Helpful staff inside and ordering parts is pretty quick and painless. This location hosts classic car shows in the summer, so a visit can be much more investing if you'd like.

When they pick up the phone, they put you on hold and just hang up. If you don't want to do your job, I don't need to waste my time or spend any money here. I suggest others follow suit.

very confused on where they take the used oil. Also had me look for an oil filter on the shelf for 10 minutes when it wasn't on the shelf it was in the backroom like it always has been before. is it really so hard to empty the oil and find the box in the back from the beginning!

I came in for a new 12v battery and wiper. Rylee and Aaron were both very helpful, Rylee installing the battery and wiper right then and there. Repair shops were quoting me $400 and up to install the battery but O'Reilly installed it for free, minus the cost of the battery of course. Rachel, the manager helped me with another issue that got solved the next day, making my life so much easier. Thank you so much you all! - Jim

So I got some diesel fuel treatment and told the guy behind counter I'm using employee account. I told him he had to search corporate. He says you don't get discount on liquids. Do you really want me to look it up. I sighed in disgust because I "knew" he was lying. (I got like 25% on oil 4 days ago). He then punched some keys. Yeah nope. I jist looked it up with a similar discount account. Whatever and I left. Didn't seem to happy that I wanted the receipt for a single bottle of additive. So of course before posting this review, I had my son verify my suspicions when he got to work... Lo and behold, what cost me $12 something should have only cost me $6.22. So what $6 bucks right? Well I ask you. Do you want to spend your money somewhere the guy behind counter will LIE to your face to overcharge you to pad his commissioned sales numbers? I don't. Especially not in a city (Detroit) where 15 minutes takes you across town to another store. Where maybe there is some integrity. Attached are "the receipts." People like this should be held accountable and taught some honesty and work ethic.

Had my wiper fly off in a snowstorm on 275. Stopped here and they helped me find the right replacement and installed it. I was back safely on my way in 5 minutes. Thanks so much!

Had to deal with them twice with a brake issue and each time was miserable. The manager (Jim?) was terrible to deal with from the moment he made a loud sigh and had to get out of his office chair in the back and come up to the register. I had an uncommon issue with purchasing pads that needed to be warranty returned and instead of being anything close to the definition of helpful, I was met with annoyance, and outright rudeness that I interrupted his ability to sit back and not do his job. After arguing with him on the status of my parts that I had purchased and his insistence that he knew more about the situation, I had asked him to reach out to the store that I had purchased them from on the other side of the state in order to clarify and confirm the issue that the brake pads were having. He flat out refused to even bother with it but instead continued being frustrating all due to the fact that I brought him an uncommon problem. His demeanor has given the other workers there the permission to act just as infuriating rude and annoyed with everyone and everything. I also had to deal with Rylee on a previous occasion for the same issue a few days prior and spent a frustrating hour and fifteen minutes getting nowhere with him on being able to come to a solution that didn’t result in me losing more money. If this entire store hates their jobs or their lives that much, find something else to do besides take your anger and frustration out on customers who come into this sad excuse of an auto parts store. If my situation didn’t require me to use O Reily’s I would have gone to another store to get what I needed after having the severe misfortune of dealing with this group of people. All in all, I do not plan on ever using this store or asking its employees for a single thing in the future because all but one of them look and act annoyed at the site of a customer. Shout-out to Aaron though! He's the one you want to deal with if you have to deal with this place.

Brakes for all four wheels, purchased pads and rotors. My 2013 Ram 1500 needed to be replaced. The parts were very high quality, the staff helped me load all parts into a cart, those rear rotors are heavy! Thanks! Brakes feel much better!

This place can be so much better. Tim the employee has a nasty attitude. I will be contacting corporate because I have no idea how they have this 60 year old man working and doesn’t wanna do his job correctly and gives customers attitude. And I bet other customers probably complained about him but no action has been taken. Places like this deserve better management. I ended up taking my business to auto zone.

My Mother needed a battery for her vehicle. Tim, Craig and the other store associate were so helpful and kind to us. They went above and beyond our expectations. This is my 3rd time at this store and I have had a good experience every time. Thank you for all your help!

I’m giving this low rating because I have had much better experiences at the other auto parts stores in comparison. On Thurs, the 13th, or Fri, the 14th, I had to buy an oil filter, wipers, and windshield washer fluid. The older guy at the register, had a terrible attitude. Again, compared to my experiences at rival auto parts stores. This guy seemed annoyed and irritated that I needed his help to find the correct oil filter for my truck. Attitude was still the same when I asked help identifying what size wipers I needed. Slightly redeemed himself when I was selecting the ‘wrong’ type of blades and then he got out from register, and went to the aisle himself, and brought the wipers to the counter. However, he never dropped that annoyed attitude. Maybe I’m just being spoiled, but when I needed wipers for another car, Autozone not only picked out the correct sizes (with a smile) but Autozone installed them for me! I’m not going to OReilly anymore, especially this particular store. Only tried this store because i was already in the area, and it was the closest auto parts store at the time. I’ll definitely drive farther to go to another store, just to avoid this one.

