I do not recommend dealing with them.. because I and some friends have dealt with them more than once and every time they create a lot of problems for us and charge us a lot because their prices are very high and they charge double the prices for parts and they do not allow us to buy them from a suitable place because this is their way to openly exploit customers. Every time I go to them for the alignment for my truck and they create a lot of problems that is what they say but the last time I went to them for the alignment for my truck after I repaired everything at the mechanic and despite that they told me I have other problems and they want to take a lot of money to fix them and every time they charge $100 dollars for the inspection without doing anything.. I did not listen to them and took my truck to another shop and asked them to make alignment for my truck with the inspection and they told me you do not have any other problems and they only made the alignment for my truck and I only paid them the alignment fees.. I waited more than three months to make sure I did not have any other problems with the truck and really everything is good and there are no other problems and that is why I am writing now.. when The shop was called Bell Tire and there were no problems of this kind, but now with the name pomp's and the new management there are many indicators that they are not honest and take advantage of customers. I think that their mechanic is also not honest and has little experience or is a liar and a scammer. My advice is don't believe them if they tell you anything about your trucks. Take it to another shop so you can save your money. It is better to stay away from them.
I've worked with Amanda the last few times I needed tires and she always provides excellent service and outstanding professionalism throughout the entire service experience.
Professional , from start to finish......Amand Gray polite , understood my concerns and gave me a reasonable ETA. Followed through with email receipt. Tire tech was 1? % professional courteous...... Quick and quality work! ( Traffic was fortunately light) However from the time I hung up with Amanda... Job was 100% complete in 59 minutes......... I am a ltl fresh delivery o/o. timing is vital Thanks to your operations I was able to make all my deliveries . God bless
I was in a tough spot and needed a tire repaired immediately before leaving for a trip to Boston with my company car. The staff completely took care of me. Very friendly, completely professional, and just plain human. I had a German Shepherd with me and they invited me in so we would be out of the heat—hence the human part. The store itself was super clean (even despite my partner and I being there!) The Allen Park location is outstanding.
I loved the service I got while I was there. I am new to commercial trucking and they were patient and taught me the difference between drive tires and steer tires.
I plan on returning when I need more tire service.

I’ve been going there for RV tires and service for the last 20 years. They have Always been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They carry all the brands and have competitive prices.
I went there to get my alignment done and steering wheel to be fixed when they finish the mechanic said I couldn’t fix your steering wheel then after I realize my horn is not working on the steering wheel so I tried to fix it. It turns out they cut off the Warriors. I will never do business with them again.
not happy with alignment and wheel balance . alignment not make any difference. not good service . ? they charge me $ 450 for nothing.

7 mounth ago I did alignment in this place. Now I'm doing alignment they take long time to get may truck to the shop. One week to replace new brakes for front axle. Also they use aftermarket parts. There prices to high. For the bad ? service. I'm giving them 0 star ?..if u have another place. Please skip this place. I had bad experience ?
Quick, fast and reliable service. Had taken my work truck in due to a tire issue. Had 2 tires in my rear axle replaced and was back on the road in about an hour and a half. Not too bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
Horrible service no help with customer service. Also another location in Illinois beat me out of $700 on a retread tire that didn't last a day, everytime I called the manager acted as if they were looking into it to issue me a refund or replacement but shortly after they stop answering my calls and never returned any of my messages. Ridiculous as a small fleet owner companies like this price gouge you because they know they can and run you straight out of business

