Took a two piece shaft from my duramax dually. It was said by other shops they wouldn’t touch it due to the mileage. Shaftmasters replaced the front yoke, u-joint, and center support with a balance job. It has to be the smoothest spinning shaft ever. Thanks and highly recommended

Pretty disappointed in the lack of willingness to help after hearing great things from everyone and seeing good reviews that they do it all, custom etc.
Called to see if they could take a look at an aftermarket 2 peice driveshaft out of a cts-v that was causing some vibration and address any issues it may have or make a new one. The guy on the phone was very dismissive and said theres nothing they can do for me because the shaft was originally made by driveshaft shop. No offer to check it out, build a new one, just nothing they can do for me have a nice day. I cant imagine dissmissing an easy driveshaft repair/sale of someone ready to spend some money is a good business practice, I wonder how many other jobs were lost by the front counter guy. Not what I expected out of a place thats calls themselves the shaft masters.
Unfortunately had a pretty terrible experience here. David at the front desk was awesome but Bob, the president and guy who makes the shafts, was rude and not interested in working with me to find the root cause of the driveshaft vibration and find a resolution.
I received a custom driveshaft that had a wicked vibration above 80mph, did a bunch of diagnostic work to try and provide them with as much information and video as possible as well as rule out if it was caused by my transmission, differential, wheels, etc instead of the driveshaft but everything pointed to the shaft. After chatting with David via email I decided to drive down to the shop to talk in person. Bob comes out, tells me he's not interested in any of my videos (because he already watched them and couldn't see or hear the vibration, despite them being quite obvious if you actually look) says he gave me a perfect driveshaft but won't even have a 2 minute conversation to hear me out. Bob did mention something about the driveshaft being close to the exhaust, like that would cause a vibration? Meanwhile there's a ton of slop in the internal slip joint and the ujoints are out of phase by 6.5 degrees, both of which can cause vibrations on their own. After trying to have a discussion with him he says he can't ever make me happy and tells me to accept a refund because he isn't willing to do anything else. I let him know that a properly functioning driveshaft would make me plenty happy, but he didn't want to hear it. Could've been a worse outcome I guess but now I need to find someone else to make me a custom shaft on a really tight deadline or miss an event I've been working towards for months.
I would say avoid these guys if you're doing any sort of custom build, I just don't think they have the attention to detail to make a high enough quality driveshaft that high performance applications need and then when you have an issue Bob lets his ego get in the way instead of actually trying to understand the issue and correcting it. A shame, because David seems like a genuinely nice guy and definitely knows his stuff and has the knowledge to piece together a great product, the workmanship and customer service after the fact just isn't there.
Walked in and gave them the measurement for new drive shaft. They called me a half hour later and said its ready for pickup. It was still warm from the welder. Great customer service and knowledgeable people there. Hope I don't need a new drive shaft anytime soon. But if I do this is the place I'd go.
Insanely quick construction of a custom driveshaft, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. David was 10/10 for customer service and knowledge for my custom Porsche Cayenne driveshaft!!
Im beyond satisfied!! I called up Shaftmasters because a good friend recommended them for a custom made driveshaft. I didn’t know the first thing about how to measure one to order it and had no idea what to expect. The staff at Shaftmasters were so genuinely nice and helpful, they walked me through what was needed step by step and then we got the part measured out and ordered. Now less than a week later and my new part is already on my car and fits perfect! I’ll highly recommend this company to any of my friends in the future! Thanks for everything!!
Horrible experience. Place doesn’t even deserve one star. Husband ordered a drive shaft ghosted us for weeks to find out they never wrote the order down. Then calls us tells us it’s done. We go out to pick it up after letting the guy know we’d be there at 4pm to find out he lied and closed up shop.
David was responsive and easy to deal with. Shipping to Australia was very fast and the driveshaft was exactly as described. The driveshaft was much cheaper than having one made locally, but still of the same build quality. Very happy overall!
Had them cut, balance, and put new u joints in the driveshaft for my Trans am. Work was high quality and done quickly for a good price, not much more you can ask for.
100% is the best service very friendly. They went above to replace all u joints and balanced the driveshaft. They did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to go their.
Ordered a custom driveshaft for my 300ZX via email. David was very patient and told me exactly how to take the necessary measurements. Website said to expect a 2 week lead time, paid for it on Monday and it was at my door on Friday. Excellent quality and service for the price point.
They fabbed me a custom driveshaft in an hour that was better quality than OEM, and cheaper than anything I could find online. They also installed good spicer ujoints as part of the standard price. Not to mention they were super nice. Can’t recommend enough.

If you ever want the job done right talk to Andy and his father. I felt like family , they told care of me quick and there’s no 24 hour waiting . 2 to 3 hours they’ll have you in and out and they’ll have your driveshaft balanced. I am So thankful I decided to pick these guys they have outdone every expectation !
Other shops were charging an arm and leg and shaftmastera did it for a very affordable price.

Awesome shop. I dropped off what I hoped would be a balance job, turned out I needed an entire replacement for my two-piece driveshaft. I told David that I was in a time crunch and asked if there was any way to get the new shafts made same day. The guys in the shop came thru big time and had my shafts done in about two hours! And clearly an upgrade to my OEM shafts! I highly recommend these guys whether you're doing stock replacement, balancing, u-joints or custom fabbed shafts, they'll make you the shaft but they won't give you the shaft!!!!
Very knowledgeable, has helped me twice now. First with finding a u-joint for a unique application and then shortening a driveshaft. Turnaround time was quick and quality work. Id recommend them.

Called in to order a 3.5in aluminum driveshaft. Staff explained how to measure correctly and had a new driveshaft built in a couple of days. Fit perfectly.

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly. I called their shop and spoke with David soon after they opened at 730am requesting a new front drive shaft for a lifted JK. I received a call back before noon that same day saying it was ready to pick up. If you need a new drive shaft these are the guys to call. 80+MPH and zero vibration. Great quality and great service.
