Came in for my schedule appointment at 4 pm to get my front end of car checked..the sales person took my car keys and let me know that it will be a little longer to get it checked...np...40 minutes later he returns and tells me they are to busy to check my car..he then pretends to make me another appointment for Monday at 4pm..he didn't..if you don't drive a newer car...screw this place..no honesty no integrity ? what a waste of my valuable time..oh sorry Mr manger guy..you did give me a appointment for today...you still get 1 star.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I took my car to the shop on Pelham road for an alignment. The young technician aggressively drove away my car from the shop drive way without my permission. After he "completed" the job, he told me that the rear bolt was separated from the frame and couldn't be fixed. When I got home I lifted up the car to check it. Nothing was broken, he should of used W40 to loosen up the bolt. Instead, he forced the frame and because of that the frame got bended. The technician is not respecting customer nor customer's vehicle. Unprofessional service.

First they put the wrong size wiper blade on my vehicle on the passenger side, i have all my receipts and it shows the size every time. Seoncd it took 2 in half hours for a oil change and to change 2 wipers that crazy and i had appointment. I dont know what happened to this place, but i wont be back to this location.

5 star service! I would give 10 star service if I could. The associate and technicians went above and behind to help me with a leaky tire. Although I didn't have an appointment, they were able to diagnose and replace my tire quickly. I was in and out, in less than thirty minutes.. I cannot recommend highly enough! Amazing staff and customer service

Big shoutout to the Firestone (Pelham Rd, Taylor store) for saving me when I had a flat tire (about a month ago)!! It was shortly after 5:30pm, very cold outside and icy. I walked into the Firestone and what a breath of fresh air!! Milton the manager was not only very respectful to me but also to his service techs! I watched him work for a minute thinking what a nice aura it had in there, I looked up to the Banner on the wall to see Firestone's motto/mission statement about HONESTY, see the attached photo! I believe it! Thank you to the tech Big Mike, for agreeing to the possibility of staying a little past the end of his shift to patch my tire! He was super respectful and friendly, and did a great job on my tire! In the future, I will take my business there! GIVE THEM A CALL AND TRY THEM OUT! PS: I had first tried Firestone's competitor across the street, Belle Tire, and that was a complete disappointment (they had 6-7 employees standing around at the front desk and were disrespectful). It's one thing to be too busy to patch a tire 40-minutes before closing but quite another thing to be condescending. They did put air in my tire so I could make it across the street, I have to give kudos to the nice young man in the back that had a heart.

Michael was an absolute life saver. From the moment he answered the phone he went above and beyond to help my husband out with his car. My husband was traveling from out of state, desperate on a Sunday afternoon to get the car running to get back home Michael was willing to go out his way and for the car running and my husband on his way. We are so grateful! Thank you!

I absolutely can’t say enough positive things about the wonderful team at this location. Milton B. The new store manager and his staff are top notch. What I really appreciate most about this location and frankly all Firestone locations that I’ve worked with is that they are very professional and they don’t try to sell you on services that you don’t need. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy and dependable shop Firestone in Allen Park is the place to be. 5/5 stars. Booked a 1 pm slot right before a big afternoon blizzard—place was understandably slammed with people prepping for the storm. They started on my car about 50 minutes late, but totally forgivable given the rush. Oil change, new wipers, tires topped off, and full inspection done quickly and correctly once they got to it. Staff stayed professional and friendly even while swamped, and the waiting area was perfect for watching the Michigan game. Exactly the kind of place you want on a snowy day—highly recommend.

Had a emergency needed a tire fast, Tom Neil had it ordered with the quickness and whenbit arrived I was notified. Less than 10 minutes I was in and out brand new tire.

Absolutely love this location. Been switching all of my cars services over to Firestone from Belle Tire since Belle Tire has been slacking on service lately. Great counter reps and great work done by many techs over the last few trips I've taken here. I will be coming here from now on. Last service done was 4 new tires and an alignment for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I had my appointment scheduled at 12:00 PM for oil change and wheel alignment that hardly takes about 45 minutes.So, I choose an option to wait for the vehicle. I showed up at the shop by 11:45 checked in and then after me there are 4 other people who walked and checked in there vehicles as well. As per FCFS I’m top of them. My vehicle was not taken in to the shop for the next 2.5 hrs. The people who came after me all the vehicles were done and left and I still kept waiting to get my vehicle into the shop. For a simple 45 min job with a schedule appointment I wait for about 3.5hrs. I am never coming back to this Firestone and more over. I have replaced my cabin air filter like 10k miles ago and now they suggested to replace it without taking a look at it.

