ordered a new escape and was able to customize it to my liking. Unfortunately I did order the 3cly and had a few different problems with it durning my lease term (not bill browns fault.) For the most part the shop was okay but I did have mixed experiences when my car was in service. But every time something wasn’t handled right Marty would put in work for me to ensure that I was taking proper care of. If you are checking out a car here make sure you ask for him and you won’t be disappointed!

The amount of care and consideration as well as attention to detail is unbelievable. The entire staff cares from moment to moment. I received a beautiful vehicle. Everyone came together to ensure that my car was ready, pristine, and all features were explained in detail. The consideration of the staff and willingness to walk me through all the new features was amazing!!

Go see Ron Nowicki!!! Super smooth and hassle free process, Ron was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. Came in with a price and mileage range, easy to find what I was looking for and able to test drive any vehicle I liked. Vehicle I purchased was in spectacular condition when I picked it up, full tank of gas, waxed and looked brand new. Great communication and everything moved very quick! Thank you for this great experience buying my first car.

As a returning customer, I knew I was in good hands, and Ryan went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle. The exact configuration I wanted wasn't on the lot, but he swiftly located it at another dealership and arranged a transfer. The best part? The vehicle was delivered to my home in just three days! The delivery associate, Vivianna was also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 service as always! Laurie is absolutely amazing—she truly goes above and beyond every single time. She really listened to what we wanted, answered every question with patience, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to be happy. We had such a great experience at this dealership our salesman was Michael Gurney. He helped my husband and I get out of our lease early and got into one of my dream cars the 2025 Mustang Mach-E. Everything went smooth and the customer service was amazing the staff was also nice we had our 4 year old with us and she was all over the place lol. They were laughing and joking with her making her feel comfortable as well. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Ford.

Horrible paint job! Had a head on collision a few years ago, took my explorer to this location to be fixed and my hood repainted. About 3 years later the paint bubbled and my hood paint is completely matte looking. It’s not even the same color as the rest of my vehicle. I took my explorer back up to the shop and was told it’s “out of warranty” there was a recall on the paint. Never was informed of this “recall” also it’s not even just the bubbling the entire hood looks awful. I was told there is nothing they can do now. I contacted my insurance rep who is waiting to hear back from the insurance company I previously had to have it figured out. My insurance company paid to have it fixed just for it took look horrible now and they will not repaint it. I suggest having your vehicle fixed elsewhere.

Bought an Edge a couple years ago from another dealer and it had been nothing but issues. I reached out to Donna at Bill Brown and she figured out a win-win, saving me from the never ending battle with my old car. It was smooth, and happened in a timely manner. Purchased a Maverick XLT from here this past week. Melissa was amazing! I have always hated the car buying process but she made it effortless and straight to the point. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. They even dropped it off at my house. If the service department is as good as sales, then I would have found a permanent home for all my future purchases.

I have been working with Chris Miller for several years for my Ford leases. Each and every time I turn in/renew my lease he has made the process efficient, easy and seamless. He is also very prompt in returning calls and responding to my numerous emails. Friends ask why I don’t shop around and to me it’s similar to finding that good dentist or hairstylist. Once you find a good one, you stick with em.

I ordered a new Ranger Lariat from Rusty at Bill Brown Ford. Rusty was very helpful in assuring me that the price was locked in even if the tariffs kicked in before vehicle delivery. He kept me updated along the way and made the purchase and delivery process easy once it came in. I’ve worked with Rusty on several other Ford vehicles purchases over the years and have always had good experiences. I highly recommend him and Bill Brown Ford.

My sister, who is a widow scheduled an appointment with Keith. Her plan was to purchase a new red or blue F-150 and trade in her F-150 truck. She asked me to come along to help her decide which one to buy after seeing a couple nice ones on this website. Keith told us to wait a few minutes in the lobby portion of the showroom. After waiting almost an hour Keith explained the trucks she wanted to see were either sold or on a remote lot. After sitting in the lobby for over an hour and never given the opportunity to test drive an available truck we decided to leave. I told her not to give up and suggested we visit Blackwell Ford in Plymouth. At Blackwell Ford we were seated with Christine, a sales person within one minute where she offered water and coffee. Christine took notes while my sister described what she wanted. Just a few minutes later two trucks were outside the door and ready to test drive. One truck red and the other blue. While we enjoyed the two test drives they looked at her trade-in vehicle. My sister selected the beautiful red XLT and was offered almost $3,000 more for the trade-in than what Bill Brown Ford had offered. She paid cash for the truck and drove away in her new 2025 F-150 with a full tank of gas, smiling from ear to ear. My advice, AVOID BILL BROWN FORD. GO TO BLACKWELL FORD IN PLYMOUTH. Ask for Christine. Car buying can be enjoyable. You just have to be at a good dealership.

I have bought cars at Bill Brown over the past 20 years. They have a large selection and seem to have exactly what I'm looking for! Rudy Cardenas was the salesman and he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with no pressure. He answered all my questions quickly and accurately. He knew exactly what was in stock and basically sold me my car within 10min over the phone. I'm so happy with my Mach-E, they even had it in green which was the color i was after!!!

Very pleased purchasing our vehicle here. Roy was an excellent salesman. We shopped around but ultimately bought here mainly because of him. He didn't treat us like just a business deal. Roy was very down to earth, listened to us & got us exactly what made us happy!
