This place is open for business and the man who owns the company is wonderful! This is the second time I’ve used them. Fast, efficient and affordable! I highly recommend this company! I've only had two experiences in my lifetime with towing companies and I'm 67 years old so I'm pretty fortunate but I have been thinking this evening about people who use their services are never in a position that they hope to be. And I imagine there are a lot of frantic nerves and bad moods upon meeting the tow driver. I was one of those people. Gary put me completely at ease. I called him at 7:30 in the morning and he was at my home 15 minutes later and he even helped me looking under the hood to determine the cause of repair I would need due to a previous little accident the night before. I had already called another company telling them of the repair that I needed but Gary who has been doing this for over 40 years and I was everybody in town and referred me and took me to Long's automotive. and then after we drop the car off he drove me back in his truck. Fantastic service and at a great rate. Extremely personable with great stories. In spite of the fact I was about to find out whether my car would cost hundreds of dollars or thousands of dollars this man has some kind of magnitude to him because he took that mood away from me and put me actually in a good mood before I even got to discuss with the gentleman any negotiation. Gary's service is exemplary. I want 1,000% recommend him should the need arise that you would need this type of assistance.
Gary towed my car to the Honda dealership this morning after all of the oil leaked out of the bottom of it. I was very stressed out and he made my day with his kind and welcoming demeanor, he even offered to drive me home after dropping off my car. Thank you Gary, you made my day a lot better!!!!
I had a flat tire in Ypsilanti and from the time I called to the time it was fixed was about 20 minutes. Great, old-fashioned customer service! Highly recommend.
Super fast, must've been right around the corner, lol. Very friendly, cash only. Followed me to make sure I got home, I wasn't far away though. The only downside thing was they did not have the appropriate amount of cash in change to give back to me but it was only a couple bucks. I personally thought it was a lot just for a jump start but I did not compare prices so I can't complain, however I would definitely use again!
Great service, and best prices in the Ann Arbor area. Everyone else was charging $85-125 for the hookup and $5 a mile, but Sobbry's charges $80 for the hookup and $4 a mile. Also arrived even earlier than the 45 minute estimate I got! If I ever need another tow in the future, I'll definitely call Sobbry's again!
Dude was rude on the phone. Called asking about rates and they said $80 for the hookup and 4/mi. When I payed he said $125. The company should’ve told me it was going to be more.
Quick and kind service. The man who helped was very patient and nice to us when dealing with my mess of a car. really apprecaite the business and consideration of my things, will always keep sobbrys in mind if i need some help.

This guy is completely competent at his job, unlike most tow truck drivers I’ve dealt with. He’s nice, real, quick, and is just down right good at his job. And also affordable! Highly recommend.
Probably not the closest tow company to where our car broke down, but he made it at the time he said he'd be there. Jacked the car up and dropped it off at the mechanics. Very affordable. Hope I dont need to, but will go with Sobbys again. For Sure!
Used them for the first time to get my car towed to a mechanic for repairs, and when that fell through, the driver was very cool and understanding of my situation and really helped me out. Definitely will use them in the future.
The gentleman that towed my car was very professional. He only also charge me the $50 hook up fee because I was less than a half mile away from where my car was being towed to.
My e brake was stuck he fixed it in my driveway was super quick getting here. Told me to have e brake cables replaced or just use park.Gave me a list of five shops that he felt were honest. He does not usually fix cars.Was very happy with this guy.
Sobbry's Towing got a friends car out of a ditch for only $65. Thanks guys! That's a lot better than the $150 Budget was asking for! I found my new favorite business!!!
Incredible service. During one of the worst winter storms I've seen, they were able to get to me within twenty minutes and five minutes after that, he had towed my car out of the snow drifts and into the nearest parking lot. Really, a very nice guy too.
I needed my car towed from a shop in Ypsilanti to a VW dealership in A2 and they provided quick service with the most affordable price I could find. I was impressed with the tow truck itself as much as I was pleased with the customer service. I definitely will be using them again.....just hope it's not anytime soon.