I took my truck for alignment but the change my tire rod and axle hub and other things regarding the alignment to pay &1700 but the didn’t fix the problem that I took my truck from the first place after I left the shop I found out the did nothing the the alignment the problem is the same and when I when back to the shop in few minutes they said you need to leave it anther day and in top of that they said why you didn’t mention you want to do the alignment and in the invoice the charge me the alignment and the said we cannot make the alignment until the other things I just mention to be done to make the alignment so imagine what the f..k this answer. I will let you know what next tomorrow of what is going on
Needed tires made the deal over the phone with a man who said he was Jose told him I would call right to Authorize $1600 when I called back 5 minutes later Jose answered the phone and come to find out I had talked to Dan and Dan lied about his name After we figured that out they came out and put tires on my truck and this morning Deborah in my account for $1671.00. Becareful with these people there word isn't much...... on a good note I did get three new tires an the Mechanic was ...
Everyone pleasant, helpful. Service writer was quick & directed me to the bay for my repair. The technician asked what the problem was & said he would check the tire for any problems. He also asked what pressure I wanted & checked all tires & set the pressure. He identified the problem, bad valve stem, & repaired it.
The whole process was completed in about 40 minutes. Price was $ 44.00 which I thought was reasonable . All in all I will go back for any tire issues.
Very knowledgeable workers. Top notch service. Brian and Steve explain things in understandable terms. They went the extra mile to save me cash on my RV tire purchase and work within my impending vacation schedule. I've had an excellent experience with these guys over the years.
Not impressed. My boss called earlier in the week to get four drive tires set up for me to come in and get replaced. I call to talk to them and they have no work order and have no idea what or who I'm talking about. First red flag; besides the attitude over the phone, unacceptable. I'm currently here, in the waiting room, watching the mechanics sit around, go out for smoke after smoke, and everyone at the desk is goofing off and playing on their phones. I'm on hour two and have yet to see anyone touch a tire or my truck. I ask at the front desk if there is a time frame for my tires to be replaced, "tomorrow" was the answer I got. Haha I don't find that funny. He follows up with, "should be done pretty soon." Unless they have invisible mechanics or a formula 1 pit crew coming in, that's s blatant lie. How can my ties be done in a timely fashion if no one is working??! Incredibly professional. As I sit here, I hear the phone ringing off the hook, there are definitely guys at the counter, but they are more concerned about sharing videos on their phones. Am I in a middle school or a professional establishment????? An older gentlemen just got off the phone with a lady, as he puts her on hold, and discusses it with a co worker. After he ends that call, he walks away and says, " If I only gave a damn!" ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDING ME???!! As I sit here longer and longer, I hear foul language, there's a time and place for everything and this is not the time or place to cuss like sailors and make jokes about girlfriends and women. Not that it necessarily matters to me, but I'm a woman sitting in plain site! I'm a truck driver so I'm used to this behavior, at a truck stop or the cb, not at a business, none the less at the front desk!!! I'm floored at this childish behavior and lack of professionalism....
Great service with Belle Tire! They stand behind free tire rotation and tire repair (as long as its repairable). Everything might have taken 30 mins. Free! My dealership I go to was going to charge about $30+ for the same job. I'll continue to go to Belle Tire and will continue to refer them!
I thought their price was reasonable and they were fairly friendly and helpful when I spoke with them, BUT I had to speak with them several times. When I called the night before, they estimated it would only take a couple of hours. When I brought it in, they said they could have it done that day, so I got a ride home. When I spoke with them that afternoon, they said it would probably be done the following morning. When I spoke with them the following early afternoon, they told me it would be done by the end of the day. It finally got completed the next day, leaving me without a car for 3 straight days.
If you need something done quickly, I would not recommend. It sounds like they don't have enough mechanics.
I have been to Belle Tire dozens of times. About half have been to this store. I bought new tires here and they had the best price. They are fast and friendly. Best of all is lifetime service of tires. Seeing how my Toyota dealer charged my $20 to rotate tires, this will save me hundreds on the lifetime of the tires. They also fix flats or free. This has saved me at least $50 since I bought the tires.
I highly recommend all Belle Tires. This location is convenient for me, so I recommend it as well.
On vacation in Detroit. I awake to a flat tire. Not the ideal situation. Luckily Bell's was across the street. Guys got me immediately. Found out I was on vacation from Cincy and took care of me at no cost and saved my trip! Great experience. They have my future business! Thanks!
In the last month I have gotten nails in two different tires. I brought them to this shop and they did both repairs for free! I always get fast and friendly service. I know where I'm getting my next set of tires from :-) highly recommend this Bell Tire. Thank you everyone working there!!
I called around for prices to balance four tires and these guys were not the best but being a big Belle Tire store I thought they would have better service than a ma and pa tire place. I thought wrong. The counter guy with white hair was not very friendly. The guy doing the balancing was quick but asked if I wanted a static balance which was annoying because it shows they try to get away with doing a cheap job. I asked for a dynamic balance. Even brought the wheels and tires in "loose" with my truck so they didn't touch my car (I really don't trust these types of places and with good reason). After all was done he rung me up for $8 more than I was just quoted on the phone. He said that's just what it is and he doesn't know who I spoke with (although there was a dedicated phone guy). They did big rig trucks here so I'm pretty sure that's how they stay in business. I would not recommend taking you personal vehicle here for service.
