Great people and Great service, got my self a used rack and pinion and it was a pain in the ass to put on and Center it, they had to work on it for almsot a full week and got it right where it need to be at the end without charging me extra
I had a very frustrating experience with this garage. The workers are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you choose to pay after the work is done and call to check on your car, they make you feel like you don’t matter because you haven’t paid yet. They’ll basically tell you to wait forever.
Even when they say the car is “done,” it’s not properly finished. It honestly feels like they don’t even test drive the car before calling customers. When you question them, they lie to your face and start arguing instead of fixing the issue.
I left my car there for alignment, and it’s been a week. Every day they say, “It will be ready tomorrow.” Then when tomorrow comes, they say the next day again. When you call, they claim they’re working on it, but nothing changes. One day they even said they were short-staffed — but I’m paying 100% in full, so that shouldn’t be my problem.
Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this place if you value your time, money, and honesty.
I’m very disappointed with this garage. The people there are dishonest and unprofessional. They give excuses, show attitude, and don’t communicate clearly about what’s really going on. It feels like they just keep making things up and asking for more money. Even the manager was not honest. Dealing with this place has been frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend it to anyone.
I needed to get my rear brakes replaced, so I called five or six places and Campau Auto Repair gave me the most honest estimate over the phone. Went in around 10, and had my brakes done by noon.
Best auto repair shop in town. They do professional work, good customer service, and good prices.
I will spread the word for them and talk good about them everywhere.

Abe was recommended to me from a friend. I drove from Canton because of a recommendation and was not disappointed. I bought the car for my son who needed transportation for college. The car needed major repairs including transmission, brakes and front end work. With the work done at Campau Auto Shop the car is now a solid vehicle which I trust as a safe vehicle for my son. The work was good and the price was fair. Car runs great! Thank you!

Don't bring your car here!! Had my nephew car for 4 days, got it back with several repairs! The owner will intimidate you and disrespect you, like you're not spending your hard earn cash!!!!
Please do not take your car to this shop. This place is a joke. I took my brand new car to them due to only having one issue wrong with the car. Was told it would take 4 hours they had my car 4 days i missed my spring break vacation and work and my aunts emergency surgery. I got my car back 4 days later and there was 16 new things wrong with my car. I will be seeking legal action. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE DO NOT COME HERE. Proof to uploaded within the next hour or 2. They keep calling my phone ridiculing me for leaving a bad review. Well I’m an honest reviewer and the services I paid for were in inadequate and worthy of only 1 star. They will try to intimidate you and won’t allow you to speak. They come up with wild explanations even when there’s proof backing up the opposite.
My husband took our truck here on recommendation. Asked for an oil change and full inspection, with a print-out of anything that was wrong (the biggest reason we were recommended there). Instead, we got unauthorized work added onto our bill, a new clunking sound, and no diagnostics. !!!!!Don't Shop Here!!!!!
I took my impala 2014 there,and my experience was wonderful, especially with me being by myself they made sure to tell me what was exactly wrong with my car, will continue to go to them. They treated me like family, i have been going to them for years, just with another vehicle, keep up the good work fellas and will see you soon!!!

