They make me wait three days for rear axle assembly on the Ford F450 they claimed they had three of them, but they lied to me. Make me wait all that time worse people ever to deal with.

Terrible facility anything listed on car-part they rarely have . If they do have it you regret buying it . This place has been this way since I can remember . Hopefully they get shut down and the property gets sold or bought out by a team PRP facility . I would use parts galore or antithetical facility before this one . Car-part.com for a listing of all car parts and junk yards nation wide . Check there first so you don’t waste your time at Broadway . Also joe is a joke and just sits at the counter and smokes all day telling people they don’t have it and taking your info down and not calling back . They do not inventory .
Update I went back to get a wheel they had it listed figured it would be safe to try and give them another shot . Nope same crap as before . Joes dead and gone but the crap service and his attitude live on . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE .
Worst service ever never recommend anyone driving 30 minutes from home to this place for them to tell us 200 hundred for driver door when the guy told us 150 over the phone and they were rude and very disrespectful.
To find the place like Broadway is like to find a treasure!

Went on their website to find a part, part showed up with a stock number, called for price like it said on the website, was told their stock numbers arent set up that way and that they didn't have the part.
Fix your system.
They had just the part I needed, a new one would cost me 200.00 buck but the used one from them works great, looks new and only cost 50.00 out the door, I called ahead and it was waiting for me when I got there. After calling all around, they had what no one else had, this is your place for parts.
Staff is cool u could easily sit and talk with them all day parts aren't super expensive. But they have a great selection definitely worth a visit before paying dealer prices
I would never recommend this place for any car part, 3 days in a row after looking online a car with low mileage has the part I was looking for, the guy kept telling me that he will call me tomorrow. Finally paying the price of new part I got used one , which is broke. It's not worth to buy anything from this place
I called, l was told that the part I needed was available, upon arrival I was informed that it would be about 20 minutes. Less than 15 minutes later, I had my part and was on my way...
So far so good. 700 bucks for a whole quarter panel into doors. I haven't picked them up yet, but I do have 30 days to do so. And unless anything unforeseen happens, I don't see a reason my five stars would need to be changed:)

On December 20, 2018 I arrived at Broadway Auto Parts to pay for a rear end differential. I was told that I would receive the part the next day in the morning by an employee who really didn't want to be in customer service or to talk to people. This guy's attitude was bad. His ever response was very nasty... As if to say get off my phone, I don't want to talk to you, I don't want to answer your questions or l'll get it to you when I feel like it ......and so what if I got your money, now you just wait! I had to wait two days! Just horrible customer service! This guy needs to be retrained for let go!!!!
Was the only place I could find a transfer case for my truck that wasnt12 to 1500 dollars got it for 200 bucks! Ever need more than reasonable used parts? Defidently the place to go
They had horrible customer service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I called them about a part they said they had it ready and when I got there they said I had to wait 35 minutes.
These guys are great. I came in last minute on a Saturday and they were willing to pull me off a pair of bumpers for my car and sold them to me for a screaming deal. You can't go wrong with this place.
Got the lowest price on an part in the city. Couldn't find it anywhere and was told if they did have it, it would cost me just as much as having it ordered from the dealer, Broadway has my vote
Called before going to check on a certain part as was told yea we have ask the guy on the phone 2 time's and he says yes yes we have it drive 25 minutes to the Eastside of Detroit Wait 20 minutes to be told no luck on that part sir
I have done business with Broadway auto part's for the past 3 years,and have never had a problem with parts or service. Very family oriented. Anytime that they didn't have a specific part in stalk. They would take the time to not only help me find the part,but also take the time to give me another business phone number to get the part we needed. Bought a transmission from these guys that was no good and they don't want to give my money back. Had trans tested at Ford dealership and was told it was bad. Joe keep trying to send me to his friend's shop instead of giving me my money back. Bad business will never shop here again!
First of all I wanted to say I love this yard they go above and beyond their duties to make sure my parts are correct and if not they will even find out what yard has it and send me there or have them deliver it to there location for me to pick it up.
Now to rant about the reviews I've seen. To the people who complain that "there parts are junk" well news flash your trying to purchase a part from JUNK yard. There is no guarantee on how long the part will work! Unfortunately in that industry its always a gamble selling used parts you don't know the history of the vehicles that it came off of and you have use your best judgement on the visual condition of vehicle and are the parts free moving or locked up. Anybody who shops at ANY junk yard for car parts needs to Suck It Up if every once in a while a part fails otherwise go to a local auto parts store and pay full retail for the part to come with a warranty.
Staff doesn't pull parts and have them on the shelf. Needed an alternator and waited for 45 minutes with wife and kid in the car for them to get it for me. Turns out they didn't have it. 45 minutes though? You could do 2 laps at parts galore in that amount of time and it's your own yard. On top of all of that I checked the prices on their website before going and they upped it $10. With part prices getting cheap and being able to order new ones off Amazon for junkyard prices you think these people would like to stay in business.
