We hit a deer, lost our car, and needed a car immediately to be able to go to work. We came in and worked with Stacy who was the best. We had no money saved for a down payment but Stacy helped us get a car and a car loan that day and explained everything very clearly. There was a small problem with the car which we brought back next day and Stacy helped us talk with the mechanic to fix it for free and even gave us a test drive car to keep busy while it was being fixed. She was amazing and I 100% recommend asking for her by name.
When yall come here look for Ken 10/10 recommend he responds and works fast,makes sure you get off the lot with a vehicle. I am big professionalism and organization he is that! This is where I’ll be getting my cars from now on.

If I could have given them a 0 I would have. They said $500 will get you a car , that part is true, but they start from the bottom up instead of the good cars first. I ask for an Equinox,,first I was shown a KIA Which I told him I wanted a SUV. He then said he had 2TRAX’S , still didn’t show me what I ask for. Finally he bring out a 2019 Equinox, which the body was very good and inside was good, but when I test drove it there was a noise under the car and the stirring wheel vibrated.We were there for 3hrs. He said he would call me the next morning, but I called him instead and he had excuses and said he would call me, haven’t called me back yet. My credit was checked and one bank approved me. The problem I have now it was a hard hit on my credit. I’m still looking for me an SUV. Don’t deal with Edward/Ed. If you don’t have a good down payment, he’ll show you cars from the bottom up. I knew he wouldn’t call me back because I didn’t purchase a car. I will continue to look and get that Equinox. Might have to put a little more down , but someone will help me.

We have had this car 2 months and Can't even drive the car up to 50 mph. Didn't get to look around the Lot to show vehicle we were interested in, the Gentlemen just handed us the key and said here is your new car! It definitely shouldn't be having any issues with it after only 2 months. Very unhappy
