driver George left with my keys, went 1hr and 30 mins away and called me to come pick up my keys, I offered him the benefit of ill meet him, half way he refused and told me either I come to meet him and get my keys or there is nothing he can do. I couldn't believe thisis an actual towing service. keep in mind he kept my keys. then he offers me 20$ for gas to drive over almost 2hrs by far worse towing truck experience ever. now I have to drive to Detroit get my keys or Im out of luck if there's attorney anyone knows about please snd me there information this has to be illegal. I am a AAA member as well so ill be contacting them to see what I can do as well.
Derrick I love him I expected to wait a minimum of 2 hours because that has been my experience. He was here in less than 30 minutes after I made the phone call the best AAA service that I have had since I've been with AAA for 20 years!!
I found myself in a very tough spot in deep snow and they saved the day! Ibrahim was to my location in fifteen minutes and went above and beyond helping me get unstuck. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend!

Yes the person was so ornery to pick up a vehicle almost hit me at the same time to let me drive around him poor service I dealt with them before in the past the tow truck driver almost hit my vehicle determine to get that toe the vehicle you was coming to tow but almost hit me
If I could leave zero stars, I would do not go to this place beware. because the so-called dispatcher apparently knows nothing about anything because we were given a quote of $110 for a tow. Which was a very cheap price for where it was being taken to Which we were OK with this price because with everything being so expensive these days. However, while my husband was in Kroger, getting a few things, the tow trucker came up, didn’t ask anywhere if they were the owner and hooked the vehicle without any permission, basically took the vehicle hostage, and then, as soon as my husband came out, told him that it was gonna cost 190 to tow it to where we needed it too, and then said that if we didn’t wanna go with them, they’re gonna charge us 125 just for hooking it up when we didn’t give him permission to at all. And then said he could do it for 150 really didn’t give us much of a choice with it being so late. Also Didn’t even hook the vehicle up right because as my husband’s following behind him, the car is shaking. The chain is falling off. And the so-called receipt I got was barely filled out and it’s a picture of a receipt, not even an actual receipt In my hand, cause the tow truck didn’t have any paper receipts In his truck. Which there’s too many numbers to even tell which one is the actual company number because Called the person acted like they couldn’t hear me and then hung up.
Kevin responded when our car broke down. He arrived on the scene promptly after we called and tried to trouble shoot the car issue before pulling it up on the truck. Will was very professional and very helpful throughout the whole situation.
I do really like their service always dependable and helpful and they will come when others won’t. Moe… here’s 5 stars to your exceptional fast and safe service!