A Disappointing Experience
I am deeply saddened and frustrated to write this review about my recent and Last experience at the shop i been going to for years. I took my car in to replace my radiator, but what transpired afterwards was far from routine.
The mechanic, Vic, ended up causing significant damage to my car. The damage was so extensive that I was left with no choice but to replace the entire transmission.
The incompetence shown by the Owner Abe and Vic was astounding. Not only did they damage my car, but they also seemed unfazed by the extent of the damage they had caused. The professionalism I had hoped for was nowhere to be found. Not only were they unable to identify and correct their mistake, they also lacked the courtesy to admit their fault and offer a viable solution. The only solution was to pay an additional $1,000 for parts and labor for the transmission.
While I understand that accidents can happen, it is the responsibility of the auto shop to ensure the errors are rectified promptly and the customer is not inconvenienced. Regrettably, this was not the case here. I was left to handle the aftermath of their negligence, including the hefty cost of a new transmission.
In conclusion, I can't recommend this auto shop to anyone!!!! The lack of skilled mechanics, coupled with poor customer service, leads me to question the credibility of this establishment. I hope that no other customer has to go through the ordeal I have experienced.
Proceed with caution if you choose to use their services, or better yet, seek an alternative auto shop where your vehicle will be treated with the care and respect it deserves.
The staff are great!! Had to get my tires replaced and they made it the easiest thing for me at a fair price, would definitely recommend stopping in if you ever have trouble!!
Abe and Sam are awesome. I have gotten my breaks, tires, and engine worked on here. Always fast, good prices, and stellar timely communicative service. Great neighborhood spot I will always recommend
They will get the job done fast but they misled me to believe I needed a repair done right away rather than the truth that i had some time before a repair was necessary. Money is tight and i was very frustrated.
The owner Abraham is a crook.
Edit: I see that I got a response yesterday. Here is the full breakdown: When this incident happened, the owner attempted to keep my parts that he had replaced for me (again, it wasn't an urgent fix by any means I later learned but he convinced me otherwise) and then tried to cheat me. Regardless, it got done and I paid about $1300 for the repairs. When I asked for my old parts the owner told me "i think we cut them up." So I said, "okay then bring me the cut up parts." Then he brought some parts and put them in my trunk, and said thanks and went on my way. I brought them to the scrap yard, and the gentleman there told me my list of parts was wrong and that they withheld the expensive parts. And so I went back, and asked to get my parts back. The person wasn't there anymore, but one of his employees called him for me. He told me he gave me a "discount" because he was withholding the parts. This was NEVER disclosed to me that that is what the "discount" is for. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor, cause "he's a family man."
The other woman in the lobby heard this phone call go down as did his employee. After the call, in which he ended yelling that I only could get the parts if I stayed another day. We hung up and after hanging around for a minute, the employee came back to the desk while I spoke to the woman in the lobby in which we were both appalled by what he had said and gave me my parts. I thanked that employee and went to the scrap yard where those parts were worth hundreds of dollars.
I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with this mechanic shop. When I urgently needed my tires changed, the team swiftly came to the rescue and replaced all of them flawlessly. Their work was truly commendable, and to top it off, they even provided a complimentary alignment service. I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service they provided.

My truck is running excellent I moved across town and dealing with these wannabe’s mechanics let’s just say you know where HOME IS!!!. If you have a Volkswagen DO NOT go here! They couldn’t read my car codes, said the car computer was broken, had me pay full price for a new one for them to get an aftermarket computer that didn’t even work on the car. They admitted their mistake, said they couldn’t do the work and gave me all my money back (which I had to fight for) Took my car to a VW dealer and the damage they did is more expensive than the refund.
Mr. David took care of me quickly and efficiently. Had a screw in my tire and he had it removed and back on the road within 20 minutes at a very good price. Thank you sir. Aces.
After a horrible experience just trying to get a quote at two other auto shops (welcome to Detroit), I called and got a great quote to replace front rotors and pads. The service was so amazing I decided to add oil change. They are friendly and accommodating. I wish I found this place years ago. I've already recommended them to friends. Lastly, bring cash or pay 3% debit/credit card fee.
Friendly service and great prices! I always take my car here when there’s a problem and they never try to push unnecessary repairs onto me. They’ve even sent me away when it turned out there was nothing wrong with my car. This definitely makes me trust them more than any other place.
They will find something unnecessary else to fix in your care, they will try to get as much money as they can. Went over there to check my engine, and end up spending 1145 bucks for no reasons.
Not reliable make me miss days at work because they can't keep up with there words, not even a call to let you know if your car is not gonna be ready.
They mess up my alignment after the work and then told me I need alignment ( why didn't you find that problem in the inspection at first) you mess my alignment and asking me to pay for it again. They Told me the car horn gonna be included in the price and to bring it the next day. When I took it there they deny telling me that and wanted to charge me again.
They scam and they gonna mislead you to spent as much as they can.