The people are not friendly at all. Made a purchase and nobody cared to help. Made a return a few days later and Jim didn't even say 2 words to me. The staff needs more training in customer service.

The assistant store manager, Kal, tries to be helpful but is somewhat abrasive and seems unwilling to even consider the notion she might be wrong. I was put off by the way she interacts with customers, including myself. She leaves much to be desired as far as professionalism. That was my experience. She's kind enough and tolerable, but unprofessional. This puts a strain on the interaction and may drive people away. I also don't appreciate the use of foul language (at all, but especially) when engaging with minors at the register. When I asked my son how it went after making his own transaction on another occasion, he said it went fine, but the lady (Kal) that was helping him was swearing as she tried to pop open a roll of change, saying things like f@#$ and S#&@. This is wholly unacceptable behavior. She didn't cuss in front of me. Perhaps she thought she was being cool in front of a youngster. Not cool. Not professional. F for FAIL. The older gentleman however, is kind, warm-spirited, and very helpful. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't be back.

Kaley FOR PRESIDENT! This lady must have a cape under her collar. I went in and got just what I needed. The store is clean. All of the employees were friendly, however, Kaley was the best. I will be back.

4 the four boys, not men, working there on Saturday June 10th were the ultimate definition of lazy and unhelpful, that the manager. I went in about all brake lights being out, hoping to get some advice on the proper fuse. Was told that likely wasn't it and they had no idea where to find it or which Amp to get. The manager, who was leaving for the day, literally told the employee "not to get involved". Instead, I was offered the name of a mechanic in the area and when I didn't take his information was completely ignored. They three remaining employees returned to talking about a car on line. I'll be going beyond this review to make a complaint.

Three strikes...1) we called for a part, was told it would be pulled and waiting at desk. Not only was it not pulled but it wasn't even in stock - wasted trip 2) Then asked employee to call another store to check for stock, he wouldn't even call. 3) Finally, we tried to order correct part, waited 3 days, went to pick up but they had ordered wrong part! Not a good experience. To be fair, hadn't had this much trouble in the past. Has something changed? Could use customer service training.

It was a Monday and had lots of errands to run. Of course it began to sleet and my wiper blade decided to pop right off while driving. Pulled into O Reillys and the employee was very knowledgeable. Had me pull up to the front of the store and he installed all 3 of my wiper blades front and back! Thanks to Max for his quick & friendly service during my stressful situation.

My driver's side windshield wiper broke in during the snowstorm today. I drove over a mile without it and walked in soaking wet and cold. I was greeted with a smile and "no problem we can help" attitude from the staff. The nice young man got the correct blade and even put it on for me! I am SO very grateful and impressed! Thank you so much!!

I don’t write reviews. But this is the most hostile store I have been to. No motivation to help or help me understand about the lights I need. The guy had an IDGF attitude. Would never return to this store even if this was the last one open.

The Manager, Tim, was super helpful, did not rush me, listened thoroughly, offered suggestions, did a google search about my car’s symptoms and was generally a really good guy to work with. I will only go to this location and recommend to others. THANK YOU

I went to an O'Reilly by my house last night to pick up new winter blades for my car. I was going to have my mechanic put them on today. When I was getting an oil change. Well my mechanic couldn't figure it out. . (No comment) So I headed to work and stopped by this O'Reilly. My mechanic thought the blades didn't come with the right adapter. Well I spoke to the man behind the counter. He told me to pull my car up to the front of the store. He came out to put them on. He showed me how the take off the old blades and choose the right adapter. That came with the blades. Then showed me how to install them. My mechanic had bent the wiper arm. He went inside and grabbed some pliers to fix it. This guy was so nice and helpful. So I highly recommend this location and O'Reilly. They've gone above and beyond to help me before. Thanks guys. I really appreciate you.

The guy behind the counter was super helpful at this location. Couldn't ask for a better experience as far as that goes. What a did notice though is that this store is filthy dirty. Looks like the floors haven't been cleaned in week or two. But hey, I'm not there for the floor and the store did what is was put there for. But if you are a clean freak like me, this might bug you a bit.

I did a curbside order for new windshield wiper blades and Erik helped me. After he brought the blades out to my car he offered to install them(in the cold and snow). Wonderful service and wonderful a wonderful employee.

I bought the replacement battery for my car this morning and tried to replace it at the store parking. Since I did not have right tools for this replacement, I borrowed a tool from the store and I tried DIY. But did not go well. Then store personnel offered to give his hand for my battery replacement. Their service are excellent. Thank you very much.

I had to call 3 separate times and invest a total of 17 minutes on hold between all 3 calls to get an answer to a simple question. No apology for wait time. I asked if they had a type of electrical connector in stock...wasn't difficult. I use this location fairly frequently due to proximity only, will be less often with service like this and I maintain/ repair 2 older vehicles.