I've been going to this Firestone for quite some years. They are the best and the mechanics are great. No hard up sales too. Out of convenience of location I've been to a couple other Firestone locations. Other locations always made mistakes. I had directional tires, years ago and other locations installed the tires wrong. Never had a problem here and the mechanics were always very informative about potential issues.

Today was the first time I went to Firestone and it won’t be my last. I just got an oil change today but all my services going forward will be done at this location. The man at the front was so nice and the service was fast.

I have been coming to this Firestone for over 20 years. Tom, Nick and the rest of the mechanics are all very nice and thorough. Great job, give them a big raise.

As a woman with little car knowledge the service rep at Firestone made me feel comfortable with my new tire choices. There was a little mishap with the wrong tires being ordered. The rep called to explain and offer an even better tire at the same price as the original, explained why they were better and that he himself uses them. I’ve always had such a great experience with Firestone in Allen Park, 10 out of 10 recommend!

I took my vehicle there for an allignment and a check up. They gave me a report of the issues with the car. When I got home, I took the car to my own mechanic, whom I trust completely and have used for years. Virtually everything Firestone told me was not true. Among other things, they said my brakes were almost gone and they aren't. They also said I have a torn air intake hose, but my mechanic couldn't find anything wrong with it. They also missed a bad wheelbearing that was the actual cause of the issues I was having. My car is fixed now, but not by Firestone.

Firestone has always been and will always be my go to car place. They are professional, quick and upfront with prices, they arent pushy. The economy is rough and they are extremely professional and do not make me feel bad when i cant afford work that needs to be done. Best shop in the area.

Extremely helpful staff. I had a flat and needed a patch on a Sunday. The team made time for my repair (I am from Ontario). They even remounted the tire for me. Wonderful, friendly people. Highly recommend.

Second time coming to this location, each time for a different vehicle, and both times just a great experience and the employee’s just have great, positive attitude. This time around I was taken care of by a gentleman name Ben, which over exceeded my expectations. Their technician that perform my requested work was also great, with finding and informing me of the bands in my front tires that I was Originally coming up to get wheel balance, and wheel alignment after I’ve just done a lot of front end suspension work, hoping that would take care of the vibration I would still feel at certain times, which turned out to be the front tire’s (tires looked good but eye at first glance, but could notice the bent band Issue once pointed out). So there was no need to get the wheels balanced and Just got the front wheel alignment and two new tires which solved all issues. I will always be coming back here due to the fact they don’t try to oversell you on parts or items that you don’t need, And will even inform you that your requested work you want is Found not needed and Actually undersell you. They are very honest and trustworthy technicians that are working for this location that are hard to find nowadays.

Worked with Joe had a problem with my tire. Joe was able to reassure me. Remind me that I had road hazard on that tire after I brought it in even reminded me that I had lifetime alignment on my jeep. He was very friendly as well as the other staff there Nick was a great technician, very informative and had great knowledge. I will be back there for any of my needs to my vehicle.

They are rude They clearly do not know what they are doing. I left there two different times getting my oil changed, and they didn't tighten my oil filter and all of the oil leaked out. Had to go back both times... went today to try to get my tires replaced from a scheduled appointment they made, and when I got there, they told me I had to reschedule after I drove across town. Couldn't even give me a courtesy call. This place is rude, slow, don't know what they're doing. Good luck.If you take your car there. I wouldn't waste my time, especially being.There's other shops close by

Great staff and So quick and courteous! Put my wipers on and topped of my wiper fluid in No time at all! Highly Recommended!

Five stars to these guys for the work they did on my truck. While travelling, I needed a tire changed out and all of them inflated to the proper pressure on my rental truck. Although I didn't have an appointment, they got me in and out in under an hour. Stellar service.

They are very professional and courteous. If you call ahead and get an appointment, they are usually pretty quick as well. Even the one time they messed up on my vehicle, they were apologetic, fixed it quickly and comped me.
