Picked up a preowned mustang - blue oval certified so I got lower financing (saved a point as I shopped rates) and a longer warranty. Matt and Chuck were great to work with and the process was simple and consultative. Checked it out one night, held it by getting pre-approved and bought it the next day. Fair price for my trade in, and no surprises.

We had a unexpected issue with our 2023 Bronco Sport that required immediate attention as we needed that vehicle to leave town. Freddy Salem, our Service Advisor, engaged his Service Manager, Johnny Abughannam, who found a way to get our vehicle looked at immediately and diagnosed the same day. Jason Ellsworth, Bill Brown's Director of Service, communicated with us quickly, and often, and made himself available whenever we called. Jason had to engage Ford to work out some of the issues which he did professionally and to our best interest. As a former service representative for Ford Motor Company, I was most impressed with this team's empathy and commitment to address our needs and be sure that we were satisfied. My service rep really kept me in the dark about my car's repair. First he said his next loaner car could be given out on Monday. Said parts would come in Friday morning and my car would be ready Friday evening. Didn't tell me until Monday evening when I called him that they actually arrived Monday at noon. Then was told Tuesday evening, now it's Tuesday evening and I still don't have my car. I could've gotten a rental car, worked from home, or picked up that loaner that he gave to someone else when I called to verify I could come get it. Instead I've had to spend a fortune on Lyft's everywhere.
Great experience. Sales rep Roy Mewton was helpful & professional. I have dealt with Gorno, Spirit and Friendly Ford, but Bill Brown was my best experience, and I will travel to your dealership and request Roy Mewton even though you are 25 miles further on my ext purchase. My salesman, Levell Baldridge is spectacular. He comes through for me. Last year, we did an internet deal over the phone and I picked up the truck after work with minimal paperwork to complete. I had a budget and he met my budget with the internet deal. He also took the time and helped me transfer all my tools and stuff to the new truck! The whole experience was an answer to my prayer!

Finance guy was fun while getting the money stuff done. The guys in back got my bedliner and new hard tonneau installed and the porter Josh walked me through the phone connection to my app and explained my electronics. Showed up around 3 and I was driving home by 5:30, I was very pleased with my experience. 10/10 definitely would recommend both my salesperson and the dealer. We had such a great experience at this dealership our salesman was Michael Gurney. He helped my husband and I get out of our lease early and got into one of my dream cars the 2025 Mustang Mach-E. Everything went smooth and the customer service was amazing the staff was also nice we had our 4 year old with us and she was all over the place lol. They were laughing and joking with her making her feel comfortable as well. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Ford.
Horrible paint job! Had a head on collision a few years ago, took my explorer to this location to be fixed and my hood repainted. About 3 years later the paint bubbled and my hood paint is completely matte looking. It’s not even the same color as the rest of my vehicle. I took my explorer back up to the shop and was told it’s “out of warranty” there was a recall on the paint. Never was informed of this “recall” also it’s not even just the bubbling the entire hood looks awful. I was told there is nothing they can do now. I contacted my insurance rep who is waiting to hear back from the insurance company I previously had to have it figured out. My insurance company paid to have it fixed just for it took look horrible now and they will not repaint it. I suggest having your vehicle fixed elsewhere.
Bought an Edge a couple years ago from another dealer and it had been nothing but issues. I reached out to Donna at Bill Brown and she figured out a win-win, saving me from the never ending battle with my old car. It was smooth, and happened in a timely manner. I will definitely will be going back when it time to get a new vehicle. Plus I love my new 2025 F150. Big thanks to the team there & Donna!
