Very nice and very helpful guys. First time they worked on my car and won’t be the last. They knew right away what the problem was and fixed it quickly. They really worked with me and you don’t see that type of care too often these days. Took a couple of cards for my girls at work. It’s nice to trust your mechanics to not rip you off because your a woman ?
Brian and Tim took great care of us!! They beat the dealership quote by A LOT, and had our car fixed and ready the next day. We wouldn’t ask for anything better!

On 10/11/2025 they replaced right and left control arms, front sway bar, one bearing, brakes, rotors, and shocks. Pretty extensive. They also informed me that they found a gasket leak. Not sure if that was work on because I can't find it on the invoice. Have noticed some oil spots, but not sure if it's related. All in all it appears they've done a pretty good job thus far. Will have them check the oil leak.
They were very helpful and they did a excelent job if I need more service I would go back if anyone needs service I would recommend this shop thanks much for all ure help.
I was having trouble with the braking system and took it into the shop. Turned out that the master cylinder was in need of replacement. It was under warranty from November 2024. They replaced the part and did not charge for labor. It was a pleasant surprise for them to admit it needed repair and not have a balance to pay off. I highly recommend their services.
I found this place as highly rated and they proved this to be true. Brian and team did a fantastic job diagnosising and repairing my 2012 Ford Escape. This will be my go to shop from now on.
Took my 2012 Buick enclave here Brian was the mechanic who fixed my vehicle he was very honest there was no hidden fees he called me before he started any repairs and asked me had my car ready within a couple hours for pickup was a great experience thank you so much Brian my car drives better than a new car .

I have full confidence in this team. They were my first choice after reading reviews of several shops in the area, and those reviews all proved to be true. I'm grateful for those who left accurate reviews before me, they saved me from hassling with other higher priced shops who over sell and treat women as inferior in automotive repair knowledge. These guys did a great job and kept me informed through the whole process, all while understanding my goals. I will definitely be back and recommend them highly.
4% oil light went on.
Drove to Reliable told Brian my problem. Was happy to assist. There were service techs to take care of that oil change immediately. All was handled professionally and personally. Always happy with service here. This was very promptly handled, “with a smile”.

I needed a pretty complicated repair done to my car. And the Guy's at Reliable didn't hesitate to take it on. They were honest and transparent about the time frame and price. I'm happy my car is back with me and as good as new now. Car problems are never fun, and some can be expensive. However peace of mind is priceless. And having a place you can trust is very important. We trust Reliable for our auto repairs.
Had Reliable do some emergency work for me on Saturday. Fixed my brakes and checked out my brake system. They do great work and are very up front and professional. Kenny does a great job keeping you informed.

They were very honest and upfront about it, which I really appreciated. However, they later called me back with great news—they were able to repair my van without the extra work, saving me a significant amount of money!
The team was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me. While I was there, I noticed they treated every customer with the same level of care and professionalism.

Save for the fact it is a blatant Lie.
No one, Kenny nor Tim, told either of us anything about the frame being rotten. Ever.
We never got that report nor a straight answer out of anyone in dealing with the situation. Just Anger and disgust. Mostly fron Kenny about the leaking power steering fluid and being a rage filled old man about it.
Also, those breaks and lines were still under warranty, your warranty. But you don't keep records apparently. The frame was fine the last time we spent over 2,000 on the damn thing at your shop.

Kenny, quoted my husband over 3,000 to fix his car. When asked for a list of what's wrong with it he was told that he didn't write anything down and wasn't going to because 'it would take over an hour to do'. Then told my husband that he should just scrap it, it's not worth fixing.
I walk in, explain the situation and the only thing I got from the owner Tim is 'well for 100 we can put it back on the lift and look at it'
So for 150 total you'll do what you were supposed to do in the first place.
'Well I wasn't here yesterday, so don't know.'
I know I won't be bringing any car back. That's for sure.
What's it like to have money to 'just buy a new car' Kenny?

If you’re thinking about taking your car here dont think twice just do it!Took my car here on 4/20/2024. Kenny who was working the front desk was very nice and respectable. As a woman it can be a little intimidating walking into a auto shop all by yourself but they treated me as if I was one of the guys and did not try to cheat me out of extra money. They fixed a problem that another repair shop couldn’t after taking it there 2x . Reliable auto care had my car fixed up and ready to go within 1 hour and 30 minutes (10/10) would recommend. This place will definitely be my go to if I have another car problem thank you guys
Kenny was helpful, kind, and informative when I took my car in to get the brakes checked and replaced. When I called to check in, he was receptive and answered all of my questions! I really appreciate the quality of service both in the repair and our interactions.
10/10 recommend only auto shop I’ll be using from now on. I had some exhaust work done here from the beginning everyone I spoke to was super friendly they have great customer service. They also quoted me $750 cheaper than another auto shop I had a quote done for the same thing. They ordered my parts on a Monday I figured it would take a day or two but they had my vehicle done and ready to go that same day. Super friendly, great prices and quick work if you need any auto work done check these guys out you won’t be disappointed!
They were great! Scheduled appointment to take my car in on Friday morning in case it may take a day or two. They diagnosed the problem, which is what we were thinking and called to review the repair and cost. Picked it up same day!!! Kenny or ken, I'm not positive, was very professional and polite on the phone and in person. Will continue to use them in the future.
I was referred to Reliable Auto by Vince of Lightning Fast Electrical. Just as their name apply, they were Reliable and reasonable. I brought my car to Reliable on Monday, August 14. Kenny couldn't get to it due to an unforeseen issue he had with another auto repair. He didn't want me to be without my vehicle during that time, and promised he would call me when he had an opening. Vince called me on Tuesday, and I dropped the car off that evening, My car was inspected and diagnosed on Wednesday morning, the repair was approved, and I was out the door with my vehicle Wednesday afternoon...fast and hassle free. Thank you Kenny and to the guys at Reliable Auto!
Annie and Tim are amazing. They make every customer feel like family. The last time I stopped up, Annie gave my boys a guided tour of the shop, which they were thrilled about. It makes me so sad to see a hater tearing down a good, kind, decent business that gives back so much and does everything they can to improve the community. I'd trust Reliable Auto with my cars, my kids and just about anything else precious to me.
